Now God has given me a word for us this morning. It is a word of realignment. Then I believe that God is bringing this realignment so that he can be able to help you now get into something. There's something God wants to do. But he needs to put this realignment. Is that clear now? Very important. I want you to project this. 2 Chronicles 20, verse 20. Now this morning is a very, very serious one, and I want you to please listen. I'm leaving milk now, we are going into strong meat. Is that okay? Now we are going into what? Strong meat.

Aha.

I know yesterday many of you left here inspired. Today you are going to live here to obey God. We're going into strong meat. So they rose up early in the morning and went out into the wilderness of Tekoa. And as they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, hear me, O Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, believe in the Lord your God. So shall you be established. Believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper. Believe in the Lord your God, so shall he be established, and believe in his prophet, so shall he prosper. One of the things that Jesus warned about as touching the last days is that many shall be offended. Why? Because of the first thing he said: there shall be false prophets. So when there are false prophets and false teachers and false pastors and false apostles and false evangelists, many becomes— they become offended. They become offended at the operation, at the office. There are many who are in churches but have said to themselves, I only have business with the world. Anything beyond that, count me out. And they cannot enter into what God has for them because they have set their heart— the devil has allowed an offense of disappointment somewhere to make them think in certain ways, and they miss God gallantly. It is the plague of this generation.

They've said to themselves, I only have business with the world.

Anything beyond the word, count me out.

And God does not just shift men through the word, though it may come as a spoken word, but he shifts men through obedience to his instructions.

Then you hear things like, know God for yourself. While it is important that you know God, there is the place of his prophet. And to everything that there is fake, all right, there are originals. People have asked me, why are there no fake of other religions? Why don't we have fake this, fake that? I asked them a question: if a poison gets expired, does it become more poisonous or less poisonous? Talk to me now. If a poison gets expired, does it become more poisonous or less poisonous? What about a sniper? Somebody wants to drink sniper. And is checking expiry date, the person is not ready to die. What is fake cannot be counterfeited. Only original can be counterfeited. The reason why there are fake this and fake that in Christendom is because there are originals. And what the devil wants to do is to bring you to the point where you can no longer follow God because of your experience with the fake. And sometimes many prophetic instructions that God gave to people in their spiritual family where they are planted will never do it with the excuse that they have seen fake everywhere. It is time for us to wake up. When you believe in the Lord your God, the Bible says that you'll be established. But when you believe in his prophet, the Bible said you what? Prosper. So there are still genuine prophets that God set over his children. In every spiritual family God has planted you, stay rooted, stay there, believe what God is doing in the house.

Stay committed, stay committed, stay grounded, stay rooted, go deep.

Don't cherry-pick instruction from family that is not yours.

Let your root go deep there.

Once God said this is the fellow to follow, go deep, sir, and humble yourself enough to follow. Humble yourself enough. Believe in the Lord your God, so shall you be established. Believe in his prophet, so shall you prosper. I remember one time we were going to pray. We went somewhere to preach. Anyways, these are not people I was directly leading, but there were those who followed me there, or they were the ones available. And this is a matter of about, um, um, 13 years ago. It's not the recent now. And I finished ministering that night. We have had thousands of people give their life to Christ. And witches and wizards were under the power of the Holy Ghost being delivered. It was a serious work. And as we get back to the lodge, the Lord said to me, tell everyone to wait outside with you and pray. He said to me specifically, the devil is waiting for somebody in the room. I said, guys, the Lord said the devil is waiting for somebody in the room. So let's pray.

One of them was so excited. Oh, we have won the victory tonight! See what God has done! Hey, hallelujah! He was singing about it carnally.

So he opened the door to enter into his room that night. The rest of us were looking at him like this. God said the devil is waiting for somebody. He said, why can't God do the one Even Jesus, there was time to take this boy around, Savior of the world. They escaped with him. The guy opened the door, a king scorpion dropped on his hand and stung him on his vein.

King scorpion. They had to tie him. He was weeping and screaming, weeping and screaming, I'm dying. They had to tie him.

When you believe in the Lord your God you shall prosper. When you believe in his prophet, you shall do what? Now, never let your heart get to a point where it is now set in disobedience your spiritual family because of experience around disappointment.

