OWNERSHIP CONFERENCE 2025 - DAY ONE EVENING || APOSTLE FEMI LAZARUS

The video records the opening and main teaching segment of the Ownership Conference 2025 held in South Africa, featuring Apostle Femi Lazarus (from Abuja, Nigeria) and Apostle Michael Orokpo. The speakers begin with exuberant worship, honor the assembled ministers, and proclaim that God’s anointing is present. They emphasize the need to discern God’s appointed time (Kairos) versus calendar time (Chronos), urging the audience to expand their spiritual hunger through prayer, fasting, and prophetic discernment. Using biblical illustrations (Isaiah 66, Acts 7, Ezekiel 37, Hannah, Samuel, etc.), they teach that God often prepares nations and individuals for greater purposes, warning against spiritual complacency, the devil’s threefold strategy (kill, steal, destroy), and the importance of maintaining an anointed, prayer‑filled life. The speakers deliver numerous prophetic declarations of healing, deliverance, financial breakthrough, and the rise of “kings, priests, and anointed leaders” among the listeners. They call the crowd to respond to the gospel, to reject discouragement, and to step into the season of breakthrough, concluding with a fervent invitation for salvation and a final prayer of empowerment.
Chapters
We have one of Africa's finest apostles. I listened to him one day and I called Apostle Michael Orokpah. I said, nah, there is a guy, his name is Lazarus. Who is he?
I said, get—
whatever you do, tell him I want him here. Tonight we have this servant of God. I just met him for the first time yesterday or 2 days ago. So humble, so humble.
So tonight, family, House of Treasures Ministries Ownership Conference 2025, South Africa and the rest of the world, welcome Apostle Femi Lazarus all the way from Abuja, Nigeria.
Hallelujah! Thank you, Lord. The glory of the Lord is here, so strong, so strong, so evident. Lift your hands to heaven tonight. The glory of God is so strong here. The anointing of God is so strong. Just give Jesus praise and give him worship. Thank him. What an atmosphere! He has not called the seed of Jacob to seek him in vain. Every time he gathers us, there's a purpose. Come on, give him praise. Thank him. And let your heart be open. Let your heart be open. Oh, we give you all the praise, Jesus. We thank you. We thank you, Lord Jesus. We bless you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Just bless him. Blessed are thou, Son of David. Just bless him. Blessed are thou, root of Jesse. Blessed are thou, Son of David. Blessed are thou Root of Jesse, you are eminently glorious, immaculately beautiful. I can go on and on, on and on, but my words are not enough. My vocabulary is too faint. Yeah, raise it. Permit me to cry. Iba ho, iba ho, iba, iba ho, iba, iba ho. Sing it as loud as you can. We bless your name, Jesus. Thank you, Lord Jesus. We give you all the praise, God. Amen. Listen, there are people whose time has come. And we cannot afford to be trivial about a night such as this. With so much hunger, with deliberateness, tonight we connect to everything that heaven has to offer. No one here is permitted to miss their portion.
We give you all the praise, Jesus! Come on, shout and give him praise! Hallelujah!
Amen. Just before you sit, I like to especially really honor all ministers of the gospel, pastors, apostles, prophets from different places who have come to celebrate with this ministry. Can we please give them a big, big, big hand? And to the angel of this house and his dear wife, the First Lady. Do you know the angel of this house? He said to the angel of the church at Ephesus, right? Femi Lazarus, we thank God for you. I sat down there and I said to myself that you've been able to bridge the gap between African nations. You— it may mean different things to all of us here. But there is something God is trying to do in Africa now. There's something that God is trying to do in Africa now. We must meet. There are vessels God is raising in Malawi, in Zimbabwe, in Kenya, in Ethiopia, in Nigeria, in Cameroon, Ghana. We must meet. And it is part of the burden that God has brought me here to share. And I want to thank God for the First Lady. I told her when I saw her, she's so sound. Of course, for Apostle, we know it's, it's sound. I mean, I listen to her and I'm like, what is this? Thank you, ma. Thank you, thank you. And happy wedding anniversary. And to the beautiful people in the house, will you please celebrate yourself? Please be seated for a moment. Ah, the music team in this house, you guys are heavenly. Wow, wow! Please let's give them a big hand.
Femi Lazarus.
Let me make a confession. Everything about this place is excellent. Everything. The reception, the dance team, the people. Look at you. And I was asking myself, is this really House of Treasures or Nation of Treasures? You know, just thinking, just thinking, because this is a nation.
Hallelujah!
