SUNDAY ENCOUNTER SERVICE | 25.02.2024 | APOSTLE MICHAEL OROKPO | APOSTLE FEMI LAZARUS

The recording captures a dynamic Sunday Encounter service led by Apostle Femi Lazarus, with Apostle Michael Orokpo present. The sermon weaves exuberant praise, biblical exposition, and prophetic declarations. The preacher repeatedly urges the congregation to lift their voices, add laughter, and engage in joyful worship, asserting that such praise triggers divine multiplication, healing, and breakthrough. He delivers a specific prophetic word to a woman battling a life‑threatening illness, declaring her victory. Biblical passages from Acts 8 (Philip and the Ethiopian eunuch), Jeremiah 30, Psalms 2, 24, 100, Exodus 33‑34, Job 38, and Revelation 4 are cited to illustrate the "protocols" of worship, the presence of angels, and the nature of God as the Lord of Hosts. The speaker emphasizes that worship must include joy, laughter, and shouts, and that understanding the hierarchy of angels and the divine name unlocks supernatural power. The service includes interactive call‑and‑response, indigenous expressions, and a final exhortation to cast crowns before God, promising imminent testimonies and miracles.

In all sincerity, lift your voice and bless him. Lift your voice and bless him. Lift your voice. Don't wait for a sound. Lift your voice and bless him. Thank you, Father. We bless you, Lord. Lift your voice and bless him! Lift your voice and bless him! Lift your voice and bless him! Lift your voice and bless him! Raise me strings! Lift your voice and bless him! Shakata bakate shenterogo shete— oh yes, oh yes, oh yes, lift your voice same key just lift your voice and bless him. Lift your voice and bless him. Who is like unto thee, O Lord? Who is like unto thee? Glorious in holiness, fearful in praise. You stand out in your class. You can't be compared to anyone. You are God all by yourself. From eternity past till eternity to come, your words are yes and amen. There is no searching of your understanding. The Lord of Hosts is your name, the Lord of Angels' Army. We bless you, we bless you, we bless you. None can be compared to you. You are alone in your class. We give you praise, we give you praise. We give you praise. We give you praise. We give you praise. Raise a shout of praise to the Lord. Raise a shout of praise. A shout of victory. A shout of victory and praise to the Lord. Oh, we give you praise. Thank you, Father. We bless you, Lord.
Thank you. Amen.
Before I do a few other things, let me bring a word that the Lord gave me. I don't know if this person is on site or online, but this is a word for a woman. The Lord said, tell her, look at this, you have been fighting for your health. What you are dealing with ought to take your life. The Lord said to tell you, you will beat it. Just so this woman can know that she's the one you said to to the Lord recently that I don't mind if my time has come, as I'm ready to go. But if this is not my time, please show up. The Lord said your time has not come to die, and he has given you victory. Again, let me emphasize, the Lord said to tell you, you will beat it. This testimony will come. It's going to be a very emotional one. The testimony of triumph. It is done. What a grace we have drunk from tonight. Ah, thank you, Lord. Ah, the last time I was under his administration was 2008. Word of Faith Bible Church, Pastor Paul Awocho in Kano. He just came with his guitar. Such a joy to see you tonight. Let's give God praise for his anointed minstrel. And what do we say to Apostle Mike and his dear wife? Amen. It is a privilege to be in the same generation with you, to see what God is doing through you. Bless God for your lives. Let's give Jesus a big hand. Amen. You may please be seated. I want to stand on all existing protocols and celebrate all men and women of God seated. Fortunately or unfortunately, it is impossible for me to step out without my prophetic regalia. Apostle demanded I come with agbada tonight, so I said I will wear one, and I'm here with one. Ah, thank you, Lord. We give you praise, Daddy. Let's turn to the book of Acts of the Apostles, chapter number 8. It's a Thanksgiving service, am I correct? Talk to me now. Anytime a prophet is standing in front of you, you must know to respond. I said it's a Thanksgiving service. All right, Acts of the Apostles, chapter number 8. If you are there, say amen. Let's jump a bit to verse 26, and I want you to follow me closely. Acts 8 from verse 26: And the angel of the Lord spake unto Philip, saying, Arise, and go towards the south unto the way that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza. Which is desert. Verse 27: And he arose and went. And behold, a man of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace the queen— Candace, queen of the Ethiopians— who had the charge of all her treasure and had come to Jerusalem for to worship, yes, was returning and sitting in his chariot. Read Isaiah the prophet, 29. Then the Spirit said unto Philip, go near and join yourself to his chariot. And Philip ran thither to him and heard him read the prophet Isaiah and said to him, understandest thou what thou readest? And that's where I'm going. Ask your neighbor, understandest thou what thou readest? Ask your neighbor again, understandest thou what thou