Our faith isn’t baseless. Jesus is alive and our lives and transformation proves it.

If we keep making a case for our stance without power, we will still stammer. You know what power does? It's an invitation to see who is behind the scene. Do you know that real Bible faith, real Bible faith begins from resurrection? Real Bible faith. The fact that Jesus died, the fate of all humanity hung in the balance. Anybody can die. People die for different causes. There are those who die for what they believe in leadership. Sankara was shot. Um, many of them— we can talk about leaders, those across history— he died. Anybody could die. Ah, but the fact that on the third day out of the grave came bursting forth the power of life, and Jesus rose from that place He settled all arguments. And guess what? There is also a historical proof to that. The grave is still empty till today. They can point you to different graves. You can't show us the bones of Jesus. He would not suffer the bones of his only one to see corruption. The fact that the Roman soldiers would not break his bones like they did all the soldiers— David saw it. That none of his bones was broken. That they parted his clothes and casted lots for it, he saw it also. What can be that accurate? If Christ is not risen, all our preaching has been for nothing. And your faith is what? So the fact that he rose, my faith is not baseless and my faith is not a risk. The same power that raised him from the dead will not leave me hanging. I can stake my eternity on that kind of power. Hey, we can believe it because there is a proof that he rose. He rose. Till tomorrow, the grave is still empty. The empty grave. Is proof. The power in my life is another proof. The transformation of my life is another evidence. Get the full message on Femi Lazarus Digital Library app today.
