PROPHETIC PRAYER CONTACT || PRAYER AND DECLARATIONS FOR CHILDREAN || 21ST MARCH 2025

The video captures a live worship and prophetic prayer gathering led by Pastor Mimi and participants from the PPC family on March 21, 2025. The service opens with spontaneous worship chants invoking the name of Femi Lazarus, followed by a reading of 1 Samuel 3 that illustrates how God calls Samuel and the importance of parental spiritual training. Pastor Mimi expands the passage into a teaching on the responsibility of Christian parents to teach, model, and pray for their children, emphasizing that children learn more from lived example than words alone. The core of the session is a series of extended prophetic prayers and declarations focused on children of all ages, especially those with special needs. The prayers repeatedly invoke the name of Jesus to rebuke demonic oppression, declare healing for conditions such as autism, Down syndrome, speech delays, blindness, epilepsy, and other congenital or neurological issues, and to clothe children with God’s presence, favor, and the “mark of God.” The congregation is urged to pray earnestly, name specific children, and lay hands on them. The latter part of the video shifts to a testimonial segment where members share recent divine breakthroughs: a sealed contract in the UK, a long‑delayed academic transcript received, a three‑year back‑pain healing, and employment and housing provision for a Congolese participant. Each testimony is celebrated with spontaneous praise and a call for others to expect similar breakthroughs. The overall atmosphere is highly worshipful, prophetic, and exhortative, aiming to mobilize the community to pray for children’s spiritual hearing, health, and destiny while affirming that God’s word is actively manifesting in believers’ lives.

Hallelujah!
Amen and amen! I'll be reading from 1 Samuel chapter 3. 1 Samuel chapter 3. 1 Samuel chapter 3. Oh, glory be to God. Um, it's a long read, so I'm just— okay, yeah, let's read together. We need to be, uh, very used to reading, reading long, you know, um, taking time to read the word of God and you you know, you shouldn't find the word of God boring. Glory be to God. All right, so we'll be reading 1 Samuel chapter 3 starting from verse 1 till the very end. All right, so if you're— you should be with your Bible right now. You should be with your Bible. Glory be to God. All right, to verse 1, it says, the boy Samuel ministered before the Lord under Eli. In those days, the word of the Lord was rare. There were not many visions. One night Eli, whose eyes were becoming so weak that he could barely see, was lying down in his usual place. The lamp of God had not yet gone out, and Samuel was lying down in the house of the Lord where the ark of God was. Then the Lord called Samuel. Samuel answered, "Here I am," and he ran to Eli and said, "Here I am; you called me." But Eli said, I did not call. Go back and lie down. So he went and lay down. Again the Lord called, Samuel! And Samuel got up and went to Eli and said, here I am, you called me. My son, Eli said, I did not call. Go back and lie down. Now Samuel did not yet know the Lord. The word of the Lord had not yet been revealed to him. A third time the Lord called, Samuel! And Samuel got up and went to Eli and said, Here I am, you called me. Then Eli realized that the Lord was calling the boy. So Eli told Samuel, Go and lie down, and if he calls you, say, Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening. So Samuel went and lay down his place, the Lord came and stood there, calling as at the other times, 'Samuel! Samuel!' Then Samuel said, 'Speak, for your servant is listening.' And the Lord said to Samuel, 'See, I am about to do something in Israel that will make the ears of everyone who hears about it tingle. At that time I will carry out against Eli everything I spoke against his family from the beginning to the end. For I told him that I would judge his family forever because of the sin he knew about. His sons blasphemed God, and he failed to restrain them. Therefore I swore to the house of Eli, the guilt of Eli's house will never be atoned for by sacrifice or offering. Samuel lay down until morning and then opened the doors of the house of the Lord. He was afraid to tell Eli the vision. But Eli called him and said, 'Samuel, my son.' Samuel answered, 'Here I am.' 'What was it he said to you?' Eli asked. 