readest? Okay, let's frame it again. Do you understand what you are doing? That's the question. Ask your neighbor, do you understand what you're doing? Ask your neighbor again, do you understand what you are doing? In verse 31, and he said, how can I except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he will come and sit with him. How can I? And one of the things I saw from this scripture is It is very possible to do what you don't understand. Very possible. It is very possible to dance without knowing what a dance means. It is very possible to sing without knowing what singing means. There's somebody with a growth in your throat. That has hindered swallowing for a while, it is melting tonight. They didn't say amen. What is it with Abuja and response? It's a big city, but for that person, whether they say amen for you or not, it is gone. So it is very possible to praise and not understand the power of praises. It is very possible to dance and not even understand the power of dances, of dancing. In fact, it is possible to praise and not know the one you are praising. And that's what Jesus told the woman. He said, you worship ye know not what. What I've come to do tonight is to introduce him in a little way. And before we leave here, he's in already, but we will see his shaking. I didn't hear amen to that. At some point when they brought the Ark of Covenant back to Jerusalem, the City of David, David danced. He danced so well that some part of his clothes were revealed. And there was a girl there that had a bad inheritance. Pride. She looked at him and said, look at you. You are a king. You are dancing like the common men in Israel. David didn't spare. He said, I'm dancing before the one who preferred me to your father. That is, when he said, I found a man after my heart, this was what I was doing. And the Bible said she became barren. When we fail to praise God, there will be dryness. Anywhere praise is not flowing from, there'll be dryness. One of the secrets of multiplication is praises. It's praises. Let me show you a scripture. Jeremiah chapter number 30, verse 19. If you can give me this scripture in, um, I read in King James, then we read in Message translation. Out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry. I will multiply them, they shall not be few. I will also glorify them, they shall not be small. So when thanksgiving comes, you don't have to beg for multiplication. The one who thanks God does not have to beg. It is the natural consequence of praising God. Glorification is the natural consequence of praising God. Look at what it says in Message. See, Thanksgiving will pour out of the windows, laughter will spill through the doors. Have you noticed that each time the Bible talks about praises, it puts it side by side with laughter, cheerfulness? Meaning that it is not enough to dance He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh, and if you are seated with him, you must understand the protocol of laughter. Unfortunately, the price of rice has hindered many Nigerians from laughing, but is there someone here that can still laugh? You know, in African magic, one of the things they use to depict the gathering of witches is the laugh. Hahaha. If the one who is drinking the blood of chicken, goats, and people that they killed are laughing, how about me? Washed with the blood of Jesus Christ, that the question had to be asked, what is man that you are mindful of him, or the son of man that you consider him, that you made me a little bit lower than Elohim. If you struggle to laugh, check your seated position again. When you laugh, certain things are bound to follow. Is there somebody laughing there? Somebody is actually going home tonight having been served a quit notice, but the person can still laugh, and the one who is staying in a mansion can't laugh. It is about the revelations you have. Is there someone here that can still laugh? Can I confess to you? Let me say this openly. Do you know since morning God has laid in my heart to bless someone and I've not found someone who rejoiced enough to be— I'm talking. Ah, come on, rejoice in the Lord! Hey, we rejoice in the name of the Lord! We rejoice!
Amen.
Psalms chapter number 2, the Bible says, why do the heathen rage? The kings of the earth gather themselves and take counsel together against the Lord and against anointed, saying, come, let us break their bands. And cast their cords asunder, but he that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh. In Psalms 100, when the Bible says make a joyful noise to the Lord— hey, hold on a minute— the word make de is the word bara that means to invent. We are used today when we say make noise in church, it looks like they brought in humblers. It's common. It's time to invent a shout. Think of something.
Amen.
Sit down for a while. Amen. When Jehoshaphat was going to war, God said to him, you will not have need to lift a sword in this battle. Who goes to war with singers going ahead? Because when praises goes up, something comes down. It is never ordinary, it is never casual. Anytime we praise God, something is released. But it is not enough that we praise him alone, it is with joy that we draw. The reason you have danced and you have not seen results, because the ingredient of joy is missing.
Joy.