How many of us are set to receive from the Lord tonight? You came— are you sure? You came with so much hunger? You came with so much hunger tonight? All right, please stay with me. I may speak very calmly, but I'm sure you can hear me, right? So we have a long way to go tonight. I'm not Okay, I can see my timer. All right, awesome. Turn your Bibles quickly. Let's join it together as we start. And, um, if the host of a conference trusts you with the opening message, that's a rare privilege. I have cried to God and prayed that I will labor in the direction of the burden of the house. Is that okay? So stay with me. While I'm teaching, at some point so many things will begin to happen at once. The power of God is going to hit this building in a very, very strange way. So I like for you to pay important attention. I don't know my key that I sing on. I mean, I sing a bunch of keys. Keys, but I know my keyboardist is watching now, so send me my key. All right. And I bring you greetings from my dear wife. Have you seen my wife before? All right, so I can't say more then. All right, all right. Amen. Isaiah chapter Number 66. If you're there, let's start the reading from verse 6. This is a very interesting scripture. If you're there, say amen. Look at this. A voice of noise from the city, a voice from the temple. A voice of the Lord that rendereth recompense to his enemies. Verse 7: Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of what? A man child. Now look at verse 8. Now, very interesting. What had such a thing? What seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day Or shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion, what, travailed, she, what, brought forth her children. Now, in respect to this scripture, what kind of children are we talking about? Now, we are talking about the birthing of not just a man, but a nation. You see, Um, many times one of the reasons why there seems to be unanswered prayers in many areas of our lives is because what you are asking for compared to what God wants to give is too small. Sarah and Abraham were asking for a child, but God was preparing them for a nation. Anna was weeping because she didn't have a child. But God was not preparing to give her a child, but a prophet that will guide the nation. In Eli, God found himself a priest. In Samuel, he found a priest and a prophet. So God was preparing a priest and a prophet, but she was asking for a child. May I announce to you tonight that maybe your desires are too small? You are asking for small things. And God is saying, expand your hunger, expand your hunger. What I want to give you is a nation. I see a time come in this house that this auditorium becomes a— becomes children's church. One time I was trusting God for house rent. If you live in Abuja, you know. And while I was quite discouraged, the Lord said to me, he said, look from the window. And I looked out and he said, son, I will give you a city in this city. For as soon as Zion, what, travails She brings forth her young. Um, the topic I want to teach you on quickly tonight is discerning your Kairos through prayer. Discerning your Kairos. I tell you quickly, there are two words used to describe time in the Bible. The first is chronos, which means your calendar timing. According to calendar time, today is what? What is today's date? Today is 23rd of September, right? I think there's something about today. Aha, I won't— I'm not the one that will tell you, just prepare. Is that okay? Now there's calendar time. Today is 23rd of what? September. But there is also something called Kairos. That's God's appointed time. It is no respecter of human calendar. Listen, that time— listen, within human calendar time, it takes time for certain things to happen. But when you come to your Kairos, what ought to be in the space of 10 years can be shrunk into 5 minutes. Listen, listen, listen.
Indeed, you cannot look at a man and conclude based on time.
You cannot look at a man and conclude based on time. The wind bloweth, we hear it, the sound thereof we knoweth not whither it cometh or whither it leaseth. So it's everyone that is born of the Spirit. If they can predict you, you are not a man of the Spirit. One time, suddenly, Sarah was 90 plus. I mean, come on. If you are praying for women, trusting God for the fruit of the womb, and a 70-year-old woman stand there, you look at her and say, please don't embarrass yourself, go back. But this is a woman over 90. I understand human anatomy, all the organs necessary for fat— I mean, the body has stopped secreting eggs years ago, and yet by one word One word. Listen, one word. You see, listen, nothing bet seasons like prophetic statement. One word: by this time of life, Sarah will be with a child. And that was all. No surgery, no procedure. The word of God is enough and surgical and precise to bring the intentions of God to pass. Everyone here trusting God for the fruit of the womb, or who is barren in any way or the other, receive your child. Receive fruitfulness.
I didn't hear that amen like I'm in South Africa. Receive fruitfulness now.
But there's also something to observe in that scripture. One of the things to observe is pain is a sign that you are about to bear Listen, what pain is a sign that something is about to happen.
Don't, don't feel too bad about rejection. Don't feel too bad about hatred. Don't feel too bad when things goes in ways you can't explain.
Pain is a sign that the place is too small. Listen, the moment you observe in your life that the people who used to accept you who used to be happy with you, the places where you used to be celebrated, all of a sudden, at once, like someone spoke to all of them, they begin to reject you. No, you are in a betting season. The problem most times is that we— anyone who is too addicted to acceptance cannot be prophetic. There are junctions in your destiny that carnal men cannot relate with. And when you get to that junction, those who are walking by the flesh will leave you. The closer you get to the cross, the lonelier it becomes. But pain is a sign that you're about to birth. I mean, look at it. A woman is pregnant, um, the first few weeks she's doing the baby girl life, enjoying herself, tell the husband, I want to— you know, women have different cravings. Does it happen here? It happens here too. One night my wife woke me up— sorry, baby— around 2 AM and said she was craving for sugarcane. I said, what's the time? Past 2. Am I a farmer? So you see, those times in the early phases, women can sit down and say, I want to eat rice, I want to eat this. If you leave them in that stage, they will carry the pregnancy for life. God designed it in such a way that the time to bring forth, something must force it. It designed a system in itself to begin to orchestrate pain. We, we call it contraction. All of a sudden, the muscles start tightening up, telling that it's time to birth. Before the joy comes, comes the tears. Weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes. Listen, I have come to prophetically tell someone, don't be discouraged about this, about the, about rejection. No. Sometimes God is strategically announcing a new season is here. If you have a garage that can take one, just one vehicle, if another one will come, must come, you will empty the garage. It may be painful. Those that go about with precious seed in their hands, they go about crying. The Bible said they will doubtless return come with joy and singing. There's somebody here whose time has come. There's somebody here whose time has come. There's somebody here whose time has come. Listen, there's a very interesting story, and one of the most fascinating stories I ever read is the story of the man at the Pool of Bethesda. He's been by the pool for 38 years. You know what that means? When the mother of Jesus was still single, he was already by the pool. Probably the day they gave birth to Jesus and they were rejoicing and going to the temple, they passed by him. His savior has just been born. Meaning that as far as God is concerned, the process necessary for his deliverance has been released. The prayer now is no longer about what heaven will release. Heaven has released it. There's somebody seated here, you are the answer to somebody's tears, and it is important you mature. You may look down at yourself and feel My life is this and all that.
