Are you not supposed to learn more and take that up as your God-given assignment? Have you not been called to homes and to families? The field is white. Get to it. I don't know who this person is, but I perceive that what you have been looking for up and down is actually just there. There's an harvest you're supposed to be a part of as one to counsel people. You are— you have a call to marriage. This person is a married lady. So it's not a young girl, it's not just a girl who is not married, a lady. That's what you should be doing, not being confused. What I love about prophecy is that you can discard it if you don't have any witness in your spirit. Don't take that job that will make you too busy for God's use. Blessing is one. There's power, there's riches. You know, people, we have a generation that is loud without knowledge. We have a generation that is loud without knowledge. So that's why when I teach the word, sometimes you see I am fighting tears because I know how exactly the devil is cheating us. Some people believe— you are young people, say something like, is Apostle Femi Lazarus now trying to defend prosperity preacher? What are you talking about? Are you not aware that money is a defense? And people say things like, why is that prosperity message is only for Africa? Says who? I have had to pray for whites under the bridge who don't know scriptures, share a few scriptures with them, decree the word, they were brought out. Those who talk like that is because they have never left Africa. The low self-esteem about their culture. All nations, tongues, and tribes need the same gospel. If it is taught in its accuracy, it is relevant for every tongue and tribe. Listen to what I want to tell you this morning. If the church goes the way of power but throw away prosperity, the devil will defeat the church systemically because you will not be able to stand in many bargains. You will not— if we say that, that's the mistake. It's the church barely stand in between. We are always in one extreme. In the '70s, it was the same mistake. Let's just make heaven. But 50 years after, Jesus has not come. And then we see that we have been cheated. Because when we vacated structures, darkness filled it. Darkness is the natural occurrence of the disappearance of light. Okay, darkness is the natural occurrence of the disappearance. The true end-time church must understand that God wants the church to walk in the blessings because it is a form of defense. There are people that we cannot just preach to. We'll need our resources to bring them out. You must understand that. Never you join people to talk down on what you don't know, particularly young people. So stuck. Let me tell you something. These things they receive for the church: power, riches, wisdom, strength, honor. Glory and blessing. Oh, somebody, are you following what I'm saying here? You must understand that. I mean, look at what is happening. Look at what is happening now. We are in the middle of a major revival. I'm telling you, I've never seen any time in my life that I've gotten so many messages from Muslims saying that, I heard your message, come and lead me to Christ. Please, I heard your message, come and tell me more about this Jesus. I love the way you present Jesus. I'm a Muslim, I've never been to church, please come and tell me more. This, this, I've not been to church for 9 years, 10 years. I can show you mails. I wake up every day to see my mails filled. People come to church, almost 50, 60 of our attendants come every Sunday. This one, I've not been to church for 6 years. This one, I've not been to church for 5 years. We are using a place now where the room can shut down what God is doing. So we knew we have to quickly move. So imagine, meanwhile, we moved from a place where we have to be putting about 6 buckets under in the service because I sense that a move is coming. So imagine if there was no resources to move. Will just have lost souls because they can't climb 3 building stories. You must understand that the reason why you need to walk in the blessing is for the sake of the gospel. The reason people fight is because they don't have the gospel in perspective. The reason why God needs to bless you so that his work will not suffer, that's your own calling. People may say the preacher who is preaching, who is doing this, who is doing that But what they do not know is that there are trucks of men holding the hand behind saying, we push this, we push that. We are about to make about 50% now of the money for the new tent done all the way from China. I've got to make payment because people have the resource to support us. What if they just say, ah, God bless the work, hey, glory, wow. The church must wake up and don't yield to sentiment. Don't be loud until you are accurate. Don't confuse what God is doing. Okay, imagine my messages have been blessing different nations. We calculated few days ago the number of nations, about 40-something, where the messages have penetrated to. Imagine that we could not afford media equipment to record. Imagine that there was no camera. Imagine that we could not afford a camera. Imagine that we could not afford a recorder. There are many revivals that never was never bettered because there was no resources to amplify it. When you understand that, then you, you will understand the reason why God needs to bless you. He is placing resources in your hands for the purpose of the gospel. I've had people reach out who cried. Celebrities, I won't mention them. Celebrities, football stars, European football stars reach out in tears, had video conversations. Apostle, you have no idea, I've given up on the world church for years. Your message, scent of water. Your message, broken bones. Your message brought me back. Imagine if we do not have resources to record that. Oh, people talk about Apostle Selman, this, this. Between 2009, 2010, when their ministry began to spring up, there were many apostles who didn't have the resources to document what God was doing. Later, it looked like it was only those that documented theirs that God called. I mean, you— I'm saying