I showed them a scripture in church today, the book of Joel chapter number 1. Turn your Bibles there quickly. Let me jump a bit. Joel 1. If you are there, say a big amen. Let me show you something that you need to pay attention to. Joel chapter number 1. Let's start the reading from verse 8. Joel 1 from verse 8. Lament like a virgin girded with sackcloth for the husband of her youth. Quickly, verse 9. Now the meat offering and the drink offering is cut off from the house of the Lord. The priests and the Lord's ministers mourn. There's, there's a man seated here who is about to see a doctor privately tomorrow because of erectile dysfunction. You have been cured. You have been healed. Let's keep it on lowkey. You've been healed. The reason why I said it's going to be on lowkey is because the signs are there as I speak. So let's leave it. The field is wasted, the land mourneth, for the corn is wasted. This looks like the picture of Nigeria now. The new wine is dried up, the oil languisheth. Verse 11: Be you ashamed, O ye husbandmen— those are those in charge of the harvest— no result. And ye vinedressers, for the wheat and for the barley, because the harvest of the field perish. Verse 12: The vine is dried up, the fig tree languisheth, the pomegranate tree and the palm tree also, the apple tree and even all the trees of the field are withered.
Why?
Because joy is withered from the sons of men. When joy goes, everything goes down. You can't praise God without gladness. If there's someone here trusting God for the fruit of the womb, go and declare days of praise. Enough of drinking many things. On the tip, you and your husband dance, huh? Sometimes you have fasted and you have prayed, switch to dancing with gladness and rejoicing. Confuse the enemy. They are not expecting you to still find reasons to dance. There are two kinds of waiting. There is the waiting that produces Samuel, that comes quite in time. There is the waiting that produces Isaac, that comes when you are past time. God answers the both. So whether you are still in time after the manner of women, or you are past time like Sarah, Your womb will carry our children. They are not here. Your womb will carry your children. I have very short time to preach, so I've given a bit of introduction.
Let me—
so when Philip met the man, very noble man, They came to Jerusalem to worship but had no understanding. Didn't know the one he came to worship, didn't know what he was reading, didn't know anything about it. When you dance, you must go beyond the action to understand. I've seen cases. If you, if you go to— let me give you an instance— powerful places where you have mighty men. The protocol around mighty men is designed to show you that you are in a different place. If you are going to see the president, for instance, the protocols you will have to pass through, each of those layers will rewire your consciousness such that by the time you finally stand before the man, it doesn't matter how simple he is. There is a change of consciousness. There is the protocol of God's presence, and you have to understand. Ask your neighbor, do you know the one we have come to praise? Do you have an idea of who he is? The Queen of Sheba said she came to see Solomon to hear his wisdom, but she had the things I saw, my heart left me. When God begins to introduce you to his protocol before you even meet him— was it not Daniel that was in fasting and prayer and he saw one that looked like the Ancient of Days stood by the bank of the river and all the men that were around him passed out? There are dimensions in God you don't stay to look You pass out. And that was not even God he saw, it was an angel, a messenger. Was it Gabriel that was talking to Zechariah that he will have a son? And Zechariah was asking questions, the same question that Mary asked, but it was not noble for a priest. And Gabriel looked at him and said, 'I am Gabriel. I stand before the presence of the Lord. This is my word: you will not be able to speak.' That's not God talking. That's an angel backing with his presence. That's a protocol. There are many instances we read in the Bible that we had the assumption that it was God. It was an angel. Joshua stood at the root of the mountain and he saw a captain with a sword drawn out, and he said, 'This must be the Lord.' And he went to meet him. 'Are you on our side or on the side of the enemy?' And he said, 'Neither, for I'm the captain of the Lord's host.' That's not God, that's an angel. And he fell before him. There are protocols. I've heard people say things like, I've seen— there are angels when you see, you pass out. Who are you? And that's why they start by introducing themselves with fear not, that you'll be afraid is settled. One angel stands in the sea, the entire body of water. One. Have you gone to the beach before? And you say the word— God had to ask Job, who told the sea this is how far you should go? By what degree? You know, one time— please reduce it a bit— I, I sat down in my house and I was praising God and worshiping him, and the Lord opened my eyes and I saw an angel. Sat down, and the head of the angel was protruding above the roof. And I noticed the head could turn 360, and the angel wasn't laughing, and I was afraid. And the Lord said, when I said touch not my anointed, it is not an advice. If only many of you understand the protocol around your life. We are, we are not talking about God yet, just the protocols of angels. That one angel can show up and nations will fight themselves and kill themselves till no one— only one angel ran through Egypt. One, one, one, just one guy, and all firstborn slept, could not wake up. One angel. Have you seen things online like God and the devil are fighting? Click like to God and the devil. All Michael needs is Leave me and him. Do you know who Michael is? You must understand why the devil was jealous that you are the head of God's salvation, to know the protocols around your life. Let me show you a few things. Lift your voice, say loud and clear, I'm not alone. Ah, look at the way they said it. Say it loud and clear: I'm not alone. You know, one time Herod sat down and he spoke with so much oratory prowess that they said, this must be the voice of God. It was one angel that touched his head. It took him to a realm. Before he came back, he was rotting.
