He's always doing good. He's always doing good. When we pray, he hears us. When we cry, he hears us. We are not alone. God is with us. Emmanuel, Emmanuel. Immanuel. When we pray, he answers us. Ah! When we cry, he hears our voice. We are not alone, God is with us. Immanuel, Immanuel. When we pray, he answers us. When We cry, he hears our voice. We are not alone, God is with us. Emmanuel, Emmanuel.

We bless your holy name this morning. Accept our thanksgiving, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Blessed be your holy name. In Jesus' mighty name we have prayed. Let's give Jesus a big, big, big— When Pastor was, um, raising that song, when I saw him singing this morning And I also saw another pastor singing. It was like my entire life was flashing right in front of me. You know, I grew up in the north, and, um, I shared the story, the story of, um, When I gave the illustration of Jacob, that the day Jacob became Israel, the Bible said the sun rose over him and his light began to shine. And I told you about Joshua, that they were just entering the season of victory, then the sun began to set. And Joshua had to insist that the sun must stand still over Ajalon and the moon will not hasten to go to his place until the victory is over. For one man, he's been in darkness all his life. For another one, the moment he began to win, darkness starts showing forth. The man at the Pool of Bethesda, his night was 38 years long. When Jesus, the light of the world, came, his day began. And I told you that the problem about being in a season that your light is not shining is that even when you give birth to children in that condition, it doesn't matter how young they are, you give birth to them into night. So under certain conditions, day and night has nothing to do with time. A child can be 10 years old, but he's at night, and somebody can be 80 and is in the day. I happen to be among those born at night, and the night of my life was from bed till the moment I had to pray. You know, Jabez prayed. Didn't know why it was Jabez who prayed, because if you look at the little glimpse we were given to his family, it was not Jabez who ought to pray, because the Bible said he was more honorable than the rest of them. But still he was the one who prayed. Meaning that people can be down and still not see reasons to go up, and somebody can be up and see reasons to go up more. And Jabez prayed very simple prayer: Oh Lord, that you will enlarge my coast indeed. And I'll tell you the reason why I said my life flashed right in front of me. It was Songs of Hope that kept some of us. I had 14 suicide attempts. 14. I drank Jik. I didn't die. At best, I landed in the hospital. I drank petrol, I didn't die. I stood beside the road and looked for a speed— a fast-moving vehicle and jumped in front of it, broke my leg, I didn't die. We were seeing a family movie together and in the movie I saw someone put boiling ring in his armpit and committed suicide. Amongst everyone in the family, I was the only one that shouted, "Thank you, Jesus!" Because it was like they just showed me the fastest way to go. Since my life was full of mystery or misery, I found a way to excuse myself. And lock myself inside the room, took my bath. I sneak the boiling ring from the kitchen, plug it in my armpit, put it into light, switch it on. Nepa took light. Everyone in the house screamed. Nepa, what nonsense! I took the boiling ring, slammed it on the floor, and said, I don't know who you are up there. They won't let me live. You won't let me die. Somebody must let me do something. Shortly after then, I gave my life to Christ. But I still wanted to die. So I had a friend who used to talk to me, and one of those days we were talking about martyrdom, and I now discovered through martyrdom that there's a way to die that God will reward you. So my biggest ambition in life became how to become a martyr. So I was looking for where I will preach, that they will kill me fast. So I started pushing him that we need to go for evangelism, and he didn't know why. So I suggested a very wicked area, and somehow he agreed. So we're pacing around that area, and I look for the most Islamic dressed man there. The one that if I mention Jesus can stab me. So I went to meet him and I was preaching to him in a way that he would not accept Christ, but he will be angry. I was not after his soul. I want— me, I wanted to die. Are you with me? If he said he's giving his life to Christ, I'll be shocked because the preaching was more like insult. If you don't give all that, you just die. Don't be a mumu man. And the man never said a word. It was at night. When I was done talking, he looked at me and he placed his hands on my shoulder. And said, Femi, I know the reason why you came. This Islamic dressed man spoke fluent English, then also knew my name. He called me by my name and he began to recount all the suicide attempts I tried and the date. And he told me the food I ate before coming and the reason why I ate that food. Now, by the time he placed that hand on my shoulder, this man dressed with half trousers that doesn't touch the ground, the one who came to preach, I was the one who fell when his hand touched me and they were carrying me beside the road. Each time he comes close, as he was talking, it was like a wind was blowing over my soul. I couldn't stand him talk. And he will always look at me and say, God is going to use you. And he said, you are going to do this, you are going to do that. And how can this cleric be saying all this? And by now I was weeping, I was all over the place. At least my friend now knew the reason why I came. I didn't know what was going through his mind. Ah, so you wanted to die and you brought me here. So when the man was done with us— there were two, the other one never said a word. So I said, please, sir, this is the first time this is happening to me in my life. I don't even know what to make of this, but I know I need you in my life. Please, sir, what is your name? He and the friend sitting together looked at themselves and laughed. And he said, you can call me Emmanuel. So I said, okay, Brother Emmanuel, um, please, sir, because around that time phone was just new, so, um, it was a jam and all those stuffs, and Gen Zs may not know that one. I had a Motorola Blade, so I said, I was a big boy. So I said, Mr. Emmanuel, please give me your phone number. I need to be reaching you because up until now I've never made meaning to my life. He looked at the friend again and laughed and said, we don't use phone. So I said, okay. At least I know your name now. Um, Brother Emmanuel, please, how can I meet you again? Just give me your address, I will come. Now I don't know how to call you, but I will come to your house. He looked at the friend, they smiled, they always look at each other and smile, and said, okay, come to number so-and-so-and-so church. Femi Lazarus Street. You will see me there. I was prostrating, I was weeping, I was crying, I was messed up, but I knew my life had changed. First thing in the morning, I jumped on bike. Number so and so, let's go there now. I got to that venue. It was a church, some Emmanuel Sanctuary, something like that. But the name of the church is Emmanuel something. Brother Emmanuel, Emmanuel Sanctuary Church. Then okay, maybe it's the pastor. I knocked and knocked and knocked. Till a man came out, I was looking so tired, who affirmed that they had a vigil overnight. So I said, I'm sorry, sir, a man gave me this address as his base and his name is Mr. Emmanuel. The pastor said, we are barely up to 20 in this church and there's no Emmanuel amongst us. I said, maybe he sleeps here. He said, no, we are not. I'm the pastor, I'm the founder of this church, and I'm telling you, we are not even up to 20, and there is no Emmanuel amongst us. I left disappointed. I'd met the greatest person I've ever met in my life. I don't have any number to call him. The address he gave me now is not residential. How will I meet this person again? I took bike in disappointment and I was going and I heard the loud voice in my spirit, "And his name shall be called Emmanuel." Now don't clap. It was until then that a veil was taken off my eyes and I remember that I can't even remember the image of the person I met that night again. It remains a figure in my heart, but I can't put a face to it. That's what changed my life. I grew from a place that you'll be told every time that we need you to die young. It's that bad. My stepmother would tell me to my face several times, what are you still doing on earth? Is the problem not too much? But there is a God who can turn people's night into