Yes, let's bless his holy name from the very depth of our heart this morning. Oh, what a joy! Let's, let's, let's honor his name. Let's honor his name. Let's, let's, let's just give him praise because he deserves all the honor It deserves all glory. It deserves all adoration. Oh, thank you, Jesus. In the name of Jesus, everyone under the sound of my voice, throughout this week you are divinely protected. You are divinely protected. You are divinely protected in the name of Jesus. The glory of God is vested around your life. No one born of woman will be able to terminate your life in the name of Jesus.

And I want to decree this prophetically: anyone around your life that is sent as an agent of darkness to bring your life down, to bring you down and make sure you never rise, In the name that is above all names, they are exposed in this season.

In the name of Jesus, they are exposed. Now listen, I shared with people in church, one of the most important reasons why you cannot but pray is because already, whether you choose to pray or you do not choose to pray, the world is already a very serious place of battle. Okay, so you cannot remain a child when there is hostile battle against your soul. The Book of Luke chronicled something very painful, said a cry was heard in Rama, Rachel weeping for her children, for they are no more. So when there is casualty and when there is an invasion, the first victim of such invasion are children. Um, Paul speaking to the Ephesians in Ephesians chapter number 4, he said, there will be no more children tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine and by the slight cunningness of men. I love the way the Message translation puts it. He said, no more prolonging fancies amongst us, please. Said, we will not tolerate babes in the woods, little children who are easy mark for impostors.

So God wants us to grow up.

He wants us to grow up. He wants us to mount up with strength. He wants us to be able to stand strong and be able to weather spiritually all that he has for us. And that's why Paul speaks in Ephesians 6. He said, finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might. He said, put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Amen. I decree, as long as you know these words you are, you are hearing under the sound of my voice, you are covered from evil.

You are covered from evil. You are covered from evil in the name of Jesus. This morning God gave me a very clear word. You know, Mondays I do a lot of declarations and we, we speak ahead of the week. But today God wants us to do a lot of confrontation, and I want to beg you in the name of Jesus, this is one morning you want to— as we pray, you want to have a notepad behind you where you will, as you— because one of the peculiarities of being on that, either my teaching or prayer platform, is that you will know what to do next. Are you with me? You will know what to do next.

God said to tell—

he said, tell my children the time has come to face Goliath. Say, tell my children the time has come to face Goliath. In the book of 1 Samuel chapter number 17 from verse 1, 1 Samuel 17 from verse 1, the Bible says that now the Philistines gathered together their armies to battle and were gathered together at Socoh, all right, which belonged to Judah, and pitched between Socoh Saul and Asa.

Now verse 2. Now Saul and Saul and his men and the men of Israel were gathered together, and they pitched between the valley of Elah, and they set the battle in array against the Philistines.

And the Philistines stood on the mountain on the other side, and Israel stood on the other mountain on the other side, and there was a valley between them.

And there went out a champion out of the camp of the Philistines named Goliath of Gath, whose height was 6 cubits and a span.

And he had the helmet of brass upon his head, and was armed with a coat of mail, and the weight of his coat was 5,000 shekels of brass. And the greaves—

okay, so let me jump a bit. Amen.

Verse 8 now.

And he stood and cried unto the armies of Israel and said unto them, why are you come out to set your battle in array? Am I not the Philistine, and ye servants of Saul? God, choose you a man for you and let him come down to me. He will be able to fight, be able to fight me. Now there are systems out there that, that they are confrontational as much as they are invasive.

Are you with me?

There are systems that we have been set against. Now we can read the scripture honestly and say that the Israelites were cowards. They were cowards. They couldn't face Goliath. One of the things Goliath What was his track record?

Here is somebody who is just starting an organization and you are going to pitch, you are going to drop a proposal, you are going to defend certain proposal and then pitch your proposal.