One.
That's just an angel. How about God himself, the one that we refer to as the Lord of Hosts, the one who is in charge of all those, you know, I, I try to imagine how humbling it will be for John when he had the revelation and he saw Jesus, the same one they ate together, the same one they drank together, the same one he will pillow his head on his chest. Maybe one time Jesus would go to the bush and say, let me just use toilet, you wait there for me. The same one. And he saw him and he passed out. And he discovered that the whole of heaven is wired. Half-time is the brightness of the city. Understandest thou what thou readest? Do you have an idea of who we are? Do you have an idea of the protocol around our worship? Do you have an idea of what happens when we lift up holy hands? Do you have an idea of what shifts? Our worship is not ordinary. We have not been called to cunningly devise fables. Year 2009, I went to minister in a— let me not mention the state. Your champs need nourishing energy. Give them the new and improved Milo at breakfast. They simply teach. The power of God was available. It was the pastor's wife that rose up and ran into the pulpit with her head and broke everything. Then all the choir members got up, and before my very eyes, they were scratching the wall open with their bare fingers, and blood was oozing out. It was demonic manifestation, but there was a girl inside that was screaming differently like she will die. So they took her to pray for her, and then the girl began to confess and brought out a red mirror and said they told her that a man of God was coming from Elefe, that she was sent to send the man of God to a journey of no return. I'm already on the journey of no return. There's no going So what happened to you, young lady? She said usually she will see the man through the mirror and she will see a loophole and use the pin in her hand to pierce the loophole. The fellow will develop a sickness around that area, then die. Okay, what happened? She said, as I was trying to, I noticed that the man of God developed wings. I don't have wings. Said, but the wings separated into two and they were on fire and became two mighty men, one on the right, one on the left. Okay, what happened? He said, as I was trying to— the one on the right, the one that touched me, he touched you, you are like this. What if he slaps you? What if he knocks you? What if he punches you? He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadows of the Almighty. We are not defenseless. That's just an angel. We don't even know the rank of the angel. That touch you, touch you. That's all. All you call witches and wizards, one touch, one, one touch. It is not that deep. It is they that do know their God that shall be strong and shall do. It is not that deep. And these are just, just showing you angelic activities. That's very few. Let's look at a few instance that God himself showed up. A few instances. Exodus chapter number 33 from verse 12. Is there a trumpet here? A sax? Don't worry, we're going to raise a sound of war. Exodus 33:12. Are you there? And Moses said unto the Lord, see, thou sayest unto me, bring up these people and send with me. Yet thou hast said, I know you by name and you have found grace in my sight. Yes. 13. And Moses said unto the Lord, see—
sorry, okay.