38 years!
His case was so bad that when Jesus came to him and said, do you want to be made whole? It was no longer in his thoughts. You know what he said? I have no man. Meaning that he survived episodes of betrayals, rejection. He moved from, you know, the man that they were bringing food for There's a way somebody's problem becomes so much that even family members say, you know what, you have become one with your problem. All he could complain about is, I have no man. Jesus asked him again, do you want to be made whole? Pick your bed and go. If he could pick the bed for 38 years, he would have 'Get up.' But it matters who is saying it.
The one who made the legs, who made the bones, who made the spines, who made the nerves, who made the tissue said, 'Pick the bed.' Every organ responsible for mobility jacked up. For the first time in 38 years, he got up.
What do you think would have happened when he got to his house that day? They will all run. There's a kind of miracle that breaks open in a man's life that is quite controversial. If you are not ready for controversy, don't ask for a miracle. It's easier to be very small. It's easier. No news want to talk about you. Nobody wants to drag you. There's something we call dragging. Nobody wants to insult you. But the moment you embrace greatness, people begin to query your greatness. The people who investigate your poverty begin to investigate your success. He must have got into his house that night of that morning, and all who had given up on him would repent immediately. As long as the heaven and the earth remains, you can never write off a man. Never forget that. There might be people in your circle, but think about it. Let me, let me, let me give you an illustration. One time And don't forget this illustration because there are seasons in your life that God will permit it to be dry because he is the only one that wants to rain, and so he can take glory for what he wants to do. One time God led me to give out a car, quite expensive. So I called someone, I said, hey, I'm coming to visit you and I'm bringing a car. And I didn't tell I was bringing a car. So while we're driving there, I told my boy that was with me in the car, I said, the only thing that can stop me from giving him this car is if someone has already given him a smaller one. If I get there and someone has given him, I'm sure it will be smaller than what I was bringing, then I will just drive this one back. And look for someone else. There are times that the kindness of men can hinder the real miracle. So God allows a situation where you are around but they are not seeing you because he wants to intervene. You sit down and you are saying, can't they see what I'm going through?
Can't they see my life? Can't they see all this thing?
And he said, hey, what I want to do, they don't have the capacity for it. When it looks like men who have capacity are not seeing you, it is because God himself wants to take the glory. That's not the moment to curse at God. That's not the moment to cry. That's not the moment to weep. That is the moment to weep with joy. Are you following what I'm saying here? Imagine if the day Jesus was coming to the Pool of Bethesda was the day someone decided to take him for a lunch. As you approach Kairos, it is important you are at the right place at the right time, hearing the right things. There is such a thing as appointed time in destiny. I mean, I love the testimony Apostle was sharing about the lady who dropped the comment on Facebook or whatever platform, and a guy commented on that. If you like, comment 2,000 times on that, because every prophetic statement needs a specific prophetic action. We can all hear the statement, but you can't copy the actions. Do you understand that? Meaning that you must know how to go and tarry. You must know how to go and wait for God to inspire you. For Rebecca, it will be to go and fetch water. For someone else, it will not be. You fetch water from now till next year, become a house girl. We don't copy prophetic instructions. We stay in the place of prayer to hear. We stay in the place of prayer to discern. Have you come to a season in your life that you can't touch it, you can't place it, you don't know what's going on? Nobody has promised you anything, but there's a rumbling in your spirit. Something keeps saying, it's like I'm about to break into a new space. It's like this, it's like there's something that is about to happen. It's like this is— you, you, you can't—
you—
something just keep— have you been there before? Maybe you've been struggling for a while, there's just a knowing in your spirit is about to end. You, you've been waiting for a while, you just sense that. I just sense that 2025 is the year and I break into what God has prepared me for. He's, he's been preparing you. Listen, he's been preparing you, but There is a time when the cloud is full and it empties itself. I stretch my hands over this house. Oshas, you have to help me.
Everyone whose time has come, that requires prophetic midwives, that requires heavenly push, that requires the force of power, everyone in different spheres of life whose time has come, by the power in the name of Jesus, receive it now! You have to help them. Those whose time has come with a specific calling upon your life, something begins to break open, moving you into actions, moving you into practices, moving you into fastings, moving moving you into prayers. You begin to sense there's a burden to pray more, there's a burden to fast more, there's a burden to intercede. It is because there is a season. I decree an initiation of that season now. You will not miss the season. It will not be stillbirth. It will not be a carryover. In the name of Jesus.
Sit for a moment.
The spirit of prayer and supplication. The spirit of prayer and supplication. The spirit of prayer. Zion needs to travail before the birthing happens. There must be enough the anointing to pray, to wait. It is not normal, it is spiritual. There must be an anointing. Listen. Once you begin to sense that urge to fast more, to pray more, there is something about to be bettered in destiny. Don't kill it, don't disregard the urge. Once you begin to sense the urge to sacrifice—
listen, there are many ways God signals to a man that you are in a betting season. One of it is the divine push to pray more. Something just begin to drive you in deeper, just drive you in deeper.