And then here you are with other Goliath organizations, those who have been there, those who know what it means to deal with the kind of figures you have not dealt with, those who understand what it means to interface with the kind of project you have not interfaced with, those who know what it means to step in certain corridors of power that you have not stepped in, those who know how to deal with certain things that you have not dealt with, those who understand the dynamics. You can get there and look at yourself and say, who am I among this kind of people? But God said it is time to stand strong and face them. It is time to stand strong and go headlong. You are about to step into unfamiliar territories. You're about to step into uncharted courses. You're about to do things that you have never done before. You're about to do things that you have no reference Will you turn back?

That's the question.

And whenever Goliath comes out, he speaks words of blasphemies, and they all cower and hide themselves because no one had this experience.

And Saul later gave that. Saul said that you are but a child, he told David. He said, but this man Goliath has been fighting since the days of his youth.

You might be young, but God is trusting you with a scepter early. You are facing things you have never faced. You will hold scepter of leadership in places that they said your kind don't hold scepter of leadership. Maybe they have said you are a female, you are a lady, and you know this is not for ladies, is for men. It is men's world.

And God is saying, go forward, go forward.

It is time to do the things you have never done before. It is time to to speak in places you have never spoken before. It is time to enter into corridors of power that you have never been before.

Put on the whole armor of God and step out. That's the word of love for you this week. It's time to step out in faith. It's time to face it. It's time to face the Goliath. It's time to move on. Have you been to places where you see people talking about their experience about doing the things that you have never—

you are there, you are wondering Let's assume you, you have a startup that you just started and you have your few guys that you are trying to put a few things together, and there you've gone now to, to pitch somewhere and you are seeing your mentors, your role models, those who have gone ahead of you, the, the organizations you've been watching behind the scene, and you've been, oh my God, I wish I can meet this man.

And there you are with the man you have called role model about to pitch for the same thing The Bible said whenever ulayat makes that noise every morning, their heart left them and they all will run for fear. And God is saying you are not going to run. It's time to face it. It's time to move on. It's time to face it. Until you take bold steps, you will never enter into your destiny. Until you begin to take bold steps, once you begin to make giant moves until you begin to make massive moves. Resources doesn't follow idleness, it follows moves. God told the Israelites, I will give you the pillar of fire by night and the pillar of cloud by day. When the pillar moves, you move. You know, you must know when God is moving, and you must know when where you are is now too small. There are many of you, you are just one big step away from what God is doing in your life, just one one big step away. This is another Monday, this is another week, and you are not going to stay in your comfort zone because nothing grows in comfort zone.

The moment David stood before Goliath, you need to understand, you need to understand, at that point David had said, standing before Goliath means that only one man is permitted to come back alive.

And you need to understand understand that.

It was not a joke. When you stand face to face with Goliath, only one man is coming back.

So David knew what he was getting into, and David knew he's the one that is coming back. What audacity! When you stand like that in duel, all right, in a battle—

it's a battle duel now, all right, old ways, one-on-one. They are not just about to slap each other and say you are not serious. You do not—

they are about to kill each other.

When they said anyone who wins, the winning there is to kill the other person. How will David know that one man will be standing and that one man will be me?

Even if you are not sure, say it. At the end of the day, I will be standing on my feet and I'll be standing tall.

I will not back down. I will not die with this battle.

I will not fade out.

I will not be blown away by the wind.

I will be the last man standing. At the end of the day, I will be the last man standing. In the strength of the Lord, I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.

I will be the last man standing. I won't die in the midst of the battle. I go forth with strength. I go with precision. I go with audacity.

This is my inheritance.

David knew it was, it was either him not coming back or Goliath not coming back. Goliath was challenging David. He said, look at this, is this what you sent to me, you dogs? He said, today I will feed you to the birds of the air. David said, you have come against me in swords and spear, but I come against you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the Lord of Israel's army, whom you have defied, and today I will cut your head hand off your neck.

And also, what I will do inside my mind, say it. It's a world where you have to win with words.

Say it.

The refusal to say it is the reason why you are not winning. Can I give us 2 minutes?

Everyone, wherever you are, get up on your feet and begin to speak back to Goliath.

This week I step out in the name of the Lord of Hosts. I step out under his wings and I step out in his power. In the name of Jesus, I step out with audacity. I step out with clarity and precision. This is my inheritance. This is what I do. This is my life. I am coming back with victory on all sides.