'Do not hide it from me. May God deal with you, be it ever so severely, if you hide from me anything he told you.' So Samuel told him everything, hiding nothing from him. Then Eli said, it is the Lord, it is, he is the Lord, let him do what is good in his eyes. The Lord was with Samuel as he grew up, and he let none of Samuel's words fall to the ground. And all Israel from Dan to Beersheba recognized that Samuel was attested as a prophet of the Lord. The Lord continued to appear at Shiloh, and there he revealed himself to Samuel through his word. Hallelujah, hallelujah! You will see, you know, this part of the scripture, how that God brought judgment to the family of Eli, and for sure You know, one thing that every parent needs to understand from the story of Eli is how that he did not train his children according to the word of God. He did not. The scripture says, you know, they— God said, they blasphemed me. How can somebody grow so much spiritually and then your children look totally different from the path you have chosen? Which is the path of God. How do people come to that point where at their old age they cry and wail? Because everyone, every child that is supposed to— that, that looked like it at the very beginning, that was supposed to stand as the pillar of that family, are now irresponsible and miserable, gallivanting all around and doing what is not with life. How do people get to that point in their old age where all they do is cry and wail because every day it's one bad news upon bad news and there is nobody that can hold the pillar of the family to the next generation? How do people get to that point where their old age all they do is regret? There is a way, there is a pattern that every Christian parent must follow. It's not a generation where you want to say things like, when they grow up, they will understand. No, they won't. You will teach them. What you ought to teach them so that when they are grown, they will not depart from it. That is what the scripture says, that they will not depart from it. This morning we are praying for our children, are praying for our children, but I need you to understand something. It is one thing to pray, it is another thing to take responsibility. It is one thing to pray, it is another thing to teach. It is one thing to pray, it is another thing to yourself. It is one thing to pray, is another thing to guide. It is one thing to pray, is another thing to be present. It is one thing to pray, is another thing to spend quality time. Is one thing to pray, is another thing to be a good example. There's one thing to pray, it's another thing entirely to live a godly life. Children learn more by what they see than what you say. So if what you're saying, what you're teaching, is not in line with what they are seeing, you are confusing them. Glory be to God. Glory be to God. So we will see in this chapter how that the very first time God called Samuel, he didn't understand. And the scripture says in verse, um, is it verse 3 or verse 4 now? That the word of God was not revealed to him. So God called him the first time, he didn't get it. He thought it was his boss that was calling him. He went to this, but the second time, the third time, until the last time that Eli now understood that it must be the Lord calling him. Now there's a prayer we're going to pray, and this is a very simple prayer. We're going to pray this prayer that our children will know the voice of God. They will hear the voice of God. They will know the voice of God. The voice of God will not be scarce to them. The voice or the word of the Lord will— verse 1, he says, the boy Samuel ministered before the Lord under Eli.
In those days, he says, the word of the Lord was real. Now you would agree with me that we are in a very delicate generation.
And if this generation can be like this, I only wonder the difficulty and the things the next generation will have to battle.
Somebody pray this morning.
In the name of Jesus, the word of the Lord is not rare to my children. They recognize the voice of the Lord. In the name of Jesus.
The word of the Lord is not rare. In the name of Jesus. Makobriaki brandeka basutoriaba defra kimbriande kabado shadaba bababoshadaba. Re kobababa. Come on, pray, pray, pray, pray, pray, pray, pray. In the name of Jesus. Akabra kabada.
Connect every child you know to this altar of prayer this morning.
They will hear and know the voice of God. They will hear and know the voice of God. They will hear and know the voice of God in the name of Jesus. Rakibo, suto, kabara, kibondi, kabara, kibo, shatan de kabande, fri kabande. Somebody pray, somebody pray. Yeah. In Jesus' mighty name, we are still praying. Now I need you to understand that there are children at every level.
Yourself, you are a child. You are a child to somebody. Whether you have children yet or not, the time will come that you have your own children. Whether you are single or whatever, you have children all around you. You are a child to somebody. Your parents are children to somebody.
So there are—
there is children at every level.
So you need to understand that when we are praying, we are not just praying for praying's sake.