you can be shut out of a major move because you did not have resources to be strategic. And there are people who are not preachers, who are not— we are not preachers, they are not necessarily holding the mic, but their call is to finance the gospel. Anywhere you see God is moving genuinely, push it. And when we get to heaven, we'll be surprised at their reward. These are those that they've been circumcised, they've had and they have come to understand the purpose of the finance. We must understand. If we don't understand this, simple, you will just be making noise. And that's why no matter how people, young people shout, eh, the fathers, prosperity, they will just be looking at you. They will just be looking at you because the people talk about things they don't know anything about. Do you understand what I'm saying here? People just start, give them, no problem. All right, go with the narrative. The moment you see this thing as something beyond you, it's not about you. There are people, there are children that should have been adopted. Is it the one who have not eaten that will adopt children? But if you are— there's no resources. Ah, there are people who are— I'm sorry to say this illustration, but it's the truth. There are people who would have been better with their time pushing some things about the kingdom, but they still have to take some menial stuff in some places at the exchange for— if there was maybe, let's say, a work where they are the ones employing labor, and then they put They'll be more important and more better for the gospel. You must understand that the passion of the Holy Spirit is what? The gospel. The passion of the Holy Spirit is what? The gospel. I want us to pray a prayer today. Father, help me that I will be your son or daughter of consolation for the purpose of the gospel. Please pray. Father, help me that I'll be your son or daughter for the purpose of the gospel. That's the passion of the Holy Spirit, the gospel, the propagation of the gospel. That's the passion of the Holy Spirit. That's, that's what he wants to see. That's— he's the Lord of the Harvest. Luke chapter number 10, he said the harvest is indeed plentiful, the laborers are few. Pray ye therefore, Lord of the harvest, that I will send laborers to the field. So I want you to pray it loud and clear. Help me, Lord. Help me to live beyond me, to live for the purpose of the gospel. The church in Nigeria must know how to pray now beyond just asking, asking, asking. You want to become relevant in what God is— you are now the one asking him. Lord, show me what you are doing and help me to play a role in it. What is the essence of living a life? You have money, eh, you marry, eh, give birth, eh, have a car, eh, house, eh, die, eh. What a life! I want to live a life of meaning where my life is about the gospel, the propagation of the gospel. That in my lifetime the gospel will not drag. Help me to live beyond myself. Help me to live beyond my appetite, beyond my stomach. Help me, Lord. Help me, Lord. In Jesus' mighty name we pray. Say that amen loud and clear. Now this first part is not even what I wanted to show you. This one I had to first defend the purpose of this thing called the blessing on the church, which also manifests in material wealth, but it is beyond it. You must understand that. I showed you the breakdown in Amplified Translation. Um, Psalm chapter number 1 said blessed is the man that is happy, enviable, fortunate, all right, prosperous. Is the man that's sitting on that. That's the encapsulation of the blessing. I first did a defense for that. Now I want us to look at a pattern. This pattern is what the world have been confused about. If you can understand what I want to tell you, from today you will hear people talk and you will just smile. That if only they know. Look at this pattern. You have seen it but you do not understand it. Look at what the Bible says in Genesis chapter number 1. I want to show you a pattern of the blessing. If you understand this, from today you will never have low self-esteem again. You will never look at yourself and say my life is this. You will—

you—

this is the answer. Look at this illustration. In Genesis chapter number 1, the Bible said, in the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. But one of the descriptions of the God who created the heaven and the earth in the beginning is that he is the God who began before the beginning began. So whatever this beginning is or was, God existed before the beginning. It was not creating the heavens and earth that made him God. He has always been God. So this is the illustration. If you met this God before the Genesis 1:1 moment, before the beginning began, and introduced himself as the God greater than the greatest, as the Lord God Almighty, the one who has a cattle on a thousand hill, the one who is this, who is that, will you believe that one who does not have anything to his name He's truly the greatest. But does that make him less than who he is? No. When a man is blessed, he may have things to his name, have houses, have home, have this to his name. But God wants to show you his pattern of existence, that listen, it is not about what you have to your name, it is about who you are. It was that pattern that made him give Abraham Isaac after 25 years, and he said give me back. That is, he wants you not to define your essence in what you are holding. Define your essence in him that you have found. Do you understand what I'm saying? Many times you will enter into a new level, then God will say, give me. He's trying to give you a definition beyond that thing. Somebody has just touched something you have never touched for another month. You are rejoicing. God said, where is it? He is not a wicked God. He's trying to make you know him. He's trying to make you know that what you have is not about the bank account statement. It is not the bank account statement that makes you rich. I am the one that makes rich and have no sorrow. He wants you to know him as that one. That's the blessing. If you understand this, you'll not be fighting the church on giving. You'll