day. It doesn't take 20 encounters, it takes one. And the day that light begins to shine, it remains shining. I didn't hear amen to that. Somebody who has been in long season of night, you are going to break into your own light. Somebody who has been at a face that looks like things are happening everywhere but except in your own domain. The light is going to move to where you stand, and that light will shine. Anybody who has been wallowing in discouragement, who has been wallowing in pain, who has been asking questions, why should I still be serving God? Your light will shine, sir. And the one who made the heavens and the earth, he will bring you out. I said the one who made the heavens and the earth will bring you out. I said the one who made the heavens and the earth will bring you out. Some of us in school, they used to use us as example of students whose brain has shrunk. I couldn't learn, not because I was dull, but because I was traumatized. I couldn't learn. I will sit down in class and my notebook will be wet with tears. I wasn't talking to any human. I'll— you tell me stand up and answer questions, I won't answer. Because when you are at night, you really have nothing to say. Night is a time of silence. One time I met Femi Lazarus, one of the teachers who said to me that Lazarus can never amount to anything. So we met somewhere, he needed to apply for something and it was passed through me to apply for it. He couldn't recognize me again, but I recognized him. You know, when your story change, you change form, but you can remember those who cause you the pain because they still look like the past. And I greeted him and he said, I can't remember your face. I said, you are my mathematics teacher. A man called my name, he say, is that you? I said, I am he. I went to university, never came second once in any us. Not because you— some of you are here and it looks like you are a failure. It's not because you are failing, it's that a light that should shine has not started shining. A father went to the mountain to fast for 40 days and lay curse on his most notorious son. The boy has brought pain and shame to the family. He had almost lost his ministry because of the boy. People call him the father of a bastard. So after 40 days and he wanted to speak into the life of the boy. The Lord said, you can't curse the costless. Now you can't bring any charge against my elect. Now the boy you're about to curse is my servant. The energy of the fasting you have fasted now begin to bless him. And the father was on his face on the mountain with tears shivering. And blessing the boy. He got home after that experience, lean. All his children came to greet him. The boy sat at the door, was looking at him. He greeted the boy, but mm, didn't reply. He looked at the boy and said, you, this one, servant of God. God will use this India ham smoker. And he eased and entered. Two days later, one of the boys he had trained called him to send the list of his children so that he could pray about it. And bring one to join him in America. The father wrote all the children except that boy, and when he was going to write the name of the boy, he gave gap, then wrote it like a mistake so that they would not be sure whether it's a mistake or not. Then they snapped and sent to him. Then the person prayed and went to Saiku, that mistake, and said, 'This is the one God spoke about.' The father tried to persuade him that if you bring this one to America, it's the reason you go to jail. The man said, 'I know you trained me, sir, but you also trained us how to hear God. I think I heard God.' The day the boy was going to America, he didn't say goodbye. That's how notorious he was. He just said, give me my bag and let me go. He didn't hug anybody, he just left. He didn't look back. But it was in America he met God. It was there he got born again. It was there he became a pastor. It was there he sent for his father and mother. And brought them to stay with him there. The man has gone home to be with the Lord, but that same boy gave him his first exposure. The stones that the builders reject, when that same stone come in the limelight, it becomes the chief cornerstone. If there's anyone here who has been a stone of rejection, before this year ends You are becoming a cornerstone, except if the person is not here. I say again, before this year ends, you are becoming a cornerstone. Your light will shine in the most unbelievable way. Your mockers will gather and they will celebrate God in your life. Those who have thought you can't amount to anything, they will all stand to give God praise on your behalf. I'm going somewhere, and that's why I'm praying. That's why I'm sharing these stories. I sense that there is an anointing that is coming upon someone. And it is for speed. Speed is not about the length of your legs, it is about the quality of the hand that comes. It is possible to cover in 5 days what you have not covered in 50 years. Are you with me? I said it is possible to cover in 5 days what you have not covered in 50 years. I just finished a project in Abuja and that's over ₦700 million. I told my wife I don't take loan for church work. It was simple prayer we were praying, and God said it's time to do this work. Let me leave it coded, but I'll tell you this: it is not every project that requires contribution. There is a God who hears prayers at night. And turn that night into day, that help will begin to pursue you up and down. The day the hand of God came on Elijah, he outran the chariot of Ahab. That hand is here this morning. You will outrun chariots. You will outrun chariots. You will outrun chariots. You will outrun chariots. You will outrun chariots. Please sit down for a while. And let me correct a notion. No location is a greener pasture. Greener pasture is not a place but a person. Or should I say, greener pasture is not a place but only a person, and I will explain. Abraham told Lot, he said, why should there be strife between you and I, your headmen and my headsmen? Say we are brethren. He said, you look anywhere, if you turn to the right, pick where you like, I will turn to the left. If you go to the left, I'll go to the right. And the Bible said Lot saw the plain of Sodom, that it was a well-watered land. And Lot said, I go here. And when Lot went there, God went to where Abraham was going. Abraham wasn't tied to what he was seeing, he was tied to what is on him. And where Abraham— and after Lot went, you know what God said? God can be hilarious. God now said to Abraham, look from where you stand, right, left, no, to the north, to the east, to the west, and to the south, including where Lot went. He said, as far as your eyes can see, I will give you. And Abraham looked, and that case was settled. Pay attention to the blessing on your head. Is that okay now? Don't be tight-fisted on things. It is the blessings of the Lord that makes rich and add no sorrow. When a man who is not working in the blessing has resources, his only consciousness is that it will soon finish. When a man who works in the blessing has resources, he understands that God is the source, so he can't finish. The orientation is different. But I want to show you something today, and that's the reason why I've been saying the things I've been saying. Don't despise anyone. No, we know man after the flesh. We used to know Christ after the flesh, but now knowing him no more. Are you with me? Genesis chapter number 27. Look at me. Genesis 27. I want us to listen to the substance of the Abrahamic blessing. Because I see that the land that they have called desert land is about to become a fruitful field. I didn't hear amen to that. That the government will have to do something about the airport of Sokoto because there's a fire of revival burning here. You don't believe that? They will have to make emergency fix because this place becomes a tourist center. People want to come from all over the world. I've seen that no distance is far if what you want is there. Have you seen a boy who is dating a girl who is living far? He will trek in hot sun and say, where I'm going is not far. Because where a man's treasure is, there's his heart. A treasure is arising from this land. The white, the Hispanics, all of them, they will come from all over the world, and there will be development here because Jesus is here. Development follows the gospel. History has shown that there are nations that it was the light of the gospel that opened them up. There's nothing anybody is going to do in South Korea, but a light was born in there called David Yonggi Cho. Leaders, church leaders from all over had to travel to South Korea to see