You become insatiable in the place of prayer. Something tells you what is 30 minutes can be 2 hours, what is 2 hours can be 8 hours.
Listen, every year that Hannah went to Shiloh, she ate. The Bible said the husband was giving her a worthy portion, but she got to a season that she could no longer swallow food. Food became loathsome in her mouth. She couldn't, and she dragged herself with so much pain. Is there someone who came here with brokenness, with so much you can't explain? If you tell people, they will mock you. It is not everything people can share. Sometimes the problem she had is trouble, and you look at it and she dragged herself. She was in so much despair that Aaron said she must be drunk, and she said, I'm not drunk, I'm pouring my heart to the Lord. I'm not mad, there's something I'm crying to the Lord. You may call Eli a man or an ex-champion, but there was still an unction with which he spoke. Any altar you honor will produce. And as Eli spoke, a season was initiated. And I'm going to show you some other time one of the things that Hannah said that opens that door. But there are people in this meeting whose time has come. It will not be a carryover. Listen, let me give a prophetic instruction. Dear husband and wife, I don't know where you are seated in this auditorium, but listen to this. That which used to make you have unnecessary disagreement as you are closer to breakthrough is demonic. That the moment you are close to something new happening. You just begin to have discord you can't explain till the season is aborted, then you start again. I cancel that rubbish in the name of Jesus. One time I got a call from a young lady. I've been mentoring her for a while, and she said to me, she said, Pastor, just about 15 years ago, said she's— since she's been born, no man has ever approached her once. Not once. I said, you don't mean it? Said, yes, sir. As I closed my eyes, the Lord opened my eyes and I saw that she was carrying something that looks like a pot. I stretched my hands towards it and I said, in the name of Jesus, I push away this rubbish. She fell under the anointing. We brought her up, laid hands on her, and told her to go. She left the auditorium. In less than 3 minutes, she ran back and she was crying. So I said, what happened? As she stepped outside the church, a car just parked and a guy double-crossed her and said, eh, can I say, I've been trying to talk to you, but I, I didn't know why. As she heard that, she ran back. That which people want to do with you, but a force, an invisible element keeps— listen, listen, it is demonic. It is that which brings siege around destinations of breakthrough, and somehow just People can't tell. I want to do this, but I can't tell. There's just a spiritual resistance. I stretch my hands towards this house tonight. If— listen, please, ushers, help me, because the power of God is going to hit them.
If there's anyone here whose progress has been impaired by spiritual forces, clusters of demonic gatherings, I don't care how many years, I don't care how long But tonight, by the power and the authority in the name of Jesus, loose them now!
Please help them. Let the fire of the Lord— anyone whose life is under such siege, I set you free now. I set you free now.
Be loose! Be loose! Be loosed! Set free now in the name of Jesus!
Just help them. In every man's life there are seasons, and there are seasons— there are seasons a man must not sleep. There are seasons of travail. There are seasons to labor. There are—
once you begin to sense Everything God wants to do on the earth requires spiritual energy. To bet, you begin to sense it. Sometimes as a ministry, you are getting results, no problem. You are seeing things because nothing threatens success like success.
Nothing threatens progress like progress.
The fact that there is something you already seen can give you a sense of satisfaction. But the moment God wants to bet a new season, he orchestrates it through burdens. People can explain.
Sometimes people see my videos and ask, where have you been?
In the place of prayer. In the place of prayer. Sometimes people get to ask me, what are you doing differently? You're everywhere.
Even those who don't love Jesus are watching your messages. We were scarpaging. We had just one camera. One, one camera. La copa ta la teca, el amante capa, ulamande kaine in the mall time. Because listen, once you get to that betting season You may not be able to tell the burdens differently from hunger.
You, you just—
it is not like God has not done something, but there is a sense of discontentment. Not out of ingratitude, we thank God for what he's done, but I sense that there's, there's a perception in my heart that there's something new that is about to be born as soon as Zion travails.
The moment it occurs to you to change activity from what you are doing to labor, you will bet.