not be struggle. Struggling. Some people believe in fasting, some people don't believe. As long as it circumcises the heart towards greed, it's good. We now have problem when you hold it and God says release it. Ah, God, you know it took time for this one to come. Ah, God, you know it took time. I don't know when next one will come. That's not the mindset of a blessed man. When that happens, what you have done is that you have made A resource is a resource, the source. And anybody who knows anything about working in the blessing of God, you must know the source. You must know what is a resource. That's the truth. Don't make a resource the source. Do you understand this simple illustration? So when you look at yourself now, you don't have a house to your name, you don't have a car to your name. Does that change what God said you are? Or you will only now start becoming joyful when those things come? When material things give you— when you now say I have joy because material things is idolatry. Joy should be about the revelation of Christ on your inside. Yes, you can be happy, God has done— but it is this. So when you understand this, you, you, you can understand the pattern in scriptures. You can understand the pattern. That, see, what God is trying to show us is that everything that we have— see, I know you labor. God is trying to show you that that thing is not what you labor for.

It is me.

When you hold me, when you understand me, I will bring you there a billion times over. Go and ask those who are working in Kingdom Wealth, they will tell you this is the secret. It is the people who don't have anything that makes noise. Are you following what I'm saying here? Somebody who just eats 10 million may never touch 10 million again in another 10 years. You want to say, hey, don't mind the church. Shut up. Go and ask them, why do you think that people like Bill Gates live on less than 1% of their wealth? They know something that is for the church that the church is not running with. And that's why we become like that rich fool. Our prosperity kills us. Somebody now begins to know he needs second wife. In the days he was broke, he didn't know he needs second wife. That that woman was laboring with him. There was no need for a second wife. The same person is an elder in church, be speaking in tongues, small test. Now he's already going after a second wife. It doesn't matter what you have. God wants you to know that the greatest possession you can hold is himself. Let me give you a minute to ask God to help you to pass all the tests around the subject matter. All right, number 3, never despise those, all right, of the household of faith, that is Families, though you must get those things right. Listen to what I'm saying. Build structure, no matter how little. Many believers think once I give my tithe and I give my offering in church, I'm done. Let's not meet again to the end of the month. No, build structure for— this is by revelation. You see, those who are walking in abundance, they don't argue with this. It is those who have not touched it that argues. I know what I'm saying. Many people celebrate the things we are doing, but you don't know there are people praying, there are people partnering. And that's the truth. Make sure, draw a personal structure beyond living for myself. I will push the gospel. Anywhere I see a need. Don't just go to your churches and say, 'This church, Femi Lazarus, is too hot.' Is your father's house. If it is hot, you could feel the heat, so you can make it cold. It's your father's house. But what we do in this generation now is that we look for the church that give us the cozy feeling. No, even if that church does not have a message for you, now say, 'Ah, the AC here is nice.' Because we hate to build with people. We want anywhere that is finished, that is done building. You must do beyond that. There is a new dimension you enter. Take, quote me, anywhere. The moment your life becomes about the gospel, there are many of you here who are going to build auditoriums for Jesus. I didn't hear that, Femi Lazarus, loud and clear. There are many of you here who are going to— look at the churches being bombed in the north, look at things. Who by yourself will change narratives? You know, now pray this prayer: Father, help me to become profitable for the cause of the gospel. Particularly pray that— touch my heart— that my heart will not become hardened against the gospel. Many of us now believe everything else until they ask you to give. That's it. Pray for that heart. Pray for your heart. Help me to live beyond myself. Help me to live for the purpose of the gospel. In 2024, I want to have records with you to live beyond the myself. Thank God for the car. Thank God for the house. Thank God for the beautiful things you have, your new store. Congratulations. If you die today, what will you say your life has been about? What is the testimony of your existence? What is the record? What did you live for? We must tell ourselves the truth. Many people have never won a soul since the year began. Never won a soul. Never be a part of anything about that. Never preach. You go to your churches and frustrate your pastors. Once it's time for giving, your heart needs to be visited. If everybody takes the gospel the way you takes it, then people will go to hell. So tell God, that heart that is rigid again— why do I hate anything church? Why is it that whenever they talk about— why is the devil fighting the idea of giving in the church? What is he trying to do? What is it? What setup is he trying to bring? Where is he trying to push the church to? This looks like a trap. Why is he fighting it? Because he knows if we— if resources come to the hands of right people, he knows his kingdom is in trouble. So let's fight the orientation, let's create a friction between them. Many of us as believers begin to fight. Hey, this, this— pray for your heart. In Jesus' mighty name we're praying. Jesus and his disciples, particularly Judas, went on a visitation. The Bible said a woman came and poured precious ointment on him, expensive perfume. Judas protested.