No.
So you've got to be intentional and deliberate about this prayer this morning, that the voice, the word of God is not real. Ah, it does not matter how far, whatever they go, the word of God will reach them. The word of God will rescue them. The word of God will will come in contact with that. They will come in contact with the word of God in the name of Jesus. Somebody pray this morning. The word of the Lord is not real in the name of Jesus. The word of God brings deliverance. The word of God brings restoration. The word of God brings direction. The word of God brings guidance. The word of God brings counsel in the name of Jesus. The word of God brings healing. Somebody pray, somebody pray, somebody pray. They will know when the Lord is speaking. We will know when the Lord is speaking. Come on, stand up on your feet and pray. Come on, stand up, stand up, stand up. Let there be an activation of the presence of God. Of the consciousness of his presence, of the understanding of this word, in the name of Jesus. In Jesus' name, we are still praying. Verse 7 says, it says, now Samuel did not yet know the Lord, for the word of the Lord had not yet been revealed to him.
Remember that Samuel has all, you know, he's in the, you know, in the presence of God.
He has always been in the presence of God. But verse 7 says, now Solomon did not yet know the Lord because the word of the Lord had not yet been revealed to him.
Hehe.
It means that a time comes that the word of the Lord is revealed to you. So anything you are doing before the word of the Lord is revealed to you is not a relationship with him, it's a religion. Many of you can relate how that you were born into Christian home, you understood the ways of Christian, you, you get it. But a time came in your life where you came in contact with the gospel and then you realize that all you've been doing all this while is not a relationship, you've just been doing church. He says the word of the Lord had not yet been revealed to him. When the word of the Lord is revealed to you, you will now come into understanding.
Do you know that, you know, sometimes ago I was just, I was just thinking about it, how that at some point, you know, why, you know, in, in somebody's life you can pick a book and read and not understand.
But pick that same book many years after, you now begin to understand and say, okay, why was it so difficult for me to understand this thing 5 years ago?
What has happened to you?
Revelation, understanding. It has now been revealed to you. You can now accommodate it. Ah, Kabaruku basete yaba. I need somebody to pray this morning. That does not matter your children's age, the word of the Lord will be revealed to them. Oh my God, it does not matter their age, the word of the Lord revealed to them. Ah, the word of the Lord is revealed to my children in the name of Jesus. They come into total understanding. Of the word of God and the reality of the kingdom. In the name of Jesus, somebody pray. Come on, mention their names, mention their names. Akubakabrakisotobriakabadosha. The word of God is revealed to them. In the name of Jesus, you are going to pray this morning that at my old age, I will not regret. I will live to eat the fruit of my labor. In the name of Jesus, I declare over somebody under the sound of my voice that in the name that is above every other name, when the fruit of your labor is set, you will not be missing. In the name of Jesus, another person will not represent you on the day of your joy. Ah, kabara badosha. Now when they say things like, ah, you know, this is the person that will represent the father of the bride, represent the mother of the groom. Why?
Because the parent is gone. Hey, kabaro.
But that will not be your portion in the name of Jesus. I need somebody to pray this morning. Come and pray like you mean it in the name of Jesus. I live to eat the fruit of my labor in the name of Jesus. My parents live to eat the fruit of their labor in the name of Jesus. I live to eat the fruit of my labor in the name of Jesus. In Jesus' name, I'm still praying.
Maybe for you, right, you know, the minute I raised that prayer, you're like, oh, but for some of us, our parents are gone. You know, you're going to pray for yourself. In the name of Jesus, you will live to eat the fruit of your labor. It is he that sowed that should reap, right? That's what the scripture says. He that sowed should be the one to reap. You will live to eat the fruit of your labor. In the name of Jesus!
Somebody raise this prayer to God!
Yeah!
Somebody pray, pray, pray, pray, pray, pray, pray, pray, pray, pray! I need us to pray right now for every child with special needs.
You are asked to bring all children you have around you with special needs this morning. We're going to be praying for them, whether it came naturally or by programming.