Listen, there is nothing that the power of prayer cannot handle. Was it John Wesley that said, it appears that until a man prays, heaven will not do anything? If there is a man to pray, ah, if there is a man to pray Aya, aya! I can tell you stories, oh, I can tell you stories. Someone said, I look at my life, I desire to be anointed. I see different anointed ministers of God. I look for— listen, pray, pray, pray. You get to a point, place of prayer, that there will be a transfiguration. It will take people who have seen you to know something has changed. One time, you know, I'm fighting tears because standing before you is a man that mercy preserved and prayer saved. I looked at my life, I said, if I continue like this, I'll be finished. 2011. I set out on a journey. I said, I will not eat, God, till you show up. One time, security guys came in the middle of the night and say I must pack out my land. You know, my landlord came and said, no, no, this is a pastor, he's stays in my house. They said I must leave that night. I was— what was my offense? Prayer. They said my prayer was disturbing the whole neighborhood. And I heard the man, the security man, saying, is he the only one with problem? Well, I sat down in my room, I said, you can't understand. La ka pa te da e la matai abamba. I set out on a journey of 100 days dry. How many days? 100 days. I didn't know I couldn't. When I did the first 21, I said I need to have wisdom. I broke and took 3 days break, then did another 21, then did 3 days break, then another 21, then 3 days break. Then the fourth 21, I was vomiting blood. They carried me almost lifeless. I'd become like a skeleton and rushed me to the hospital. You might not have heard me share this story like this. I saw myself leaving my body and people were crying that, hey, they had to do CPR for me. And finally God helped me and the doctor sat beside me on the bed and said, If you attempt to fast again, you'll kill yourself. I sat down there, I was listening to him. I was on the bed, I was listening to the doctor. I said, oh, you came from a very good place. I know where I came from. I've been praying this prayer, but I've not hit the note of victory. There is something called the note of victory. When you pray to a point and you know I've touched it— I knew I had not touched it. So I knew the sickness was an attack and I was there. So the doctor said, you're going to be here for a while. I actually left the hospital through the window and I went on another 21 days white. When I— I just knew, I couldn't explain. Men like me don't die in a hurry. I just knew. That if there's a time to break the old nonsense, it was that time. There's a time appointed for everything. After I did 21, I did 7 days, I finished, then I did 3 days. On the third day of the 3 days, I had a dream. If I show you pictures, you will not see look at the man you are seeing now and the person you see in the picture, you will scream. I could not walk. I would just be on the floor. My— and I had a dream, and I saw a man laying down on the floor dead, and I saw a very tall angel stood by his side and said to me, Femi, get I got up and he said, do you know this man? I said no. He said, look at him again, do you know this man? I said no. He said, that's the father of your grandfather. He said to me— now this is my story, people can bring any doctrine, it's your business. When you fight the battle I fought, don't worry. He said, he's the father of your grandfather. He said, he died with what belonged to all of of you. So he said, my— your tears has reached our ears. That statement breaks me, it pained me. I'll tell you why I was pained. He said, so I have been sent to wake him up to take what is yours. Listen, there I was in my frailty and weakness, and that angel carried something that looked book, like a trumpet, but also like a ram's horn, and blew it. And the mighty man got up from that place with anger, and he said to me, 'You have one minute to take it.' And I knew by the Spirit— please, Pastor, please come, please come, sir— I knew by the Spirit that I was to put my hands into his chest And the moment I put my hands into his chest, I could tell this one is my own, this one belonged to this person. So I wanted to pack for everyone. He said, no, that's not the protocol. He said, take yours. When they pray like this, they will take theirs. Listen, I took what I wanted to take and it fell down dead. Then I woke up from the vision. I knew I had hit the note of victory. But as a teacher of the word, I had questions. I would not let that slide. Question 1: Lord God in heaven, you said my voice came to you to your ears. After how many months of fasting? Is it till I die? Then he said to me, he said, no. He said, one, your lack of recognition. He said, if you had discerned anyone around you who fought such battles and came out, said the person has what it takes to bring you out. He said, well, because you did not discern it Hence the reason why you have to dig the well yourself. I came here tonight as a man that God brought out of darkness. You see, we may look at what we see online and not understand the stories behind it. I came here tonight as a man that God brought out of place where people don't rise. If there's anyone here who is coming from a place where destinies have been trampled upon, if there's anyone here who is coming from a place where there is no trace as touching anyone who rose, if there's anyone here who is coming from a place where they are perpetually defeated I stretch my hands towards this house.
I decree and declare by the power and the authority in the name of Jesus, get what is yours! Let an amen roar like thunder! Get what is yours! Get what is yours! Get what is yours! Tonight By the power and the authority that is in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I decree and declare anyone who has been tied down, you are loosed. You are set free now.
Hear the words of the Lord. Before this conference is over, that which your hands has never been able to touch all your lives, by the power and the authority in the name of Jesus, it begins to happen for you now. Sit for a moment. Please sit down, sir. Prayer works. There's a God who answers prayer. Once there is a man to pray, there is a God that answers. Once there is a man to pray, there's a God that answers. Prayer fire, prayer fire. The burden to travel, the burden to wait, receive it. You carry it strong. But listen, one of the very important reasons why we pray, apart from the answers we receive, is that prayer keeps your spirit sharp and discerning to recognize people, places, and time. Prayer keeps your spirit sharp.
It needs to be sharp. In Genesis 18, something, something unbelievable was happening. Abraham had waited on God for a child for over 25 years, over 25 years.
And casually, there is the— what we believe, maybe Christophany, whatever you want to call it, the Old Testament appearance of Christ. He was walking past casually He was not going to see Abraham. He will just— he will walk past for you to recognize. You know the reason why Jesus will come to a tree and expect that you have fruit in a season that was not its season? There is the general season, but there is your season. Listen, for general trees, it was not the season of figs, but for that tree, it was the season. Listen, this is the reason why you cannot afford to judge your life based on general calendar.
For some of you, destiny can open so early, so early, and if you fail to discern it, you may have to struggle.
Um, I, you know, I pay attention to what we call small things. When my brother here was talking and he said some of us came in here, and that's how you know a true apostle. So we came in here broken, battered, and all that. I said, but God is making mighty men. Now imagine that the mighty men of David did not recognize David because David also had problems. Hope you know that in the Cave of Adullam, David's problem was more than their own. For them, it was indebtedness. For David, they wanted to assassinate him. The fact that your captain has a challenge doesn't mean he's not your captain. And may I also extend that to you. The fact that you— have you seen yourself in a case whereby you are going through hell? You are, you are going through your own— you may be wearing nice dress, and that's when someone will come to you and say, I'm going through this, you look at the person and say, look, if, if your problem was my problem, I'll be happy. When you notice that despite the challenges you're going through, people find it convenient to keep telling you about their problem, there's an anointing upon your life. Don't reject them. That's a Davidic grace. Don't reject them. There's something there. So for the mighty men of David, that was destiny opening.