You think he's passionate. Say this thing should have been sold and the money given to the poor. Jesus looked at him. The poor you'll always have amongst you, but me you'll not always have. And the Bible said this, he said not because he loves the poor, but because he's a thief. When I see people, either media personality, all of them go online and say Nigerian pastor riding private jet, people are poor. Ask them what initiative do they have that is going towards the poor? None. This they say because there is a spirit in them that hate the gospel. I've heard some of the itineraries of Pastor Adeboye before. That you have to struggle between sometimes 8 countries in a week. I fly all the time. In fact, now I'm almost living in the air. Sometimes everywhere, fly, fly, fly. And sometimes you'll be at the airport and you wait 5 hours. If they don't even tell you that you can't go again today, imagine souls waiting. Some of you must have waited in some meetings before where you were expecting a man of God. And they said, so you couldn't make it because his flight was— Imagine if one person could say, please use my jet to carry him. We have disgraced the devil. The church should be wise. Wake up. Let Nigerian church wake up. Don't let the devil set your heart against the gospel. This you are saying not because you have knowledge. You don't even know by what spirit you are speaking. Now you don't have problem with the church until when it comes to issue of give young You don't know by what spirit you are speaking. You don't— this you said not because you love Jesus, this you said because there is a spirit that is against the cross. I'm dealing with a major issue here. There's a major issue here. Many of you right now needs to go and fall back on your faces and say, God, I didn't know I've been kicking against the pricks. Saul of Tarsus thought he was fighting for the church, did not know he was actually fighting the agenda. If there's a prayer I want to pray in this season, is, Father, baptize me with wisdom so I can know how to align myself going forward. See, these are not common prayers because I'm not saying pray that any of my father's house should die, but pray this prayer well. Baptize me with what? Wisdom. Baptize me with wisdom. Baptize me with wisdom. Baptize me with wisdom. Thank you, Father. In Jesus' mighty name we pray. Now quickly, let me say this. I am going to— God wants me to do this. Today is what, Friday? Tomorrow, Saturday, by 6 PM, I am going to hold a special seminar for those who are called to finance the kingdom. Now this is where it gets delicate. Unfortunately, there's no PPC tomorrow. Our story in the city of Abuja is similar to the story of Jacob who said, by my rod I have passed through Jordan, but now the Lord has made me two bands. You remember how that recently God sent us to Abuja in what I will what I will call the most humble movement. We came practically trusting God for what to do next and how he's going to help us with the words of prophecies he has given to us about the city and the armies arising. And guess what? God is doing just that. Recently we have been seeing the move of God in the most unbelievable way possible, with his word reaching the unreached, converting sinners to saints, bringing people who have lost hope in church. And now this has necessitated the need for expansion so that we do not fall out of what God is doing. Where we are currently is stringent for us, with rules that will limit what God is doing amongst us. The gospel is free, but the propagation requires a lot of funding. We want our friends, partners, and everyone connected to our ministry to join us As we undertake this project together, we have the urgent need to expand, and we believe that this is the kairos moment for us to do that. We are importing our own tent all the way from China and getting everything needed to fill that space and have a conducive place where we can have our apostolic work beyond what we are having now at the moment.
