You know, when I stand in my place as a prophet, there are sounds that resonate with the activity of the moment. These things cannot be done casually. There's a keyword that the Lord has been bringing. But now listen to this. The book of Joel chapter number 2. Joel chapter number 2 from verse 23 says, be glad then, you children of Zion. Be glad, you PPC family members, and rejoice in the Lord your God, for he has given you the former abundantly, and it will cause to come down for you the rain, that is, the former rain and the latter rain in the first month. And the floors shall be full of wheat, and vat, and the vat shall overflow with wine and oil. Now look at this, where there's been scarcity, and I'm decreeing, oh, where there's scarcity, there will be unbelievable increase in the name of Jesus. I said, where there's been capacity. There will be unbelievable and undeniable increase in the name of Jesus. Look at it. The floor shall be full of wheat, the vat shall overflow with wine and oil. I will restore to you the years that the locusts and the cankerworms have eaten. There is a rain coming. That is what the Lord is saying. The first thing you will notice is that the rain is bringing increase and abundance. The rain will not shine plenty. There will be no longer scarcity. No, there's nothing Godly about scarcity. Amen. The rain will no longer bring scarcity. It will bring the things you have been trusting God for. And after that, it is a supernatural rain. He now said, I will restore to you the years that the locusts, that cankerworms have eaten. Now, thank you, Holy Spirit. The Lord is saying— thank you, Lord. I've never heard this before. The Lord is saying, I will restore to you the rain of the years without rain. Hmm, that's a strong one. You have gone years without rain. He now said, I will bring the rain and put it to you in one year. All the years that you have missed your allocation of favor, God is saying, I will restore to you the rain of the years without rain. I didn't hear amen to that. He will restore to you the the rain of the years without rain. He will restore to you the rain of the years without rain. Place your right hand on your head. I've shown you before that in chemistry there's something we call physical change and chemical change. Fast, you can take it back to solid. If you burn a sheet of paper, it becomes ashes. You can't reverse it to becoming paper again. It's gone. There's no process to reverse it again. It's gone. That's chemical change. It's permanent change. When you eat and you pass it out. It can't become food again. It may become manure, but it can't become food again. God said, that's in your realm, I will bring back time. Number one, when time is gone, you can't bring back. He said, I will bring back the years. That's the first thing. When something, when anything, time is wasted, is gone, because time is faithfully counting, it's linear. He said, I will bring, I will restore to you the ears that the locust has eaten. The, the reason why the word locust was used there is to depict the kind of wastage that occurred. When locusts eat, they are passing out immediately. That is, when they touch something, you can't get it back. Have you seen case where the enemy attacks a person in a way that it is almost certain this fellow can't rise again? But who is it that says it when God has not said it. He said, I will restore the years that the locusts and the canker worms have eaten. All the things that you have sat down, you have mourned the exit, and you have concluded this is gone and gone for life— God said, not with me. I'm restoring them now in the name of Jesus. I'm restoring them now. Somebody who had miscarriage, and God is saying, this year you carry your baby. And you are asking, how shall these things be? He said, my hand is upon you to perform the words that I said. There's somebody exactly like that. You are saying, God, you know, if this month should pass, what we agreed as touching this year being the year of carrying my baby is gone. The Lord said, relax. The Lord said what? Relax. I will watch over my words to perform it. There's somebody actually like that. You know God will give you a child, but you want it this year. He said, I will watch over my words to perform it. They will— heaven and earth will pass away, but not one of these words will go unfulfilled. Not one of these words will go unfulfilled. You will carry your own child.
