So for some reasons, the Lord woke me up in the middle of the night. And began to show me many things. And I've never, I've never seen this in my life. Something really amazing and in plain sight, and yet I didn't see it. Matthew chapter number 24. When the disciples were asking Jesus about the signs of his coming, the Bible said Jesus answered and said unto them in verse 4. Matthew 24, verse 4. Look at what Jesus said to them. He answered and said unto them, take heed that no man deceives you. For many shall come in my name saying I am Christ and shall deceive— who? Many. Now look at this. In respect to deception, there are two entities that he warned people against. One, false prophets. To false teachers. I used to think that a false teacher necessarily has to be somebody in ministry, but he said no. A false teacher that will deceive you can be your friend. A false teacher that is qualified to deceive you can be your father. A false teacher that will deceive you can be your spouse. All the person needs is to be the one who teaches you something contrary to what is written, and then by so doing they lead many astray. And why am I showing you that? Very simple. He said to me— now notice I'm not interpreting Listen, I am not interpreting scripture without using scriptures. Do you understand what I'm saying? I'm not trying to use 'God said' to nullify what is written. I'm bringing more light. Now, why am I saying that? In Matthew chapter number 6, Matthew 6:33, which is one major secret the devil has snatched from the hands of many Christians. I started Bible study yesterday with this. He said, but seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness. That baby that is without heartbeat receive life now. And his righteousness— he said, and what? And all these things shall be added to you. If you run with that scripture without understanding what are those these things that you don't even have an understanding. So what are these things? Look at it. Let's start the reading from verse 24. Matthew 6, verse 24. No man can serve two masters, for neither he will hate one and love the other, or else he will hold to one one, to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. Anytime the subject of kingdom, wealth, prosperity is taught without kingdom in itself, you are brooding mammon in people's soul. Now why am I saying that? Look at what he said in verse 25. He said, therefore I said, I say unto you, take no thoughts for your life, what you shall eat, eat, or what you shall drink, nor yet for your body, or what you shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body more than raiment? Before I continue, let me tell you what I did. I sat down for over an hour 30 minutes in the middle of the night, and I said, God, all I have questions. I'm telling you a conversation. I said I have questions. We are teaching. This is what I'm teaching. This is what I'm teaching. This is what you asked me to teach this season. Okay, somebody is in Level A. I want to bring person to Level B. What, what, what if done? Boom, boom, boom, the person will come to Level B. All right, okay. Nobody can help this fellow. A family, everybody is down, nothing coming from anywhere. Um, hey, I don't want to say many things. You don't have Bible study experience, go get it yourself. Go and watch the Bible study. Um, okay, I'm teaching, I want people to be blessed, I want them to be lifted. How do we move? Somebody has no hope, nothing around. Then he asked me a question. He said, how did I move you? I said, it took 7 years of learning. He said, long time. I said, yes. Said, that's it. Once you get up early in life and everything you begin to do is for food and raiment, you will lack. Okay, you understand something? Oh, you don't Understand, but let me just— because I, I, I want, I want you to understand something, that I'm not speaking as one who is busy there. Look at this, he said, take no thought for your life, because bulk of the things that God will have you do and to start the function of your life with, those who have— who are going after raiment and food will have it. You are in the process of maturing something. Look at this. He said, take no thought for your life what you shall eat or what you shall drink. That's a very precise scripture. It's difficult that when starting out and nobody is there to give you handout You have to do what— you have to think beyond food and raiment. But he's saying that's the way. Now he now said in verse 26, he said, behold the fowls of the air, for they neither sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are you not better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit to your stature? And why ye take thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they toil not, neither do they spin. And yet I say unto you that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God shall clothe the grass of the field, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which today is and tomorrow is cast into oven. How shall he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? Take therefore— take no thought, saying, what shall we eat, or what shall we drink, wherewithal shall we be clothed? Now it's—