Whether the special needs came by programming or naturally, hey, the word of God rests upon every child with special needs this morning in the name of Jesus. Somebody raise your voice to heaven and pray. The word of God rests upon them. Hey, we rebuke the enemy in the name of Jesus over this one. Devil, take your hands off those children. Devil, take your hands off those children in the name of Jesus. Let there be healing. The scripture says when men slept, the enemy came and sowed seed, but it is written whatever the Lord has not planted is uprooted. So in the name of Jesus, whatever the Lord has not planted in the spirit, soul, and body of this one, is uprooted right now in the name of Jesus. We declare total restoration, total deliverance, total deliverance, total restoration. Akobaya bababara bababosa. Somebody begin to declare, my children will serve the Lord, my children will know the Lord, my children will love the Lord all the days of their life. Their destiny will not be limited. They function in the total manifestation of their destiny in spirit, soul, and body. In spirit, soul, and body. In spirit, soul, and body. In spirit, soul, and body. Their potential will not be limited. Their potentials will not be limited. Somebody pray. We declare healing and soundness of health in the name of Jesus. Healing and Soundness of health in the name of Jesus. Healing and soundness of health in the name of Jesus. We plead the blood of Jesus, the blood of Jesus over all our children. The blood of Jesus, the blood of Jesus. When they go to school, the blood of Jesus. When they are in the house, the blood of Jesus. Everything they do, the blood of Jesus. These ones are clothed with the power and presence of God. They are clothed with the presence of God. Ah, the mark of God is upon them. It does not matter the age range of your children. Pray. The mark of God is upon them. In the name of Jesus, these ones are clothed with favor. These ones are clothed with favor. Somebody pray. And don't deceive yourself and be saying you are single, you don't have children. You better pray ahead for the future. Are you joking with me right now? Oh my God, you better pray now. When God is near, better pray. Prayer is like an investment. Ah, in Jesus' name, we're still praying.
You know, I have heard many stories I've seen people experience things in life. How can a mother and her children be in the house sleeping and something happens in the middle of the night? There was fire and the whole family consumed in fire. How can children be sent to school and they bring news? Please, we call me right now. There is an emergency, and they get there, child is dead. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. We're going to pray in the name of Jesus.
Ah, whatever it is the enemy has planned or is planning, errako, we nullify it in the name of Jesus. It shall not stand, it shall not come to pass. Ah, the blood of Jesus, the blood of Jesus, the blood of— these ones are clothed in the fire of God. These ones are clothed in the fire of God. Le kobaraku basatai akabadaba. He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Elokoba dekobaya babosha. No evil shall befall them, and every tongue that rises against them, that rises against us, in judgment are condemned. We deploy angels in charge, angels of the living God. Minister to them in their sleep, in their dream. Minister to us in our sleep, in our dream, in the name of Jesus. These ones are clothed with the fire of God. They are clothed with the revelation of the word of God. Aya koba da babosha. Come and begin to mention all kinds of, you know, abnormalities that you know in children today. Begin to mention the names. Aya koba da. Down syndrome, autism, we rebuke you, we rebuke you, we rebuke you in the name of Jesus. Every spirit of abnormality in children, oh, we rebuke, we come against you in the name of the Lord. Every abnormality in children, we come against you in the name of the Lord. Every child with speech delay, oh, we declare healing right now. Let them begin to speak. Blindness is removed in the name of Jesus. They receive their healing and soundness of health. Somebody pray! Oh, they are clothed with the presence, power of God. Where the word of the Lord is, his power is there. We close this once. The power of God, in the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus. Finally, before I leave here, you're going to pray for yourself as a parent. In the name of Jesus, you live according to the standard of God's word.
Because many parents these days, they are the one opening the doors to demons in their home. They are the one that the enemy is using as a, as a, you know, as a means to enter into homes. Children are waking from their sleep, you know, crying, you know, screaming because they had bad dream.
Now the father of the home is doing nonsense with his life. He has opened the door of the home into demonic activities.
Man will not stay, he will not stay in one place.