the pastor of the largest church in the world. How they had to be begging people, you don't come next week. So others can come. The glory of God is here, and you must prepare yourself to be amongst the next batch of God's fire distribution here. Are you with me? Don't be sleeping when inheritances have been shared. So that when you wake up, you will not have to pick what is left. You can pick what is yours, not what is left. Now Jacob had disguised himself to look like Esau to the end that he will collect the blessing. The Bible said that the mother killed a kid or a goat, whatever, and put the clothes on Jacob. They didn't know they were fulfilling prophecy. And the mother said, enter. Jacob said, Mommy, if Daddy finds out that I'm not Esau, he will curse me. The mother said, let the curse be on me. That is, at best what will happen is that you receive nothing, not curse. That's favor. When people will carry your matter on their head— let me tell you something, one of the best signs of the blessing on a man is the gift of men. The gift of men like horses. Daily men came to David to help him till his camp was very great and his host was like the host of God. There are people that God gives you, they will carry you till you get to where you are going. They don't stop. And you are wondering why is your own too much? God sent them to you. You will receive your own sent men. Maybe somebody doesn't want that. You will receive your own sent men. I remember I went to minister somewhere and someone met me and said, I saw you were in so-and-so country. I said, yes. He said, do you have visa to so-and-so country? I said, no. He called someone and said, done. Do you have visa to this country? I said no. He called someone and said, done. What about that country? I said no. He called someone and said, done. 2 months after that, I will have visa to more than 30 countries. I didn't go looking for it, they came. Rebekah was fulfilling prophecy. She didn't know. She took— nakale kom— she took the— can you off your suit? She took the skin of the sacrificial lamb that died for Jacob— stand here— to be able to stand boldly before Isaac. And she took the skin and covered him. Isaac was a wise man. He took Jacob and the Bible said he kissed him, verse 27, and he smelled the smell of his raiment. What's the raiment? The skin of what died. Depicting that the believer can now stand before God clothed with the one who died. Isaac said, this is the voice of Jacob but the flesh of Esau. That when I stand before God, it is the voice of Femi Lazarus but the voice of Jesus. Because he's the one who died for me to be able to stand there. What Isaac said was that I want to eat the venison, then bless you. But as he smelled, he said, the smell of my field— of my son is as the smell of a field that the Lord has blessed. Look at the next statement he said. Therefore, ah, God give thee of the dew of heaven and the fatness of the earth. It's been long I've lived in the north. I know there are seasons that we actually experience dew here, but not much. But in the west, there's dew every now and then. That the earth is watered and the system that waters it doesn't make noise. So when he said the Lord your God give you of the dew from heaven, it means that people will begin to see things work, but they don't know how. Because the system that powers it is noiseless. He said it will give you the dew of heaven. Actually, the root word there is let the dew of heaven produce the fatness of the earth, and then also yield plenty corn and wine. If there's no dew from heaven The earth can yield fatness. So really, the blessing of Abraham is that anyone who is connected to that covenant will be under a heaven that is open for dew to descend. You will not know when it comes. Because there's dew. I didn't hear amen to that. Let me pronounce that same blessing on you. The Lord your God give you of the dew from above, and he will give you the fatness of the earth, and he will give you plenty corn and wine. Look at verse 29. Let people serve you. Let nations bow down to you. Be Lord over your brethren. Let your mother's sons bow to you. Cursed is everyone that curses you, and blessed is everyone that blesses you. Sit down for a while, please. Thank you. You know the nature of the event that took place there was that there was part of the statement that Isaac made that even if Isaac now discovered that it was Jacob, he could no longer reverse it, because part of the statement was Blessed is everyone that bless you, and what cursed is everyone that curse you. When he said that, he sealed it such that even as Esau will now enter and the father will find out that Jacob had deceived him, the father no longer had the spiritual standing to curse him. From that moment, he became indestructible. It became the spot on the earth where heaven was touching down, and nobody can take from him. All these things didn't happen through magic, they happened through words. That a man can be under the shower of words And that word will alter your morphological structure. It will change your DNA. How do I help you believe in the supernatural? Which job did Obediodum apply for? They only brought the Ark of Covenant to his house. When David saw that the Ark had killed Uzzah, and they were looking for a man that if he dies, nobody will mourn him. And they said there's a very poor man where he lives. If he dies, they can bury him there. Nobody will know somebody's gone. So they took the hack there, not because they loved him. And in 3 months, his fame was everywhere because God was in his tent. There was no news about change of activity. The force of heaven only joined him. You are running up and down, sit down. Let the force of heaven join you. We came to Abuja, our church couldn't grow. I used to train pastors on church growth. I was in Ibadan and we're doing well. People began to say this is the fastest growing church in this city. We just raised our facility. They constructed a good office for me, a good reception, air-conditioned everywhere. We had a radio station inside. I'll sit down, I'll study and pray inside the AC. And God said to me, get out of this land. I said, and before you go, you are not going to leave this place with any car. Togo, find what to do with it. I was using a Mercedes SUV. I was using an Highlander. Both had to go. So I moved from driving Jeep inside the church and being protocolled to taking bike to the same church. And the devil would tell me, you have failed. When you came into this city, you were on bike. This is your last moment about to leave here now, you are still on bike. What has changed about your life? And I will remind the devil that the life of a man does not consist of the abundance of things which he possess. At that point, I may not— are you with me? But there's something I already have that is more than cars. So when it was time to go to Abuja, God said to me, say, son, I know you have kept the rent aside. I said, yes. Drop it. Whatever it is you have, go with your flight money. How do I? I've never gone here before. How do I now do? He said, go with the blessing. So go to Abuja. This is not 20 years ago, this is last year. Without car, I'm the only person I knew in the city who happened to be one of my boys. He saw the way things was going, that if I stay around here, this my car that I'm managing is what they'll be using for missions. The guy ran. We couldn't rent, and I went with team of people. Some of them resigned their job to follow me because they believe God has called me. And we smuggle ourselves like crayfish into lodge till police came to pack all of us. I said, we got news that some terrorists are here. I said, we are not terrorists, look at us. I'm a pastor and these are my men. I remember we already got a church facility that could barely sit 100. When we're sweeping and cleaning that place, one of my boys broke down in tears and said, this church is not even up to the size of our altar. Where we are coming from. And I told him everything that has life will grow. Everything. I remember at that point it was breaking point because my wife had come to join me and my daughter, then just had one daughter and no accommodation. And I didn't tell her parent this is what I will do to her. So I stood by the window of the church and I was crying to God, 'Do something now.' I wasn't small where I was coming from. What's going on? Provide, let's get a house. And God said, 'Don't ask anybody.' God said, 'Son, look from the window of where you stand.' I looked. He said, 'Look around.' Look, he said, I'm the Lord your God who brought you here. I will give you a city in this city.