Now therefore I pray thee, if I found grace in your sight, show me now your way. That was what Moses was asking. Reveal yourself to me. Let me read from here so I could jump a bit. Reveal yourself to me. I want to know you. I want to know you beyond the normal things people are saying. Verse 13: Now therefore I pray thee, if I have found grace in your sight, show me now your way, that I may know you, that I may find grace in your sight, and consider that this nation is your people. And he said, My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest. And he said to him, If your presence go not with me, carry us not thence, for wherein shall it be known For wherein shall it be known here that I and your people have found grace in your sight? Is it not that you go with us? So shall we be separated, I and your people, from all the people that are on the face of the earth. And the Lord said to Moses, I will do these things also that you have spoken, for you have found grace in my sight, and I know you by name. And he said, I beseech you, show me your glory. And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before you, and I'll proclaim the name of the Lord before you. And I will be gracious to whom I'll be gracious, and I will show mercy on whom I will show mercy. And he said, you cannot see my face, for there shall no man see me and live. And the Lord said Behold, there is a place by me, and you shall stand on the rock, and it shall come to pass while my glory pass by that I will put you in the cleft of the rock and cover you with my hand. Well, he can't help it. The glory unleashed on him will kill him. He can't reduce it. That's the God we serve. And I will take away my hands and you shall see my back part. But my face shall not be seen. Exodus 34 from verse 1 now. And the Lord said unto Moses, in two stones, and gave him instruction. Let's, let's jump quickly to verse 5. Exodus 34, verse 5. 34, verse 5. And the Lord descended in the cloud. Let's look— this doesn't make sense. The Lord descended in the cloud and stood by him there and proclaimed the name of the Lord. Verse 6: And the Lord passed by before him and proclaimed the name of the Lord. What did he proclaim? The Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious, long-suffering and abundant in goodness. And this is God revealing himself to You can't see me like that and survive. When you read this, it doesn't make sense. The Lord came down, the Lord put him there, the Lord covered his eyes, the Lord passed, the Lord proclaimed the name of the Lord. How many Lords? I want us to do something unusual tonight. What did he proclaim? You see, if I— if you introduce me, it can be partially acceptable. But if I introduce myself, I am telling you who I am. This is the name he called himself: I am the Lord. No one dare says that. I am the Lord God, I am merciful. Moses was in the era of the law. He found God as grace. What a revelation! All they knew was that if you do this, this is the consequence. He introduced himself with a different paradigm, a different reality. I am the Lord, the Lord God merciful. The Israelites, have they known him as merciful? He said gracious. That's the one who is plenteous in kindness, long-suffering. And abundant in goodness and truth. We're going to do something tonight that is very, very prophetic. We'll get up on our feet as men of war. Stand as men of war. Stand as men of war. We will proclaim the name with which the Lord proclaimed himself with. When I say it, you will echo it till the foundations of hell hears. Are you ready? Those of you at the back, are you ready? Are you ready to proclaim the name of the Lord? As we proclaim his name, different things can happen. That's the way he introduced himself. Say loud and clear, the Lord You have not done enough. The Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious and abundant in goodness and truth. Again, the Lord, he said, I am the Lord and beside me there's none else. That's the one we have come to praise. It is not cunningly devised fables. Again, shout it: You are the Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious, long-suffering. And abundant in goodness and truth. Two more times. The Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious, long-suffering, and abundant in goodness and truth. For the last time, you are the Lord. The Lord God, merciful and gracious, long-suffering and abundant in goodness and truth. The Lord of Hosts is his name. When he shows up, he comes with his protocol. What is cancer before him? What's diabetes? What's endrastis? When the angel led Peter out of the prison, the Bible said the iron gate of the city opened of its own accord. When his name goes ahead, barriers break open. The mountain skips like a ram, little hills like lambs. The Lord of hosts is in his house. Let the earth be silent before him. When he shows up, the reality is different. It is not business as usual. I said it is not business as usual. His name is the Lord of Hosts. So when we dance, when we praise, when we sing, the protocol of heaven— ah, if only you know what you have. The devil envies you. He wish he can have an opportunity again. Ah, look at what the Bible says. Psalms 114 from verse 1. We are looking at the instances of the Lord himself straight up. Psalms 114 from verse 1: When Israel went out of Egypt, the house of Jacob, from a people of a strange language. Verse 2, now quickly: Judah was his sanctuary and Israel his dominion. The sea saw it fled. Jordan was driven back, and mountains skipped like rams, little hills like lambs. What ailed thee, thou sea, that you fleetest? Jordan, that you are driven back? 6. You mountains, that you skipped like rams, little hills like lambs? 7. Tremble, tremble, tremble, tremble! They were warning the earth, tremble thou earth! At the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob, which turns the rock into a standing water and the flint into fountain of waters. Psalms 24 from verse 1. Psalms 24 from verse 1. The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, the world and they that dwell therein. Quickly. For he hath founded upon the seas and established it upon the floods. Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? Who shall stand in his holy place? He that has a clean hand and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. 