now I'm trying to bring two things out of this text. It is difficult starting out, and yet the decisions you have to make will not have to be necessarily about daily bread, and yet he send us drought. It is in that season that he feeds you with manna, which neither you nor your fathers know anything about. Remember what he said in Deuteronomy 8, said, you shall remember the way which the Lord your God led you these 40 years in the wilderness, to test you, to humble you, to prove you, to know what is in your heart. Whether— because there's no food on the table. It may be what you pursue all your life. I was sharing with Pastor Henry about one of my mentees. One time I was in Lagos, so anytime I go to Lagos, I stay in their house. The father returns back between 12 and 1 AM, and by 4:30, 5 AM, he's out to work again. I know it's difficult what I'm trying to do. As difficult as it may sound, that's not the route God wants to take his children through. Okay, look at this. He said, but seek ye first the kingdom of God. So in the context of what we are reading, what does it mean to seek first the kingdom of God? Don't pursue bread, don't pursue what you wear, don't all those things. Seek first the interest of what God wants done on the face of the earth. Internalize it, embody it, personify it, desire to be an agent to be used to solve it. Then all the things your colleagues are running up and down to get, he say he gets it for you. Oh, you need to see how people run up and down to get things. The things I know now, I wish I knew better years ago. I would have gone through the process with much more level of peace. I would not have been disturbed. Because sometimes those who think I've moved ahead, I've not really gone far. A day with God covers their 10 years. I've seen it happen in my life that a day in my life has, in, on many grounds delivered to me more than what my entire family member could have worked for all their lifetime. I'm showing you the secret. So in that context, you see, don't, don't go, don't go messing up your mind. Stop, stop all those things. Oh, this one, I've gone ahead. Oh, my life is also behind. I wish, I wish, I wish. He said, look at the lilies of the valley, they don't spin. You know what spinning means? They're not grinding on mills. He said, but I clothed them. He now compared them with Solomon. He said, even Solomon in all his glory Femi Lazarus is not decorated like one of these flowers, which today is, tomorrow is gone. How much more if I can take time to clothe flowers, shall your Father in heaven clothe you? How much more. What do you do when everything seems to be dragging, blah blah blah, nothing's happening, keep seeking the kingdom. That is, you are embodying what God wants done on the face of the earth. That's, that's your— so by the time you step out into something, you are stepping out not as one who wants to do it for yourself, but as one one who is an agent of extension of the will of God there. I don't want any one of you poor in life and your children broke. So when I step out, I'm stepping out beyond me. So it is important that I'm sorted, because if I'm sorted, many are sorted through my life. Do you understand it now? Oh, there are destinies connected to you. The Lord showed me the vision. I saw it clearly. That's why I even began to ask. I saw it clearly. I saw the river of endless supply, but God's children don't have access to it. Endless. Those are not things you don't get it by running out. He's kidding. No, no, no. Everyone where you are Say, Lord, make me an agent of your kingdom extension in the name of Jesus. Destroy every vanity in my soul. Make me an agent for the extension of the kingdom. Lift your voice loud and clear and pray. Lift your voice loud and clear and pray. You know, um, we are now doing the crossover over, that we wanted to execute some project, strictly church mission, church planting. We needed 200 million. And I asked God, I said, I don't, I don't like this kind of announcement. I don't like it. Me, I'm enough. He said, if you are enough, how then do I raise my people. He said these are the mediums and the opportunities for somebody somewhere. That's the widow's mite. God said that's it. Why? Because these things are entrustment. Sometimes God doesn't give you money. Sometimes he gives you people or gives you access. A spiritual daughter of mine came to share testimony with me and I repented. The testimony made me know, realize then that if care is not taken, I will be a very bad leader, and I'll tell you why. I knew she had been struggling struggling to rent out a place and use the money to pay her house rent. So I just prayed with her, okay, no more, you get your money back and then go pay your rent. She got the money back and God said, you are not paying the rent. The landlord was on her neck. He said, go drop it in my project. So she went to— she knew, she knew if she had told me, I will stop her. So she boycotted me. Hey, I said, Jesus, I don't want to be a leader they will have to boycott too, because she had to boycott me because I would never have allowed. Or I find another way to send it back personally. Then she did, and they kept calling her, come pay your rent or we'll push you out. She said, hey, have I ever— relax. And then she— the people that refunded her rent where she rented for a space, the man who collected the money couldn't— just lost his sleep and couldn't sleep and called her back. He said, there was a statement you made He said, who are you? He said, my name is so and so. He said, who is your pastor? He said, Apostle Femi Lazarus. Ah, this is it. He said, come, there's a project I want to execute. We want to build petrol stations across different places. I want you to come and lead that project. He said, I don't know anything about oil and gas. Said, don't say that, you learn on the job. Oil, gas, everything across everywhere. Say, say, say, I want you here now. All those who have been working, step aside. This is the person for this job.