Amen. But give me a room first.

We were still like 20. 25. When the Lord told me it's time to move to a venue that could sit 1,000, and we'll gather there like small grain of rice holding meeting, and people will pass and laugh. But God was preparing us for an harvest because a dew without noise addrested, and the earth must become fat. I remember the owner of that venue traveled for 2 weeks when they sent him video that about 25 people you left in that same church, people are parking 3 streets away to come to the church. He couldn't believe what changed. People will pack convoy with security details and trek. No special anything. If you have followed my teachings, I don't know how to do gymnastics, just the word. But there's something called anakazo. It is the power that compels people. He said, let the Lord give you the dew from heaven. Anybody whose heaven is closed can't experience dew. Dew only comes to the one whose heaven is what? Opened. And then that dew will produce the fatness. There's no man whose voice you hear, you hear, whose heaven did not first open. Let me give you a minute where you are seated that this morning, let my own heaven— I don't know how desperate you are about prayer, but let my own heaven be what? Opened. In the next 1 minute, pray like you have never done before. If you will be on the floor, be on the floor. Let my own heaven be open. Don't pray it quietly, don't pray casually.

So I can make warfare with it. Sunani esu, gadona. Sunani esu, demakona. Sunani esu, nasara. Sunani esu, surani esu, eitariki.