Or it is the mother of the home that is, that is doing galivanting up and down, doing nonsense, not living a life according to the standard of God's word.
And then they are running etaske ta. You're going to pray that as a parent, whether you are an intending parent, a future parent, whatever, pray that in the name of Jesus you live your life according to the standard of God's word. The word of God is revealed to you, therefore you live a lifestyle that is in accordance with the lifestyle of Jesus. In the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.
You receive the grace to take authority, take authority, to be in charge, to be in charge, taking authority according to the word of God over your home. In the name of Jesus. And I declare over everyone connected, in the name of Jesus, it is well with you, it is well with our children, It is well with everything we do. We are covered by the blood of Jesus. We speak against every plan of the enemy around kidnapping in the name of Jesus. The will of God alone stands, nothing else, in the name of Jesus. Thank you, righteous Father.
In Jesus' name we have prayed. Amen, amen, and amen. Glory be to God. Hallelujah! Apostle will be coming in now. God bless you all in Jesus' mighty name.
Amen.
Thank you, Lord Jesus. Um, thank you, thank you, Lord. Want to use this moment today to pray for every child with special needs, every child that is maybe struggling to hit their milestones, or children having congenital deformities, um, some form of mental issues. Or neurological issues, um, and all that. Well, I want to show you a scripture in Psalms chapter number 127 from verse 3. Psalms 127, verse 3 says, lo, children are an heritage of the Lord. And the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man, so are children of the youth. So these children are powerful tool in God's hands. The enemy will not hijack their lives through sicknesses, through afflictions in their mind, through any form of distortion in their lives. And I want parents right now, as I speak, to lay hands on that child, on your children. Now lay hands on your children right now. Lay hands on your children right now and begin to speak life. Begin to make that declaration. Lay hands on them and begin to release life. Begin to release life. If you can pray in other tongues, pray in other tongues. If you can pray in other tongues, pray in other tongues. Make declarations, make declarations. We take authority in the name of Jesus. I rebuke demonic clouds over our children. We say, Satan, take off your hands in the name of Jesus. We rebuke demonic manipulations over their health. Satan, take off your hands. We rebuke demonic manipulations over their bodies. Satan, take off your hands in the name of Jesus. Let autism be reversed right now. We take authority over that spirit. You will pack your load and get out. Let epilepsy get out now in the name of Jesus. We take authority over it. Get out of their bodies. Down syndrome, be reversed. Be reversed completely. Get out of their body. John Dys, you will not stay in this body. You will get out. Liver issues, hole in the heart, lungs that are giving issues, in the name of Jesus. Get out. Bronchiolitis, get out in the name of Jesus. Let our children grow in soundness of health, soundness of health, soundness of health. As touching all our kids, I decree and declare nothing missing, nothing broken. As touching all our children, I decree and declare nothing missing, nothing broken. As touching all our children, I decree and declare Nothing missing, nothing broken, in the name of Jesus. Nothing missing, nothing broken, in the name of Jesus. To every storm confronting them, I speak the words of the Lord: peace be still, peace be still. Every child that has been afflicted in their dream, in everything that they do, I cancel out that. The years of affliction are over. In the name of Jesus, you will not do your life in affliction. You will not do your life in affliction. The days, the years of affliction, they are over now. I speak life. I speak life. I speak life. We will not lose any one of these children to the cold hands of death. We will not lose any of our children to the cold hands of death. You shall not die, but you will live to declare the goodness of God in the land of the living. You will not die. You will not go to wrong hospitals. We cover you with the blood of Jesus. Your health is perfect. Your system works well. Nothing dies, nothing missing, nothing broken.
Own.
In the name of Jesus, I decree over all our children, grow in perfect health, become proper children. In the name of Jesus, the enemy will not shut you down, the enemy will not recruit any one of you, it will not hijack your progress. I bless you. You will serve the Lord all the days of your life, in the name of Jesus, and you will make him proud all the days of your life. In Jesus Mighty name.
Amen.