5. He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Lift up your heads, O ye gates, and be lifted up, ye everlasting doors. That the King of Glory shall come in. Who is this King of Glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O ye gates, even lift them up, ye everlasting doors, and the King of Glory shall come in. When the Lord shows up, the protocol is different. What are mountains before Zebubabel? What is impossibility? Where is— you need to understand. Hold on a minute. When he shows up, the reality is redefined. Do you understand what I'm saying? It is within the limitations of science that we say certain things are incurable. Where he is, he edits the script. Let the weak say I am strong. That's editing. Listen, let the people praise thee, let the people praise thee, then shall their head Listen, hear the word of the Lord. Don't join men to call conspiracy what they call conspiracy. When they say there's a casting down, you will say there's a lifting up. When they say things are dry, you will say there's a river in the desert. I see God showing up for somebody with his own protocol. He's coming with his own reality. Do you understand what I'm saying? His own reality. You know, the fathers of old, they knew him. They knew him. I heard the story of a man called Baba Konde. He was in Ede before he died. He was blind. He told his son, a blind man, he said, the Lord wants me to pray. He was on the mountain. Those men lived on the mountain. The Lord wants me to wait on him. A blind man, he told the person with me, with him, he said, follow me. When we get to where he's waiting, you can go, come back after 3 days. A blind man. When it comes to normal physical things, the one who has eyes will lead and say, Baba, like this. But when it comes to tracing the scent of God, the blind man led him and he said, follow me. When they get to a place, say, are we at a junction? Said yes, the right, the blind man. And they kept moving. He was, he was following the scent of God. Zibombo, Mbihi kais, vile neaika. Ezinge izibledia, iguba, ekle iku pra. Fahine tineke, sindikulu habaya diate. Kevilandiku, windi eika. Keini umbu sikai, aleande. Aye, kabambe, reneaka. Behold, I curse the clouds of darkness looming over your life. To be folded like mat, says the Lord. I cause that which the enemy has presumed to be a season of shame to be rolled away like a sackcloth. The Lord said to tell you, behold, I usher in to you the season of rain. It will pour out for you, and the seeds in your field will blossom, says the Lord. Oh yes, amen. Do you understand? The one we have come to worship is the Lord of Hosts, the Lord Strong and Mighty. The Lord Mighty in battle, the one that none can be compared to, is alone in his class. Hold on, keep standing. Let me show you a scripture. The time a man dared to question him— Job was claiming right, claiming those things. In Job 38, when the Lord shows up, look at what he did. Job 38:1. I'm showing you instances where God himself showed up. And the Lord answered Job out of a whirlwind and said, who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge? Gird up your loins like a man, for I will demand you. God said, I will set questions for you and you must answer. Where was thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? Declare, if you have understanding. Who laid the measures thereof? If you know. Who had stretched the lines upon it? Whereupon were the foundations thereof fastened? Who laid the cornerstone thereof? When the morning stars sang together and the sons of God shouted for joy. Who shut up the sea with doors when it break forth, as if it had an issue from the womb? When I made the cloud the garment thereof, and thick darkness a swaddling band for it, and break up for it by my decree place, and set bars and doors. 11. And said it, 'Hitherto shalt thou come, and no further: and here shalt thou the proud wave be stayed.' Have you commanded the morning since your days? Who are you to be anxious? Have you given yourself a breath at least? Who is in charge of your breath when you are asleep? I know you are smart, you are smart, you know how to drive and to keep safe, you eat healthy, but when you close your eyes to sleep, who monitors you? Who monitors your heartbeat?
It?
Who is in charge of the very life you live? By what strength are you anxious? Cast all your cares before him. He cares for you. He cares for you. Let me show you a scripture as I leave. Revelation chapter number 4, from verse 1. After this I looked, and behold, a door was opened in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet, talking with me, saying, come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. Ah, testimonies will break out of hell for those who are waiting for it. These words will not fall to the ground. Testimonies will break out of here. Testimonies will break out of here. One of the grace upon my life is the grace to open things up. It's a breaker. If truly God has called me and he has anointed me, the fellow who came here with tears, by this time next week when you are gathered again, you will have testimonies that will be jaw-dropping. Look at what John said: And immediately I was in the spirit, and behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone, and there was a rainbow round about the throne. In sight like unto an emerald. Verse 4: And round about the throne were 24 seats, and upon the seats I saw 24 elders sitting, clothed in white raiment, for they had on their heads crowns of gold. And out of the throne proceeded, proceeded lightnings, thunderings, and voices. And there were 7 lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the 7 spirits Spirit of God. And before the throne there was a sea of glass. The protocol is many. The last thing I want to do tonight is to lead us to cast our crowns before him. It's gonna face— we acknowledge, who can be likened to you, the God who made the heavens and the earth, the Commander-in-Chief of the universe. You stand out in your class. You are alone in your class. You are the Lord of Hosts, Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Sabaoth, the God of Heaven's Army. We acknowledge you. We lay our crowns before you. We lay our crowns before you. We give you praise. We know, we know that by one decree you can calm the greatest storms of our lives. We lay our crowns before you. Who can be compared to you, Lord? Who can be likened to you? In wisdom you are incomparable, in understanding you are past searching out, in knowledge No one can dig the depth of what you know. You are the Lord of Hosts, the commander-in-chief of the universe. We acknowledge you, Lord. We submit to your protocol. Ah, we submit to it. We submit to it. There's none like you, Lord. There's none like you. Thank you, Lord. We give you praise in Jesus' mighty name. We are praying. Get up on your feet, everybody. The Lord said to tell somebody He said they have concluded that you are the last. They have concluded that you are at the back. But the Lord said, I'm causing my wind to blow and I'm bringing you from that place where you have been placed and I'm setting you in front. We're in the days of the wind of the Spirit. Nothing will stop what is coming. Expect the sudden rising of suns. When the world is in— that's when we rejoice and break forth. There's no better time for our light to shine than when darkness is thick. Rejoice and give God praise.