Sit down for a while, because sometimes if you don't tell people stories, they think things just began to happen. I remember our church had never really bought a keyboard. All the keyboard we have ever used, somebody borrowed or got tired of it and dashed us. I was the one who was passionate about that. I just want the word 'thought.' And one time there was a need for us to use one, to buy one. The shame had become much where we used to borrow, and I told the church, I want you to give, but you don't have to. I already spoke with my wife. Whatever we have in our account, let's empty it. Let's remove this reproach from the church. Not because we are the pastors. I've done this when I was not pastoring. And we emptied everything, seated there. There was nothing more on us. When we're going home, my wife said, ah, I will need to buy Pampers. For our daughter. I said, I don't have money. In the days that our mothers give birth to us, there was no Pampers. Every time I go for meeting, they give me face towels. Go and gather all of them, pack them together, stuff them in a pant. Let her use it for a while till God provides. That was the conversation we were on. Then my phone vibrated. I saw somebody has sent me ₦2,000. So I asked her, can this ₦2,000 do something at least? Said, few pieces. I said, go and buy. Whether or not we use napkins, I can't remember. Are you here? That my daughter, the favor God opened over her life, and she's still young. It took me over 30 years of my life to get that kind of favor. You might see people that things are working for, but there's a president that ruled in this country, I won't mention names. The father took a loan to repair the roof of the church. And they used him as collateral. So he served when they couldn't repay. The pastor of the Baptist Church said, I only have one prayer for you: this nation will serve you. So you see a man that looks like things are happening for— you can't tell. A man's altar is as powerful as the sacrifice on it. Don't cling to things, cling to the hand. There was a time that Northern Christians understood sacrifice, but now they are trying to catch up with the corruption in the West. Don't lose what you have. What is here ought not to be common. Many of us were trained to be ready to die, but many of you are westernizing this thing. The gospel moved on the wings of sacrifice and the blood of those missionaries. The method has not changed. And that's why if God is going to use you, he will make sure that money doesn't get you to be too convenient. In Hebrews 11, he said these men wandered in sheepskin and in desert, men of whom the world was not worthy on— worthy of. That's why we don't rate people by the size of the church or by the money in the account. A man can be mighty before God but yet is despised before men. There are protocols that opens the heavens, but the brand of Christianity we have now is more intellectual than spiritual. And you are being re-educated. And it's actually— people are seeking for legitimacy. I don't want to get into that. Now, when you come to church and there is a need in church and you're a part of it, they make you believe you're a fool. But somebody can go to the club and spend 2 million on a drink and there's no insult. And you are seeing Christians begin to rise and say, we are now wise. Wise or foolish? I tell you, I have an idea. To some extent of what it means for God to open at least a small part of the windows of heaven for a breeze of dew to fall.

And you see, when that doesn't happen, it doesn't matter your skill. You will not be considered to know how to do it. The race is not to the swift, the battle is not to the strong, or not food to the wise, but time and chance. What does it mean? What is time and chance? That there will be moments in your life that there is a spot in the heaven that is open, a kairos moment that you must seize. That is what happens to everyone whose voice you hear. Time and chance. You will not be a victim of slumbering in the days of distribution. I didn't hear that amen well enough. You will not be a victim of slumbering in the days of distribution. You will not be a victim of slumbering in the days of distribution. He said, let the Lord give you of the dew from heaven. There are times that you are still in that small space. There are times that nothing has changed physically. Nobody can see anything around, but you just know. It's like I'm beginning to experience dew. I'm touching some spiritual realities that I have no physical proof for. You begin to sense that I've been walking through the desert all my life, but I perceive I'm close to water. People look at you, nothing has changed, but you are sensing in your spirit everything has changed. Changed. When you enter such season that there is a spiritual perception that there is dew falling, you must insist that it is true. If not, the devil will convince you that it is not. And when he convinces you that it is not, it will cease. Your confession is based on what you see on the inside, not what you see on the outside. I see everything turning around. I see dew. I see that suddenly what they call night is over and my sun is beginning to rise. I see that what they call stagnation and failure, all of a sudden in the month of September to remember, I hear a new sound. Let the one who is barren begin to hear the sound of a baby.

You don't confess what is happening around. You confess what you pick on the inside. Sit down for a while. Lift your, lift your hands. We're going to raise that sound again. Now sing it with the whole of your heart.

See, many of you may discover the reason why things have been dry. And let me tell you, I don't teach in this direction anywhere as a guest minister. I only teach my own. Oh yes, people see our videos online and they ask that you don't put the link for us to download this one. There's no link. They are for the house. Ah, for the house. Inheritance is amazing. They sent me a video they wanted to put online this morning. I said no, this one is for sons. Shut it down. Let the world take what they take. We have over 2,000 of such we have never released. They are for the house. So I'm teaching you for the house this morning because there is a wisdom that the world cannot receive. They are spiritually discerned. Are you with me? Jesus said in Mark 4:11, unto you it is given to know the wisdom and the mystery of the kingdom. He said, but to those who are outside, these things are said in parables so that in seeing they will see, but they will not perceive. In hearing they will hear, they will not understand. Ah, people say that we've had this man teach. Those ones, they are for Sunday school. When we shut the door, we know what we say. Did Jesus not tell Peter that the devil has desired you to sift you like wheat, but I prayed for you? So when you are strong, strengthen your brothers. When it was Judas, what did he say? What you want to do, do it quickly. Are they not both sons? Please pay attention because there's something for you to learn here. Are you here? It now matters what you do with this one. He said, go up to the mountain and bring wood and build the house, and I will take pleasure in it, and it will be glorified, says the Lord. He said, you look for much, and lo, it comes to little. You brought it home. He said, did I blow on it? God is saying you are surprised that you are doing much and it's not amounting to anything. Say, did you bring it to me? Say, I did. He said, did it become much? He said, no. He said, did I blow on it? Why? Says the Lord of hosts. He said, because my house that is a waste, and you will run every man into his own house. Look at verse 10. Say, therefore the heaven over you is stayed from dew. Usually when I get to this point, I usually tell my media to off the camera, but they should not. Don't worry, don't worry, because my people are online. We— this is being broadcasted on our television station So they are watching this in at least 120 countries right now. So they will not off the— they will not off the camera, don't worry, because some of them will cry and say, 'Apostle Femi Lazarus.' The Nigerian church is not perfect. Perfect. But you can bring the church to our knees once you can create a system that stays the church away from dew. Pastor here, Adeboye, asked the question. He said Who is the prosperity of the Nigerian church a threat to? The moment we begin to have set of believers who believe that everything I have is for me, we begin to have a generation of the rich fools. And one thing about that generation is that their soul is required of them early, so they'll be early dead. And the next consequence is that the heaven is stayed from dew. In the kingdom, we advance as we advance the cause of God's work. That's how we advance. Sir, I had to cry to God in person. That, Father, I know you have called me, but the generation you have sent me to, I don't trust them. Don't make me a pastor that will look up to them before you hit. Bless me too. I had to pray that prayer. One time, a young boy that was following me was misbehaving, so I called him. And I said, my friend, you have followed me for many years, so and so number of years. Every time you have traced, you have sown a seed to me. Can you remember? I said, if you can't, I want to tell them to give you something. So I told one of my daughters working in bank, I said, print me my bank statement for so and so number of years. Then she brought it out. I said, trace your name There, praise his name. Mark out every amount you've ever given. He marked out. I said, do you notice that this account doesn't have debit? I said, I don't eat your seed. I will multiply it by 10 and give you back. I release you. God had to warn me. We just finished the conference where I gathered my sons and daughters.