Praise God in the highest. Thank you, Lord Jesus. Thank you, Pastor Mimi. Thank you, everyone that has been praying this morning. And let's keep investing prayers like this, investing declarations like this on our children, because the enemy wants them. He's not joking with them. You are the one who consider them children. The devil sees them as a threat, so don't joke. Around their lives. God strengthens you and God bless you in Jesus' mighty name. Can't wait to see you, by the grace of God. God bless you. Have a great time in God's presence. Thank you.
Amen.
Amen.
Good morning, PPC family, from wherever you connected to us across the world. Welcome to another testimonial session, and permit me to celebrate my spiritual parents Apostle Femi Lazarus and Pastor Miracle Femi Lazarus for the awesome privilege to bring us these testimonies to the glory of God. And I want to encourage us that as we listen to these testimonies, rejoice. The scripture urges us to rejoice with them that rejoice, and also plunge in by faith, because testimonies have the power to replicate themselves. And I see that your testimony is next in line, in the name of Jesus. All right, straight ahead to this day's testimonies. The first testimony goes thus: Good morning, Apostle. God has done it finally. He says, you prophesied about project and contract approved. He says, just this morning, the final contract and deal sealed for the first of 5 contracts has been sealed. He says, the council just approved a massive contract for our company in the United Kingdom. Hallelujah! Says, I believe I will send the rest approval before the end of the day. I am here shouting and dancing and expecting the rest. Hallelujah! Glory to God! I see reason to give God a dance. You know that kind of spontaneous dance? God is going to give you such reasons this morning in the name of Jesus. Can we echo it? Thank you, Jesus! Indeed, God has caused us to rejoice and we will indeed rejoice. Hallelujah! We give you praise. All right, the next testimony goes thus: Good morning, Apostle. I want to thank the Lord for answered prayers. Says, I have been processing my transcript since 2023 with no headway, always one issue or the other. Today, he says, on the— on March the 11th, when Apostle said that we should sing the song See What the Lord Has Done, I declared that I will receive my transcript today without delay anymore. And by noon that same day, I got my transcript sent to my mail. Glory to God. Can we celebrate Jesus that does quick works in righteousness? What has been delaying for so long, by the power of prophecy, by obedience to a prophetic instruction, God brought the testimony. Can we say thank you? And I don't know what you've been trusting God for that has seemed to have delayed, but as you rejoice and as you celebrate God for this testimony, I see that delay is broken in the name of Jesus. You have speedy answers, speedy answers. Amen and amen. All right, the next testimony I'll be taking this morning goes thus. It says, good morning, Apostle and PPC family. I praise the name of our Lord Jesus Christ for the healing I received this morning during PPC. He said, I have suffered from severe back pain for the past 3 years, but in the— this morning during PPC, the prayer said the pain disappeared and has not returned since. I want to give God the praise for healing, and we decree that that healing permanent in the name of Jesus. Can we rejoice for healing, supernatural healing? I don't know who is trusting God for that kind, but your healing has come. Receive it now in the name of Jesus. Amen and amen. All right, the final testimony we'll be taking this morning, of course for the brevity of time, goes thus. Good morning, Apostle. He says, I am Congolese reaching out from South Africa. I've been following PPC and I've been participating in my local church for about a year. And truly I've experienced the Lord's goodness. I know God is not about material things, but at this same period last year, I was jobless and I didn't have a place of my own. So fast forward to now, I am now in my own apartment and I have a job. God has done and is doing much more than I can put in one message, but I like to say thank you and thank you, Jesus, for this amazing testimony. Testimony. Can we give God praise? See, God can change a man's life. God indeed is the lifter of men. And when we see these testimonies, we must rejoice and return all the praise to him. Father, we say thank you. Can we join me and say thank you, Jesus? Thank you, oh God. Amen and amen. And if you're trusting God for this kind, I decree that yours is on the way. Amen. All right, people of God, that's the much you can take today. God bless you. I'll see you next week. With more amazing testimonies, and I'll be sharing your own testimony. God bless you!