Give the Lord a big hand. Now, from the standpoint of revelation, in 10 minutes we are out of here. I don't know if you got the emphasis. There are 3 major things he has taught tonight. The first 2 are the reasons why we give thanks. The first aspect of what he touched are the circumstantial blessings that comes with thanksgiving, and he mentioned one. He said when we give thanks, it provokes increase. Have we taught that here before? I showed you here that when we give thanks, 6 circumstantial things happen. Number 1, increase. I will multiply them, they shall not be small. He said, and they kept giving thanks, and the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved. Anytime you give thanks, there's multiplication. Number 2, I said, when we give thanks, what happens? Deliverance. Paul and Silas were in prison. He said at midnight they prayed and gave thanks. What happened? The foundation of the prison shook, the door opened, and they engendered deliverance. I said, number 3, When we give thanks, we create an atmosphere for the miraculous. John chapter 11, he lifted the bread up. I thank you, oh Father, take, give them. And suddenly 5 loaves and 2 fish was multiplied, and 5,000 men, not counting women and children, were fed. Number 4, I said, when we give thanks, what happened? Even the dead comes back to life. He stood at the tomb of Lazarus and he lifted up his hands Thank you, oh Father, that you always hear me. Lazarus, come forth! He said he that was dead came back to life. There is no such thing as hopelessness for one who gives thanks. Even the dead can come back to life. So thanksgiving engenders circumstantial things, and that's what he touched. The second thing he taught is the superior reason why we give thanks for who he is. Not just for what he has done. My God! And he has taken time to show you the majesty of God. When he was talking, the Holy Ghost was talking to my heart. I will do a teaching here on the sovereignty of God. The sovereignty, you know, we have not known him in his sovereignty. There are the dimensions of God that only God himself spoke it. Even the prophets couldn't articulate it. When you are reading the Bible, anytime God is introducing himself, pay attention. He is saying things that cannot be communicated. Only he knows himself enough to talk about himself like that. And when we do that, I will take time. There are some— time, time, time troubled him this evening. You will come back and do a proper teaching. We will do that teaching when he was talking about the Lord of Hosts. That's one of the key factors that reveals his sovereignty. Because before you know the majesty of a being, you need to know those who run his errands. If you know those who run his errands, then you have an idea who you are coming before. We need to understand who are the archangels, who are the elders, who are the warriors of heaven. So when they say Jehovah Sabaoth, aya, makereya tatatura. Vegedo, the one that sits in the midst of the light that is unapproachable. He said he is the Lord of Hosts. Ah, ah, we need to know God again. You know, that's why we come casually for Thanksgiving. They say Thanksgiving, somebody throws in. No, it's not when you are coming before Jehovah Sabaoth. If they tell you now you will see the president them tomorrow, you can't sleep. You will wear your best dress, you will carry your best gift because you have an idea who you are going to see. So if you come casually to thank God, it means you don't know him. And he spoke about the Most High. We need to take time to understand the heights of the spirit realm because the spirit realm has scared us. It has scared us from Hades that is the bottomless pit. Then you now begin to have Kedas from the physical creation where animals can operate, trees, mountains can operate. Then you begin to come to the realm of princes. Among princes, you will know about princes that are fallen. You will know about princes that have not discovered who they are in God. Then you know about princes that know who they are but they are not working in their ordination. Then you know about princes that are working in their ordination. And then you start understanding rankings of ordinations. That's when you understand where God dwells.