We will later go about the recounting of their names and you will be amazed.
Listen, the reason why you must be prayed up is because there are doors in life that may never open twice. Listen to what I'm saying, and I want to say it again. There are doors that may never open twice. You pray yourself to be sharp in the spirit, to discern people, uh-huh, to discern places, and to discern what? Time. And the time there is kairos. Don't joke with it. Let me show you a scripture quickly. Are you still with me? And this is a very, very painful scripture in the book of Acts of the Apostles, chapter number 7, from verse 22 to 25. Acts chapter number 7 from verse 22 to 25. There's a woman here with the case of fibroid. There's a woman, fibroid. This is the left side. There's another woman, ovarian cyst. Ovarian cyst. I decree and declare that both of them melt away now. One of the things you may not see publicly about our ministry, and is intentional, is creative miracles. I was ministering in the meeting, a woman came there, and by the time she got up after the meeting, her clothes fell. While she was seated, she had lost 14 kg on the seat. How many kg? 14 kg. Diabetes had disappeared. High blood pressure had disappeared. Any kind of infirmity you came with, it will not go back with you. There's a man here with a court case, and this is a case that if you lose, it may tamper with your freedom. Kai, Father, wherever he is, right now. There is the vindication of heaven. There is the vindication of heaven. Um, Apostle, sir, um, one of the very strange things I'm seeing here is that God is giving you plenty government officials here. I'm seeing women rise in strange, strange capacities. I'm seeing men rise in strange orders. The anointing— I'm not the one bringing it, the anointing is already here. I'm just discerning it. You will not miss it. Look at Acts 7. Let's start the reading from verse 22. And Moses was learned in all the wisdom of the Egyptians and was mighty in words and in what? Deeds. And when he was full 40 years old, he came to his heart to visit his brethren, the children of Israel. And seeing one of them suffered wrong, He defended him and avenged him. And this is sometimes the problem of the church, and you have to listen. He avenged him that was oppressed and smote the Egyptian. Verse 25, for he supposed— he thought that his brethren would have understood now. He thought that they will know that God by his hand will deliver them, but they understood not. One of the ways the devil fights the body of Christ is that it makes people turn against their deliverers. That's what he does. Look at the two face of the problem. If you read the book of Exodus, first time he came, he saw an Egyptian beating a Jew. It was easy to solve. It's very easy to deal with external enemies. The devil will rebuke him, get out. You'll be on the run. But the second time he came, he saw two Jews fighting. It didn't make sense. And that's the reason why the move of God is stiffened in many places. It is easy to destroy the works of the enemy in the land. It becomes a tough job when it is the church against the church. It becomes hard Once God begins to do something and the one who is fighting it is not the devil but the church, it becomes dangerous that the moment God begins to move, the first source of attack are those who call God like you, who wear tie like you, who wear collars like you. They look at what God is doing and fight it. And Moses said, listen, at the point In our ministry, even people who hate church all their lives can't resist the message. Guess who said I was an antichrist? The church. Can't you tell? Can't you see it? Listen, the moment— one of the ways the devil can finish a nation is when the spirit of holier than thou enters. You cannot be more Catholic than the Pope. You can't be holier than the Holy Ghost. The greatest move of God was bettered in the midst of unity. He said he thought that they will know that God by his hand will will rescue them, but they didn't know. Do you know? And God came earlier, and that's why I said God can come early. They had 400 years of prophecy. He came in their 390th year. You know, it was not the whole nation of Israel that rejected Moses. It was one guy. When one wrong person has the mic One guy who said, who made you a captain over us? Do you want to kill me like you killed the Egyptian? And Moses ran for 40 years, and God waited for 40 years. The fact that you rejected your deliverer doesn't mean God is obligated to move till you are ready. Many times it is still the same people God will bring back. You are the one that should grow up. God will never knock your door to tell you who you want to use.
Be discerning. Pray, pray.
The devil has learned how to weaponize the church against the church. We are seated in Christ Jesus. Far above all principalities. We are untouchable for them, but the only one that can touch us is the one who is also seated there with us. Be careful lest the devil gives you his ministry of accusation and you think it is ministry. God can move and you'll be fighting the move of God. In Jesus' name. And listen, you must understand hatred, envy, and ignorance as a form of anointing. That you will be speaking and fighting God and you feel so anointed. Anything that is not a product of prayer, doubt it. Doubt it. It doesn't matter how you feel. Doubt it. Listen, and I say this to you, I beg you. See, I beg you in the name of Jesus. One of the ways the devil can waste your time and destroy your life is to make you sit in the seat of the scornful. Those who cannot replace graces in your life will sit down to attack that grace that God has sent to you. How do you find it convenient as a Christian that you sit in rooms where they are criticizing your pastor? The fact that they can speak those things in your presence is because they know you are a rebel.
And that's what the devil does. Many Christians are not discerning.