When people get into a relationship and it doesn't go well and there's breakup, do they go and marry donkey? Talk to me now. Do they go and marry donkey and say, human being, they are true, they are betrayers, they betray my heart, they betray me so much, now I shall now marry this donkey. This donkey, your name shall be Mrs. Koyi Koyi.

The donkey, I'll marry you now. Oh goat, you are my husband. Have you seen anyone who received heartbreak and went to marry a snake?

It is only in Christianity who say I'm disappointed, I'm no longer doing church. Go back to church now. Go back to obeying instructions now. In fact, there are those who have got to the point where they say, I don't give any offering, I don't give tithes, let me check what this church is about. Who do you deceive? The devil wants to make sure that the pathway into your destiny is counterfeited. That's what he wants to make sure. He wants to make sure he pollutes your heart. As against that pathway so that you will not be able to do anything in that regard. I want us to pray a very simple prayer this morning, and I'm going to show you another scripture. I receive the spirit of obedience to walk and believe, all right, God, in the life of the prophet you have planted in my life.

A prophet—

listen, a prophet does not have to be called Professor and so and so.

That the words coming out each day, they are sent words specifically for you. Anywhere God has planted you, that there are sent word that you sit down, you know, this is a word sent to me. For somebody this morning, what you are hearing now is a sent word. It has gotten so bad that someone said to themselves, even if I'm getting—

as long as I like this person, I don't care what anybody has to say. I don't do church to that level. Nobody can tell me what not to do. Well, nobody chooses for you, but you can escape many problems just by being accountable. Accountability must not die in the Nigerian church because you want to be woke.

Accountability must not die. There must be somebody that God has given charge over your life. There must be. You can't live as a feebed.

Nobody does it and survive. Accountable—

there must be a place of accountability.

Anybody who follows our ministry knows I follow the apostolic pattern. Every year you see Bishop Oyedepo go on his knees and his father lays hands on him. You see Dr. Paul Enetcheh, these are— you see the father lays hands on him. You see Dr. David Umeje, the father lays hands on him. Under whose hands are you growing? Under whose hands are you growing?

You just junk up messages, messages, and you are combining okra plus yam and you add a salad and you wonder why there is spiritual constipation.

Can't do well.

Under whose hands are you growing? What is the systematic pattern of God grooming you? What is happening? We must go back to the ancient pattern. We will not forsake the pattern we formed. This generation cannot roam free as a bird.

It's time to embrace your God-given prophet in your life and stay there.

You have set yourself to attend different churches in a way that when you are missing, nobody knows. There is no account for your soul. You can't continue this year. It is very easy to say amen to prayers, but this is where it gets tough. Give me this spirit of obedience! Reconnect me back to my source— every instruction I've refuted. Anywhere there's a fall, there's pride. One of the, one of the problem people have with fathers is that fathers give speed limit, they give break. I remember several times I've wanted to do many things in a rush, and I know I have to be accountable. Whether you believe it or not, there are no decisions I make in ministry today without submitting them. I will call. This is what we're about to see.

This is what we're about to do. This is all. And every time the pattern is the same.

And I said, the, the righteous man will hear correction and escape from danger. And I have escaped many things that plagued my generation. By listening.

One time our ministry was just starting and I thought I heard God saying I should go to another country for a work that is not strong where I am. Now you see people make decisions, you, you know this decision is out of alignment.

They are merely trying to get ahead of their colleagues because there is no voice of fatherhood. There's nobody saying don't do this now, you can do this later. But don't do it now.

Don't go this direction.

No, there are, there are homes where the woman has nobody she can report the man to. In the days they were single, they were both enjoying the freedom and lack of accountability. That same freedom has become the rope with which devil is gripping the family now. There can't be lasting peace, no matter the movie you watch, until you go back and find a way of accountability.

Nobody is designed to be led by the wisdom on their own head.

There must be somebody who sees what you don't see, who hears what you don't hear, who know what you don't know to lead you.

Even Jesus learnt obedience through the thing which he suffered. There must be. This generation cannot roam like a bird.

When I say this is tough this morning, it is. There must be.

Don't join.