There's a God who doesn't owe men. When she was sharing that testimony, I, I couldn't— I said, what? This is what I would have stopped you from getting? Have I seen it personally in my life? Yes, I've seen strange miracles. But it's like sometimes as leaders we care so much that we rob the people of their miracles. And that in itself, God is not happy about it. And I was looking at her, from nothing, now you are talking about project in— I don't tell you figures. Say, Lord, empower me to put you first. Empower me to put you first. Every time you have an opportunity to be a part of a kingdom work, the voice of either correct teaching or false teachings you have heard will come back to your consciousness. Let me say it again. Every time you have an opportunity to be be a part of Kingdom work, the voice of either correct teaching or false teachings you have heard will come back to your consciousness. And you cannot say God will trust you with much when you are failing in little. God taught me the principle: if it is in your heart it will come to your hands. If when you see people, it is in your heart to be a lifter of men— hope you know men, God can use men to lift men— it will come to your hands. If it is in your heart to pay school fees of children, it will come to your hands. If it is in your heart to begin to do many many things and sponsor kingdom projects, it will come to you. Hope you know it's a betrayal of trust for God to know you have the capacity to do it and yet you shut your bowels from doing it. No, it's, it's defiance, it's impudence that God knows you know that but in one swipe I can— I say, no, nah, I'm not gonna do it. I'm not. Nah, nah, nah. See, I'm too smart for all that. I'm too smart for all that. Forget about all those things. It's defiance. I want God to make it you wonders on the earth. Listen, that's why I'm taking— because now it's a risk to teach you. Look at the direction of teachings we've been having. Oh God, help me. That was public. There'll be problems. By the way, God has given me the release to begin to release the audios on Spotify. The devil has to manipulate it that anytime there's a need for a kingdom project, it is the man of God who needs money. What a way to fight the agenda of God on the face of the earth. What a way. Some of you attend branches attend churches, that you use event centers, use all those things, you've never asked your pastor, how do we pay? How much do we pay? What can I do here? Our sound— who told you it's just church that should buy sound? How about our keyboard? Can we get a better keyboard player and a better whatever player? All those things. What do we need to put in place? 'Can I— who pays the gate man of the church? Who pays this? Who— can I pay for industrial cleaning? Can I?' Questions like that. Lord, now empower me. This person say used to bankroll me, so verify how much from his name has ever entered my account. 50,000 twice. So I said, I'm not as broke as I look. Fortunately so. Every time I'm teaching you now, there's a kingdom project. That's your opportunity to manifest what you have been taught. And I always tell everyone around me who care to listen, Listen, do it. Go all out. It doesn't matter what you teach them. Till you teach them to respond, you have not taught them. They must learn that. I want us to put the account for the project again. Paul speaking in 1 Corinthians chapter number 15 from verse 1 said, I deliver unto you the gospel that you have received and also believed and wherein you stand, how that Christ Christ came and died for our sins according to scriptures, and he was buried according to scriptures, and he rose on the third day according to the scriptures. When he died, he died for our sins. When he was buried, he was buried, and the Bible said he went into the lower part of the earth and set the captives free. And when he rose on the third day, he rose for our justification. And now we are seated with Christ far above principalities and powers. It is believing in his sacrificial works and his resurrection that gets us saved. So you believe in your heart unto righteousness, and you confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior unto salvation. The moment you do this, whether you feel it or not, according to scriptures, you have been saved. So today, if you are giving your life to Christ today and you want to give your life to Jesus and accept him as your Lord, I'd like to lead you to Christ. And that is exactly why I'm here this morning. You want to say these words after me. Lord Jesus, I believe that you came into this world to die for my sins. Lord Jesus, I believe that you died for my sins. I also believe that you arose on the third day for my justification. Today I confess you as my Lord and my Savior, and I accept this gift of eternal life. In Jesus' name, amen. Now, if you have said that prayer, I can tell you for surely that there is so much joy in heaven right now. There's so, so much joy. You have made the right step, and I want to encourage you.