You see unbelievers come out on social media, insult fathers, tear them to pieces, and what do we do? Not mind them. Even myself, I'm checking myself. You know, when Pastor— when Apostle was taking the offering I just said to myself, why is that? Now I said, he loves these people. Many pastors can't tell people to give anymore because just when you say give, there's an established body of hatred for you, that you must be a thief, that somebody who is saying the loudest amen at the point where you say give and look at you and say, hey, is he after my money? And the devil has orchestrated Frustrated all those things, hence the reason why many believers are struggling to rise. They are in church, but they are not in touch. Far from reach. Listen, if there's anyone here that you have sat down around the table of the enemy, you have sat down long enough. It is a land where nothing grows. God sets the solitary in families, but the rebellious dwells in dry land. Come back home. Take this as a word from the Lord, that you begin to fellowship with things.
Now your mind towards the church is affected. You don't even know if you should be a Christian anymore. You know why?
You are hearing the wrong things. Picking junks from everywhere is not spiritual hunger, is lack of discipline. When God gives you a shepherd, he has given you the shepherd to feed you after the integrity of his heart. Stay there. Tell your neighbor, stay there. Come on, say it again. Preach that message.
Say, stay there.
And I— when I read that scripture, I wept. God was ready but they were not discerning. Moses said, I thought that they will know now that God— Moses was thinking, did they not know that that's why I was in Egypt? They did not know that that's why God separated me so I could be prepared. But you know what they were doing? They were envying him. Look at him, I think he's a big boy. Look at him, this, this. The devil— can I, can I give you an illustration quickly? Can I have, um, let me have, um, 3 men please come. 3 men please come. Let's show you something quickly, quickly. 3, 3 males come, come, come. Thank you. You heard about the threefold missions of the devil. Come, come, stand here. Face that side. You stand behind him too, man. Please come, sir. Come here. He said the thief cometh not but to kill to steal, and to destroy. Well, let's start with this: to kill, to steal, and to destroy. The Bible listed in order, so it means the least of the devil's intention for you is to kill. What does it mean to kill? It means to bring to a point where it ceases to exist. So you look at the strategy of Pharaoh in Egypt. He said when the Igbo women do their duties, he said kill the males but keep the girls alive. I'll tell you what that means now. But also he wants to steal. This is more dangerous because the devil doesn't steal by collecting, he steals by giving. If the devil wants the anointing upon the Samson, he gives him Delilah. If he wants the place of Judas, he gives him 30 pieces of silver. Whenever the devil wants something from you you check what he gives. He gives you something so you can drop what you are holding. Are you following what I'm saying here?
So the devil gives also, he's a giver, and that's how he steals.
Once he gives you, you drop what is in your hand. A person can be at the junction of major anointing upon his life and the devil gives him offense, and once he takes it, he drops the season, he's back to square one. But there is the third phase. The third phase is called the phase where the devil destroys. To destroy is not the same thing as to kill, actually. So I give you an illustration. In chemistry, there is something called physical change and chemical change. Have you heard about that? Let me give you a quick, quick education now. If you boil, if you boil water, it becomes gaseous, right? But you can trap the steam becomes water back. Am I correct? That's physical change. If you freeze water, it becomes ice. If you put it around heat, it defrosts again and becomes what? Water. It is a change that can be reversed. But if you boil a piece of paper, you boil a piece of paper and you burn— sorry— it becomes ashes. You can't bring it back to paper. So to destroy is to to bring a person to a point where redemption becomes a dream. And let me tell you how he does it. Come. One of the ways the devil— if the devil wants to finish a man, listen, he uses the person's zeal against the person. To destroy is to be— you are fighting for God, you are fighting for God. To destroy a man is to bring to a point where the man is now fighting for the devil, but he's not aware. And he will with his own hands begin to destroy and fight all the things of God. Destruction is not possible without blindness. And that's why you see that the moment the lords of Philistines capture Samson, they needed to bring him to a state that even if power returns, he could no longer continue.
Him.
What did they take? Sight. Once your discernment is gone, the devil is on the journey of destruction. What is the importance of a blind general? He will kill his own soldiers without knowing. Listen, there are many Christians who are still carrying guns, but they are no longer aware that now they are killing their own Christians. Senses, they are— a pastor is killing another pastor, an apostle is killing another apostle. How can you hate a fellow man of God like the way the devil hates the person? I said something in our conference last week that the climate now in the body of Christ is not favorable for a wounded soldier. It is still the body of Christ that will say he's useless, throw him away. God doesn't bury his wounded soldiers, he heals them. If there's anyone here who used to be on fire for the Lord and you lost the fire, you, you fell into sin, began to do things, you lost your way, now you can't even tell what's going on, maybe you even gave birth to a child or two children out of wedlock, you felt your calling is gone. You felt all hope is gone. Everything God has said, you can no longer even listen to what God is saying because you feel God will never use someone like you. You feel you've messed up, you fell into sin, you made a mistake, and maybe you were suspended from your church or even sent out of the church, and now you've forgotten everything about the call. I have an announcement: there is hope for a tree even when it is cut down. Even when the storm works old in the heads, at the scent of water to spring back again. God is not done with you. Dust yourself from the ashes. Pick back your staff of office. Go back from where you fell.
Pick it back.