Today I'm teaching about the spirit of Jezebel in church, the attempt of a force to control the narrative in the church, the spirit of Jezebel and the escape of Elijah. You see, many people are now afraid to say many things in church because they'll be dragged. January is ending, they will start calling all pastors fools and thieves because they are saying people should give first fruit. In our church, we give first fruit. And people say, now maybe Apostle be afraid to say publicly. Afraid of who? Afraid of what? The people will stop listening to his messages? Let them stop. When God commands a generation to hear, they must listen. See, we, we must wake up back to righteousness. Wake up back to obedience.

Let me show you a scripture.

You don't know, maybe you've never seen the scripture, but let me show you a scripture.

You know, I like to answer those questions carefully because sometimes when instructions are tough, we call it manipulation. When you follow, it is not a journey of agreement. Agreement is you were going here and they said go and you went. Obedience is you were going here and the voice said go there and you went. We must be careful how we affect the heart of a generation. Isaiah 32:1, say a king—

sorry, a reign of righteousness. Behold, a king will reign in righteousness and princes will rule with justice. A man shall be— a man will be as a hiding place from the wind. And a cover from tempest, as rivers of water in dry place, and a shadow of a great rock in a weary land.

So God is saying, I will raise coverings, I will raise coverings, men who are genuine spiritual coverings, genuine spiritual coverings. Genuine spiritual coverings. Genuine spiritual coverings. Obadiah 1. Obadiah chapter number 1, verse 21. Obadiah 1, verse 21. Then Savior shall come to Mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau, and the kingdom shall be the Lord's. So God is placing some capacities in men.

You see, while I've experienced this I've experienced this.

You, when you experience bad relationship, you still go for another one when you heal. If you go to a church, say your heart was hot, heal and go to church again.

Don't do online, don't do online. Heal and go to church.

God said it's time for the solitary to be set back in families. Father, show me my own spiritual lineage. And if you are, if you are, if you are injured from any injury Help me heal. Now listen to this, listen to this. I speak from about 15 years of experience, and I tell you something, that many of the things people say they need to be healed from in church were things that were actually done right for their destiny, but they were not patient to see God. But God help me, you are the one that set the solitary in families. Help my feet to be established in my spiritual lineage. Now, these are not prayers of give me gold, give me car, but these are prayers that will aid longevity. So pray that prayer loud and clear now. Pray that prayer loud and clear now.

Then if you have got to a point where there is now fear, fear about church, don't, don't just go about saying, oh, this pastor—

somebody broke your heart long ago, but you still dated another person. Don't, don't— when it comes to church, don't be unforgiving. Not your forgiving. You must ask God to help you heal. The reason why there's problem there is because the devil knows God is there. You must get back in the line. You can't drop church because you are angry. No, you, you may leave a church, but don't leave church. Don't wander away from the path of understanding. Don't say this church thing, now I'm done. No, don't. You can't go anywhere. God has a lot for you there.

Don't let discouragement shut you down.

In Jesus' mighty name we pray. Now, many of you will agree with me, you were raised in the home, however brief it is, either direct parent or indirect, but there must be a setting. And one of the things you can agree with me is that it is not always the most perfect of places. And so is spiritual family. Somebody said one time, he said, I want to join a perfect church. So the pastor said, I want to join a perfect church. The pastor said there is no perfect church. But when you see one, don't join. Say, why? He said, even if the church was perfect, you are not. From the moment you join, you become— the church becomes imperfect. There will be tribulations, there will be challenges, there will be issues, there will be things that you don't understand sometimes, there will be things that sometimes you don't— you don't— you are not having more of it. But a man who is strong is known in the days of adversity. He that faints in the days of adversity, the Bible says, his strength is little. Are you feeling what I'm saying? You say, ah, this man started preaching last year. No, January 5th makes it 15 years of unbreaking, unbroken commitment to the gospel. 15 years. I know it's a brief time, and in these 15 years I have seen all kind. And I know, and I tell myself, more will come, but I will not drop this gospel that God has given for nobody, either out of discouragement or out of— I know what names have I not been called.

What names?

Some of you get blessed by teaching, but the teaching also attacks some things, and those that it attack in their life fight it. This is a generation that when it blesses, it agrees with them. They praise it.

But when it doesn't agree with them, they say, hey, don't mind him, blah blah blah blah. We have not been called to excite them.

No, we have been called to declare the counsel of God in truth and love and establish his will. Praise God. I see somebody becoming strong. I said I see somebody becoming strong. I said somebody becoming strong. Bishop shared this story one time. And he said, he told his pastors, no, he called one of his pastors in either Liberia, is it? I can't remember that, Liberia. And he said to him, whatsoever it is you are doing in your house now, leave that place and run. Leave your house now and run.