El Elyon, the Most High.
Do you want to thank him this evening? You want to thank him? Do you know who you want to thank? Lift your hands toward heaven and give him all the glory. Abaoluwa me.
Gloria ebi. Ongbe mi fo. You hear what he told us?
He told us it's not enough to just praise God. He said when you praise him, add laughter. When you praise him, add a dance. When you praise him, give a shout. I told you before, there are ways to praise God from a heart of gratitude to singing, to shouting, to dancing, to presenting gifts— there are different ways! Can you begin with a dance and shout?
Oh baby Sareh! Awoluwa meloriyebi! Oh baby Fo! Oi baby Fo! Oy baby Sareh! Owoluwa me! Give us energy here! Oy baby Fo! Oy baby Sareh! Now hear this.
Tell your neighbor, give me space more. We have to shake this thing a bit higher. Sai, can we do some shaking for 5 minutes? Are you ready? 5 minutes. Tell your neighbor, I just discovered that my God is a big God. And I want to praise him according to my revelation of him. 5 minutes, 5 minutes before we—
Somebody give the Lord a shout!
I like it the African way.
Come on, go ahead, brother. Somebody give the Lord a shout! Jesus, the man. Jesus, the man. Lord, you are good and your mercy is forever. Hallelujah. Lord, you are good and your mercy is forever. All the prophecies you have received This is the time to accept. Accept everything God has spoken tonight.
Look at it and say, I carry it, it's my own.
For you are good and your mercy is forever. When you see me dance, I dance like a winner, man.
When you see me dance, I dance like a winner, man.
When you see me dance, I dance like a winner, man. The life that is dry, press it down and begin to multiply it. When you see me dance If you need your spiritual life to multiply, press it now. If you need your bank account to multiply, press it now. If you want your health to multiply—
I'm Solbi, a senior at UC Berkeley, and I want to share with you how MPower has empowered me.
Can I teach you how to dance with revelation? Please hear me, let me teach you how to dance with revelation.
If what you are looking for is multiplication. As you are dancing now, face that area that is dry.
Be multiplying it, be multiplying it.
That's what invokes your dance step. Be multiplying, be multiplying.
Is an area where you need deliverance. I got dance for my Godio! I got dance for my Godio! Everybody dance! Everybody dance! Everybody dance! Everybody dance! Everybody dance! Everybody dance!
Everybody— everybody—
I can see your breakthrough coming! I can see your breakthrough coming, I see it coming. I can see your breakthrough coming, I see it coming. I can see your breakthrough coming, I see it coming. Take it, take it, take it, take it. All the glory must be to the Lord in the— Mm! Hey! See? Your love is unshakeable, mercy's unfathomable. Everything that you do, Lord, I cannot take— Let me count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah. Yeah yeah yo yo. Inene mo. Oh ah. Yeah yeah yo le. Oka ka. Inene rebo. Your love is taking over. Everybody, Father, I've got confidence in you. Confidence in you. You are God. I put my trust. Oh yes, you cover me. You are God, the God of peace. Give me security.
I am the righteousness of God.
Oh yes, you cover me. You are God, the God of peace. I am the righteousness of God. Oh yes, you go by me. Yes, Lord. I am the righteousness of God. Oh yes, you go by me. My God is a good God. Yes, he is. Who has the final say? Jehovah has the final say. Give the Lord a shout! Somebody shout glory!
In the name of Jesus, our time is fast spent, so as you are dancing, if you have an offering, Thanksgiving offering, We begin from this aisle and this aisle. Ushers, be fast. Just lead them quickly to give their Thanksgiving offering, very quickly, as we round up.
Who has the final say? Jehovah has the final say. Jehovah reigns. He reigns, he reigns. Jehovah reigns. He reigns, he reigns. Jehovah reigns. He reigns, he reigns. Jehovah reigns. He reigns, he reigns. You are lifted up. I'm honored by God. You are lifted up. Baba, you are lifted up. You are lifted up. Jesus, you are lifted up. You are lifted up. Baba, you are lifted up. There is a new Forgive me, my Lord, today. Your song of praise from my heart today. You found another— you added another day onto my day. You found another year onto my year. You picked me from the miry clay. You set my feet upon the rock to stay. Hey! You turn my life around, you put a new song in my mouth. Hey, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. I value my money on my praise.