Never embrace the spirit of discouragement. In the book of Ezekiel 37, there was a valley of bones. When men look at that valley, it was a graveyard. But when God looked at the valley, he saw soldiers. And God asked Ezekiel, son of man, can these bones leave. And he said, Lord, thou knowest there's a woman seated somewhere here who is called to marriage ministry, but you are in crisis, like your marriage failed. And you said, how can I talk to women when my marriage has failed? May I announce to you that your success is not your message. The success of Christ is the message. The message is not true simply because true because it is true in your life. It is true because it is true according to scriptures. Go back to the message Christ gave you and declare it with boldness. The truth is the truth regardless of my experience. The truth is the truth. Listen, don't you know that the devil will fight you the most in the areas of your dominant anointing? If he's fighting you in that area, there's something there. You go back home and say, look at it, is this the man I come back home to all the time? And God is saying, that's your first project, keep fighting. I heard the story, a man of God shared this story with us. He had a son— I want to check my time— very notorious boy. The boy had caused problems for the family, serious problems. And the man of God went on 40 days dry. He said he will curse the boy and the boy will die. And God waited for him to fast. How many days? 40 days. And when he wanted to open his mouth— you know when a man knows his spiritual weight— and God said, you can't curse my servant. Bless him. He said, who is your servant? The stone that the builders reject. And he began to bless the boy. He got back home and greeted everyone. They answered except that boy. It's your kid. Daddy, you are welcome. The boy just got— and the man looked at him and said, this one, man of God. Few months later, one of the pastor's disciple from America reached out to him to send the list of his children that God has said he should bring one of them to America. And he wrote everybody's name except that boy. So he wrote his name at the lowest part like a mistake and sent the letter. Then the guy went for that mistake and said, this is the one God has chosen. And the man of God said, since you've been in America, have you been jailed before? He said no. Have you been arrested by the police? He said no. Have you been to police station because problem? He said no. He said, this one you have selected, all these 3 things I've mentioned will happen. And the man said no, this is the one God has said. When the boy was going to America, he didn't even say goodbye. He left. But he got there and gave his life to Christ. He got there, got born again, became a pastor. Brought the father and the mother to America, brought the siblings to America, and through him God brought dignity to that house. Don't conclude yet. Be discerning. I can't tell who, I can't tell why, but there's somebody seated somewhere here that the next time this conference is holding, the kind of person you would have become, when people hear that you are around, they will have to give a standing ovation. Listen, oh, there is somebody somewhere here that is wearing an invisible crown. It is there. But not yet seen. The day Samuel poured the oil on David was not the day he became king. God told Jeremiah, before you were formed in your mother's womb— be discerning, there are kings amongst us. Be discerning. I know this meeting still continues tomorrow, am I correct? Yes. So I'm going to finish up tomorrow, but put your two hands on your head, everyone, particularly those of you, you've been sensing there's something about me. I can't explain it, you just know. Even when people are around— are they here? When people around you can't discern it, they can't recognize, something just keeps telling you I'm different, I'm different, I'm different. And for some of you, something has been saying, this is the time. As soon as Zion travails, she brings forth— please sit down, everyone. I'm just going to pray a very simple prayer. The power of God is going to run across. Let the ushers restrain and help them. There are kings, those who are wearing the robes of kings. Amongst us that God is preparing— as Deborahs, as Esthers, as Daniels, as Josephs— preparing for the corridors of power beyond this nation across board pouring unction upon their life!
Kings! Let the unction that rouses kings be stirred up now! Now! Now! Take it now! Daniels! Deborahs! Esthers! Receive it now! There are priests amongst us, apostles, prophets, teachers, evangelists, pastors, minstrels, those that God is ordaining, sending forth to the ends of the earth. Let the anointing that signal that operation, take it now, take it now, take it now, take it now.
Listen, there is something called the firstborn oil.
It is the anointing that rests upon people that makes them the point of reference in a lineage, in a nation, in a state, in a church, in an environment. There is the firstborn anointing. I stretch my hands towards you now by the power and the authority in the name of Jesus.
Carry that oil, carry it like a cloak everywhere you go. Let the boyars rise, Esthers, Josephs, Daniels, builders, neymars. Kingship and priesthood. May you not miss the season, in the name of Jesus. May you not miss the season. Lion roar, eagles fly, eating you. You were meant to fly. Lion roar, eagles fly. It's in you. You were meant to fly. Shake off the dust that has gathered on you for so long. Step out of the darkness of shame you have wrapped yourself in. There is hope for a tree that is cut down, because at the scent of water, it will spring back to life again. Igu, you are a soldier in the army of God, and the host await your response to the clarion call. Can you feel the shaking, the shaking in your belly as your father calls out to you now. Can you feel the breaking of the dam as the river from your belly flows? They will mount up, spread those wings and fly. Thank you, Lord Jesus. Listen, everyone under the sound of my voice, listen. Listen, while we pray, if you are here and you know this Jesus, you are not taking him seriously yet, you have not accepted him as your Lord and Savior, this is your appointed time. I beg you in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, don't harden your heart.
Wherever you are, run out now!
Run out.
You know it. I can make that decision now.
Please come, I beg you, I beg you. Don't harden your heart. The Lord is calling on to you today. Today is the day of your salvation. Let's clap for them as they come.
Wherever you are, please come, come, come. Some of you are rededicating your life to Christ. You know, come. Don't hold back, don't hide it. I beg you by the mercies of the Lord, come.
Keep clapping for them as they come.
Keep coming, keep coming. There is joy in heaven at such a moment as this. Come, come. For the spirit and the bride says, come! We beseech you by the mercies of the Lord, come!