Femi Lazarus.

When I was going for that conference, I took $10,000 US and I said, let me look for those who are going through challenges and tribulation and let me sow it, so that even if they decide to sow to my life, nobody can outgive me. And God said to me, he said, the method you are using, you will survive, but your men will be small. It is a dangerous thing when your father shot his bow well from the fruit that comes from your hand.

Let's leave it.

The Nigerian church is about to enter into a trap, and the trap is a bad one. The devil is trying to stimulate you intellectually so that you look at the church and you believe that everything you got, your hands have gotten it for you. You. The consequence of that is that God will command that the heaven over you is stayed from dew, then the earth is stayed from her fruit. Are you still following what I'm saying here? Now you see, even young boys, 20, 21, 25, will go on social media and say, yeah, the boy is a fool. He's calling names. The problem is that don't let's tell them the problem, lest they get healed. A man can become either an example— let me not tell you, let me show you what God said about that mindset. Deuteronomy chapter number 8. Are you there?

Let's start from verse 7.

For the Lord thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water. Of fountains and depths that spring in— spring out of what? The valleys and hills. Who brings you to that land? Who brings you into that land? Who brings you there? The Lord your God. Verse 8. Now I really want to commend those with the scripture. They are the best I've seen. They're the best I've seen. Thank you, thank you. They know their work. They know their work. They are the best I've seen. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Says, a land of wheat and barley, of vines and fig trees and pomegranates, a land of oil olive and what? Honey. Are you seeing what is contained when God brings you to a land? A land where thou shalt eat bread without scarceness. A land thou shalt not lack anything in it. A land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hill thou mayest dig brass. Now look at it. Now God begin to have concerns. He said, when you have eaten and you are full, you should bless the Lord your God for the good land, which is what? Gives you. Yes, verse 11: Beware that you forget not the Lord your God in not keeping his commandments and his judgment and his statutes which I command you this day. Meaning that the tendency to forget God in action can become more as you grow. It is the nature of man that many are better Christians when they are small. And that's why I ask people that the humility you have today, how much is it? Are you broke or broken? There are two different things. When a man doesn't have much, he looks humble, but money reveals the character of a man's soul. Some are good Christians in quotes because they can't afford the sin they want to sin. They like it, but they can't afford the bills yet. Make sure you are not that kind of Christian. Are you here? He said, beware that you forget not the Lord your God in not keeping his commandment and his what? Judgment and his statutes which I command you this day. Oh, if God just give you $100 million, this, this church will not become too small for you. I have a spiritual father that I'm submitted under People have asked me questions that you have very popular fathers in the body of Christ, and by the grace of God, God has given me access to every quarter. I'm not sure there's anyone I want to see that is not one call away, to the praise of his name. Jeba, why do you still follow this man? Why? Fatherhood is not by name. It is not by size of church. It is by calling. It is God who calls you to your inheritance. It's not name. People follow big names and they have nothing to inherit there. It's not name. That, that's what this generation doesn't understand, that you are changing fathers like boxers. As God lifts you, change another one. You have no inheritance everywhere. At the end of the day, fathers, it give to the children who grew under them. Are you here? And I always ask them a question. I began to follow this man at a season where I go to church and I don't have transport, and they will give me ₦1,000 to use for transport, and sometimes ₦2,000. I remember one time I was sick and on oxygen. And he was talking to the doctors, and I knew it was his salary he was about to give them. So God brings me into abundance, and I feel that man now no longer have the size to father me. Those who don't have respect to covenant, the dark place of this world swallows them. Like I said, what I'm teaching you here is— I don't teach publicly. I just look away. I don't really I told people, I said, if God increase you, whatever is missing in your father's house is your duty to buy there. Let me say this to you, look up, and I'm going to challenge some of you. Some of you are seated here, God has blessed you to buy more AC in this church. You don't need announcement. I stood there yesterday, I saw one part of the roof was leaking. And some of you don't mind. If your own house is not leaking, the church should not. That's the protocol. And I'm not saying this because I and Pastor, we never discuss was 18 about anything I'm going to teach. He just brought me here by faith and because God told him to. I'm the kind of person that when you invite, I know you must have heard God because I don't like to go everywhere.