Leave your house now.

And the man left without picking anything with his family. 5 minutes later, rebel group stormed the house and they were looking for the Nigerian pastor. See, they wanted to kill him. But a righteous man will hear and escape from many troubles. So yeah, never, never let's get to a point in the church where because of many things we despise prophecy. Prophetic ministry.

We must— the prophetic— listen what I'm saying.

I'm not talking about a person, but the prophetic ministry in Nigeria is under attack. And sometimes the fact that there are many counterfeit has made people just doubt everything.

Now people don't mind hearing the word.

The moment they hear, 'Thus says the Lord,' they are shut out. No, God still speaks. God still has prophet. God still has sons, and they are genuine. God— you can't choose the way God should speak to you. No, that's pride. You can't choose the way God should lead you. No, that's arrogance.

You can't choose the method he should use to save you.

That'll be you assuming too much. We must humble ourselves and heal and pick ourselves up from the dust of the past and deal again. Praise God. Are you following what I'm saying? We must go back to the ancient pattern. We must go back to the apostolic template. This generation must not be roaming free like a bird. There must be somebody who can tell you, sit down. Somebody who can tell you, please come. Somebody who can tell you, this is not right. Somebody who can say, you did not sow lentil. This was not the way we taught you. There must be a voice of accountability.

There must be. And when God gives you one, never let your pride rise against them.

Don't let's be that generation that killed their prophet and insult their teachers.

Run!

Because when we speak like this, we must not endorse counterfeit. But that there is counterfeit doesn't mean there's no original. Praise God! One of the signs that you are in the right spiritual family is that they are not struggling to believe your Father knows you by name and knows you prophetically. You are in a family where every time they talk, they shut down your purpose. You have not found the right place.

They shut down the uniqueness of God's operation upon your life. That's the prejudice of that lineage.

No, pray again. Pray again. Are you following what I'm saying here? Very important. But you must understand that in following, you will not always agree. Somebody say, oh, I need teaching about this area, Apostle, how can you help me? Go on our Telegram, go on Spotify. Go on Apple Music. I don't know all this, but you have many of those platforms. And go and search for my teachings on spiritual fathering. There are many things I've taught carefully and meticulously for the body of Christ, knowing fully well that a day like this will come and they will be needed. To every wickedness of the heart of men, there is a Lord that pays people in full. You. Just make sure nobody ever gets to the point where, having cheated you and having been out of your life, they are still cheating you. There is the Lord that sees. Let the tears and the wheat grow together. The harvest will come. The tears will be separated from the wheat. I have heard of heartbreaking stories where God's children, out of trust were defiled. Their lives was messed up. Some were manipulated and money siphoned from their pocket. There is the Lord that sees. To every wickedness, every evil around the altar, there is the Lord that sees. You pray to God to heal your heart and to help you. Don't, don't, don't, don't let anybody get— become so powerful and they let you— they will make you walk in Myself and my wife went for a meeting and somebody saw her and gave a word of prophecy. Not just prophecy, but it was clear that's not God. And what the person did was insulting. After the meeting, we entered the vehicle and I told my wife, we will never discuss this matter, not once in our life. Let it go. If we discuss it, we'll be offended. I've met people in the past few months who have not gone to church for 10 years, for 9 years, will hear a message from us and go back to church. And it is our own brothers in the body of Christ who are dragging us. Muslims are giving their life to Christ on daily basis through these teachings. So I ask, why can't this person see what God is doing here? There is the Lord that sees. And we have not stopped teaching that messages because we have been misunderstood or been insulted. There are two sides to every coin. The wisdom that blesses one is— offends the other because they are not living right. And many of them try to drag your name in the mud. And bring to you. And like I always say, we have not been sent to excite a generation. Our reward is not with them, is the one who is with the one who sent us from the very beginning. There is the Lord that sees. You stop singing, go back to singing. You stop playing instrument, go back to playing instrument. You stop being in welfare department. Go back there. You can give your all again. You can heal. It is not insecurity, it is his work as the shepherd over your soul. Avoid this clique for now, avoid this company for now, because the company of fools shall be destroyed.