Maybe there are things you need to do, areas you need to conquer, uncharted courses Speak the word of the Lord and face the Goliath. Maybe you have been running away from things because you are scared, running away from certain realities because you felt you are too small.

listen, listen— do you know that one of the ways to rise is to set— look at the pictures of the places you are going, the, the places you see yourself sitting in the next few years, and begin to tell yourself, I belong here, I belong here.

You must know how to get there before you get there. You must know how to get there before you get there. Life doesn't favor the timid. Life doesn't favor the timid. I got there in my mind before I got there in my body. Sometimes we say, this is my first time, because you are making room for excuses and for failure. In case I don't do it well, pity me, don't be too harsh on me.

No, it doesn't work that way.

You must know how to go forward and advance and set the things there. Look at it, look at the people who are where you are going to and say, I belong here, I belong here, I receive the wisdom to step here, I belong here, this is my place.

Get there now.

Step out in boldness.

You know this thing you want to do, if you do it now, these people— there's a way—

All the things I've ever done that produce results, somebody tried to discourage me.

You don't have to bow to everything people are saying. All the things I've ever done that has produced results. Somebody had tried to destroy me. Somebody somewhere had claimed to hear from God and have spoken words that could have made me bow down, and I stood my ground. This is what the Lord is saying.

In the place of contrary opinions, you must know how to say, this is what the Lord is saying.

Let me tell you two stories, two stories. Maybe you've never heard this story before. Two stories. All right, and these are prominent men, so you can verify. I remember Bishop Oyedepo shared this story. One time they had gone, himself and his friend—

I don't mention the friend's name—

to see a notable man of God in Nigeria.

The man of God was at Ilesha at that time, and I think Bishop was at Ilorin or thereabouts.

And they went to see the man of God about their ministries, to bless them. The man looked at them and said, I know God has called you to ministry, but he has not called you to start a church. And that word was going to shut out what God was saying to them. And as they were driving, the other friend was already contemplating, maybe God not say Bishop Oyedepo parked beside the road, and he said, get down from my car. Can I pretend not to have heard God? Let God see to you that I succeed in nothing else but this church has asked me to start.

And that's how I continued the vision. I remember after seeing the movie The Train, I was with Mommy Bamiloje and Daddy Bamiloje, and I asked them a question. I said, I've read your books and there's a part of this, of your story, that is not in the movie. After God said both of you are husband and wife, um, somebody prophesied that you are not.

And this, they said yes.

And then she said she began to see dreams and visions, blah blah, that they were not meant to be together, but they had to pray through that season. They had to break through. You must know how to stand your ground in the place of contrary wind.

Stand your ground, stand your ground.

Don't let people shut down your visions. Don't let them shut down what God is saying. Don't let people put you in their mold with their opinions. Eliab told David, I know your pride, I know the naughtiness of your heart. He said you have left the few sheep and you have come here to see what the battle looks like. And I know Eliab and Shammah must have been watching David stepping out against Goliath, and they would have put their hands on their head. What will we tell Jesse? What will we tell Jesse now? What will we tell Jesse? Look at this boy, he's going to get himself killed. How do we tell Jesse? They would have been somewhere. I'm sure they couldn't watch the fight. They would have been somewhere crying, say this boy has killed himself, this boy has killed himself, until they heard a noise from the camp of Israel, a big noise. We have won because someone was audacious. Until they heard the noise—

whoo!

Glory to God in the highest! Those who are trying to shut you down are about to shout. They are about to shout on your behalf. Stand your ground and fight.

Don't let people put you in their mode, in the smallness of their mind. As touching what they feel is right or what is not right. Sometimes you are too slow, but a mediocre is telling you are too fast.

Wake up! If there's someone around to tell the person, wake up now, face your Goliath.

That's the way it works in life. Life doesn't favor the timid. There's no room for it. Once you choose, this is your position. They will march on you.