With ₦15 million, we'll get a screen that will cover this front. We don't— it's not a big deal. If it is in club, it should be in church much more. Sit down. Let me tell you a story. You may not like what I'm saying, but if you know God has sent me, you should listen One time we were— they called for a meeting, a WhatsApp meeting. My spiritual father was about to celebrate his birthday, so they said they wanted to buy him car. And I said, it's true, this guy is due for a change. So on that WhatsApp group, and they asked us— it was years ago— they asked us to contribute ₦50,000 each. All of us there are his sons, or were his sons. I didn't have, but I knew I must look for it and find a way to bless this man who has blessed me. And I noticed that there was a lot of messages, so I went to check. Somebody had gotten provoked and angry and was shouting, why will you people say you can't pay ₦50,000? This, this, this, that, eh, is that not too much? All this problem, this, this, ah. I looked at it, I became scared. From that moment, I don't allow people gather to say they want to give me anything. I don't allow it. If I see the gathering, I scatter God has blessed me enough. If God laid in their hearts, but they gathering that somebody will now go and be crying. And the guy deleted the WhatsApp group and left. And I cried to God that I wish I can do this thing without them. A year later, I bought it alone. After that, shortly after that, I bought another one again. Nobody needed to contribute. And as God leads me, I'll buy another one again. If you have it in your heart it will come to your hands. If you have it in your heart, it will come to your hands. Go back to that Deuteronomy. He said, beware that thou forget not the Lord thy God in not keeping his commandment and his judgment and his statutes which I commanded this day. Now look at the next statement. He said, lest when thou have eaten and you are full and you have built goodly houses and dwell therein, yes. And when your herds and your flocks multiply, and your silver, your gold is multiplied, and all that you have is multiplied, yes, then, then your heart be lifted up and you forget the Lord your God which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, from the land of bondage. This is the possibility that a man who was down but now lifted gratitude can have. You will think the natural flow is that as God lifts me, I'll become more grateful. But God is saying, I found out that that's not the case. You will make God proud. And listen, don't live a life where you prove to God that you are better small. He can keep you small, for his mercy endures forever. The expression of mercy is determined by what has the most eternal value on a man. Even if smallness is God's way of showing you mercy, then in smallness you'll be small. Did the Bible not say that he killed Pharaoh and his host? For his mercies endure forever. But never forget that Agai. God was telling them that— did you notice the season changed? You bring your work so hard and bring it home. God said, did I blow on it? The world is trying to build a narrative that everything is literal. They will find out. They will find out. Can I have you lift your hands and say, Lord, help me. Femi Lazarus, help me, show me what I must do. Pray in the next 1 minute. The Spirit of the Living God is the Holy Ghost. The scepter of the King of Kings is the Holy Ghost. The zeal of the age to come is bringing everything, uh, in obedience to Christ. Is changing everything in obedience to Christ. He's the Holy Ghost, the Spirit of the Living God. He's the Holy Ghost, the scepter of the King of Kings. Is the Holy Ghost the seal of the age to come? Is bringing everything in obedience to God— is changing everything in obedience to Christ? When you don't know the ways of the wind, how can you run when you don't know the ways of the spirit? Amen. How can you fly when you don't know the ways of the The power at work in you is breaking everything. In obedience, in obedience to Christ, it's changing everything, changing everything.

Whatever happens on the earth is a function of the the nature of a man's heaven, whether it is open or closed. In Deuteronomy chapter number 28, from verse 1, very interesting scripture. I said, and it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God shall set thee on high above nations of the earth. I didn't hear amen to that. All these blessings shall come upon thee and shall overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God. Yes. Blessed art thou in the city, and blessed art thou in the field. Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of your ground, and the fruit of your cattle, and the increase of your kind, and the flocks of your sheep. Blessed shall your baskets and your store. Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out. The Lord shall cause the enemy that rise up against you to be smitten before your face. They shall come out against you in one way and shall flee seven ways. It is the Lord who has said it. But do you know that all these things is tied to the condition of a person's 7. How do you find that out? Verse 23, when he said those who didn't hack him, look at what he said. He said, and the heaven that is over your head shall be brass. There's no bell here. Is there a bell? Huh? You see it? You know, this our CAC Church, it's made of brass. He said, if that means that if you can wait for brass to give water, that is when your own heaven too produce dew. There are no hard ground. Every ground is relative to the grace that confronts it. No hard ground. He said the heaven that is over your head shall be brass. He said that the earth also followed, and the earth that is under thee shall be what? Iron. Nothing grows. If you put iron somewhere, at best it will rust. You don't come by and find even fungi on it. You don't come back and see mushrooms or tomatoes. The moment the heaven is no longer giving rain, the earth becomes dry. You will get rain throughout your life. Now, as I tie this up, what I've shared with you this morning is more than coming to lay hands Isaiah chapter number 55 from verse 10. If you read from verse 8, you'll see where the text of this meeting is, but let's do verse 10. Isaiah 55:10 says, for as the rain rain cometh down, tita, and snow from heaven, and returneth not, ah, but watereth the earth and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater. Verse 11: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth. It shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please and shall prosper in the purpose for which— what it is sent. So the Bible is saying in simple English, if it can rain, the earth must produce. English.

Simple English.

That's the summary. Don't struggle with the earth producing, contend for the rain. If you keep begging men, you become a nuisance. Beg God instead. Let him touch the heart of kings for you. It will rain. I said it will rain. Your ground will no longer be dry. There is a dimension of heaven that is open over you, and, um, people will come from all over to Sukkot. God will give the church in Sokoto government officials. What I'm saying may look impossible. It will give you technocrats. It will insist that there are Josephs in the palace. It will insist that Esthers are not missing there. The Lord your God will give you the dew from heaven. And the fatness of the earth. Lift your hands and please stand as I close. Is there anyone here who has discovered this morning that is actually that which comes from God that makes the difference, huh? How about I give you a minute or two to now ask for it in specific terms? Now, in specific terms, maybe you are trusting God for the fruit of the womb, you are trusting God for a healing, you are trusting God for a change in your body. In specific terms, ask for it.

In specific terms. Thank you, Lord.

In Jesus' mighty name we're praying. Where's the young man that his leg is— let me tell you something. Look up, everybody. He's not the first person that I will lay hands on that didn't get up. So it's a situation I'm familiar with. Let me tell you too that I lay hands on and even cried. I didn't work. They called me about a police officer who got paralyzed in 1987, and the wife said, my son told us about you that God God gives you special healing grace. I went to the house and laid hands on him and cried, but it didn't work. I went back home and I cried. The man didn't work. I fasted and interceded, didn't work. God, what do I do? He said, that becomes your project. Find time to make sure you go there every now and then and just lay hands on him. So I'll go to his house, lay hands on him, and speak words of faith. And every time, his leg was as a vegetable. I did that for over 6 months. My journey and everything was conditioned to be around, and there was no change, not one. One day something happened. I got to the house and I saw his daughter outside rolling on the floor in tears, weeping. And I stood. I was afraid that— I knew that this man died in his condition. When I got to the sitting room, I saw the wife put her two hands on her head and tears was flowing. Every attempt to talk to her failed. She was just weeping. As I was trying to, I switched from asking, where is he, to asking, how did it happen? Because now I was convinced beyond reasonable doubt that he died. And while I was asking how How did it happen? I saw somebody open the curtain and was coming out on the two legs, and it was him. So now I understood why they were crying, because I myself busted out in tears. But his leg became stronger as the word in the spirit grew. Our brother will walk. Let me share another experience with you. There was a boy that was brought— to every story I share, there are reference, either address and dates, including those who were raised from the dead. They are still alive. There's only one amongst them that is dead again. They brought a boy to the orphanage home. He was blind, he was deaf, he was dumb, he was crippled, and he had mental illness. They used to abandon him in the parsonage. They called me with excitement as to, Pastor, we know when you pray for him, he's going to be healed. I went there and cried my eyes out. Nothing changed. I said, God, do we repeat the process? He said yes. So I'll go and pray for him. Every night. Then we did this one for about 4 months. Then one night they called me and said, Apostle, he can now see. Some other night they will call me that he's hearing now. Some other night they will call me that he called Baba for the first time. Blindness left, deafness blindness left, dumbness left, insanity left. We're left with crippled leg, and that took us some more months till he stood up on his feet. To everything I tell you, I have reference. I have reference. There's another girl, Rafiat. She was brought into the orphanage home as a baby, and when time came for her to walk like her mates, she couldn't walk. Then we observed that the legs was getting thin. We had to be putting her on a chair because the legs were dangling. And, um, whenever I go there, all other kids will rush out to greet me. Rafia's leg will just be dangling, and I'll be tearing. I carried her all that bed. Her leg was dangling like spaghetti. We repeated the process. I would have loved them to show you videos. There's a young man on OAU campus whose leg was not just crippled, it is twisted like S, and when you touch it, your faith will disappear because it's like shawarma. But he stood up on that leg. Every time I go there, all other kids will come and greet me, and I'll be sad because my girl is still there and her leg dangling. I will just lay hands on her as usual, and one day the unexpected happened. As I got there, All the kids ran out as usual, and to our surprise, Rafia got up. What took her off, we can't tell. And everyone had to pause, looking at the miracle as she was dangling that leg. And each time she run closer, the leg was straightening out. That's how she began to walk.

You will walk.

The devil will not keep you on bench for life. I'll pray for him and I'll pray for ministers. Is that okay? Stretch your hands towards our brother. This is a servant of God and God is going to use you strong. That which came to target what you can become has failed. Let the life that raised Christ from the dead quicken your mortal bodies. Let that life enter your spines. Let it enter the caudal vertebrae, the, the cervical, the thoracic. Let it enter everywhere. Let your sacral plexus receive life. The ligament, the sinews receive life. If there's a distortion from the brain, it is attended to. Any hemorrhagic distortion is attended to now. The same power that raised Christ from the dead will quicken your mortal bodies, and through your life, the devil will be put to shame. This same year you will dance. This same year you will jump. This same year you will sing for joy. You will not become a reproach to your family. It is done. Now look up. God still works miracles. I was teaching in Lasso years back, and the Lord spoke to me. I said, tell them, he said, somebody is going to rise from the dead in the course of your meeting. That's Lasso too. So I, while preaching, I sensed the anointing. I gave my handkerchief to two of our pastors, go into the hospital and look for anyone who has just just died. So they came back. In fact, the doctor had to come back with them. There's a sickle cell patient that they just gave up on, that this one is gone. So they laid their handkerchief on the girl. That was the first day of the program. The second day, the doctor had to come because the girl they had said they should pack came back, and she didn't just come back. She came back so strong they had to discharge her. Anything dead or dying comes alive. Reverend, I've asked that I pray for pastors, which is something I avoid, but if there's anyone here who would like for me to pray with them, please Run a ministry, whatever size, it doesn't matter. Please come forward. Father, we ask on behalf— I'll just say it once— come forward on behalf of your servant, that your mighty hand will rest upon their works. You flood them with oil, that nothing dies in their hands. Please renew their strength and let let the dew from above open over their works. Let the fatness of the earth respond. Let their voice break through the cedars, that nations will flock to the work you have given them. Let them conceive new visions and see new things. We bless your holy name.