One of the, one of the spirit of God upon my life, dimension upon my life, is the spirit of audacity to make audacious moves. You see, I tell people, I used to be a very timid person. I used to be very timid I used to be very timid and introverted. You will never hear me say a word. Yes, I used to be extremely timid and fearful. I moved from that extreme.

I tell people I don't know what fear looks like.

People say what you are doing requires audacity. I don't know. I don't even know it requires audacity. This is just the spirit within me functioning.

I don't know. I don't know I should be afraid.

Afraid. So I asked my wife, am I supposed to be afraid? She laughed. So I don't know, I'm trying to be sure. I don't know, I honestly don't know I should be afraid.

Wake up!

There's no room for lazing around. You have to wake up and smell the coffee.

Can I give you a minute to ask for the spirit of audacity and boldness? The spirit of boldness. The spirit of boldness.

Listen, you can receive this thing and never know fear exists again. Never know fear exists again. I'm telling you, this spirit can come upon your life. Even you, you'll be wondering, where did my fears go?

You can't find it anymore.

And I've come with that dimension this morning. Can I give you a minute? Lift your voice wherever you are and pray that prayer loud and Pray it like your life depends on it.

I receive the spirit of audacity, audacity, the spirit of boldness, boldness, boldness to get into uncharted territories, boldness to make bold moves, the spirit of boldness.

Beware of whatever it is they call it there. Beware. Beware, never get to that point where you, where you get, you get to that point where you now believe that the way to please God is to play small. You either play big or you go home. You either play big or you go home. Everybody are where they are because nobody has been audacious enough to stand. Don't let people shut down your light. And I'm sorry, there are many insecure people who have voices of authority over people, and they keep shutting them down, cut them to sizes, cut down their visions, cut down everything, and then reduce them to nothing, then they can now lead them.

Nothing can be more of a plague than having an insecure leader.

I don't know if I'm saying this to anybody. Nothing can be more of a plague than having an insecure leader whose way to lead you is to reduce you to nothing. And it feels important. You are important. You are important. And some people have grown from backgrounds where they taught them everything else except boldness, and now it's affecting you. But you know you can receive the spirit of boldness. I stretch my hands towards you. From today, receive the spirit of boldness. You are not saying the amen well.

I said, from today, receive the spirit of boldness in the name of Jesus.

Say louder, wherever you are.

They made big moves.

And the Bible said God caused the host of Assyrians to hear the sound of chariots. Chariot. When you move, God will amplify yourself. Move fast, move.

They heard the noise of chariot and they ran, every man.

They said, oh, they've got to get Egyptian chariot against us.

They got that deliverance because some people decided to move.

Move, move, take those steps now. Move, move, take those steps now.

Say loud and clear, I will not be timid, not again, not again. I will not put my visions and my dreams under— you know, some of you have got so bad that in order to fit into certain people's circle circle, you have to dream small.

Like the pass, the acceptance fee to come into their religious circle is that you are thinking like them. Yeah, then they feel secure enough to be your friend. Why are you begging people to be your friend? Are you not important? You are trying to fit into everybody's circle and be in their good books.

Ah, greatness is a lonely journey.

Yes, it is when things get clear, others will come.

There are things they can't understand now, they will understand later. You are trying to explain what the vision will reveal, it doesn't work.

The vision speaks at the end by itself. There are explanations that you can't— you can never— in fact, the more you try to explain, the more they get you wrong, and the more they spread the rumor among themselves. Have you heard what he's saying? Look at what he's saying. The more you try to explain, the the more they get you wrong. You don't interpret in the midst of insecurity. You fulfill your vision. You have not accepted his life for you. I want you to make that decision now. I've said it again and again, the statement tomorrow may be too late may not be the gospel, but it's also not a lie. The gospel is the good news that Jesus came to this world to die for your sins, and he rose up on the third day so that you can be justified and not trapped in death. Because when he died, we also died with him, and he has made life available for you so that you will not perish. So you can have his own life. How do you accept him? You believe in your heart the substitutionary work of Jesus Christ, then you confess it with your mouth. You believe Jesus came to this world, say it's true.
