Immediately he remembered that though he might be blind, he was schooled in history. He knew that Jesus was connected to the ancestry of David. And he knew that there's a covenant that God cannot turn his back on in that lineage. It is the covenant of mercy. So he knew what to say.

So when he said Jesus, if he had said Jesus, have mercy on me, it's striking, but not striking enough.

But when he linked Jesus to David, Jesus, thou son of David, he remembered, I have kept an everlasting covenant with David. I will not break it. When he brought out that covenant, Jesus stopped.

Who called me by that name and attached mercy to it? Today is the day of his mercy. If you don't know what time it is, you can be in a kairos moment but your desire is wrong. If you can't tell what time it is, you can be in the most strategic time of your life but your desire is wrong. One of the things I've come to try to begin today is to show you the exact time that it is now for the body of Christ globally. Let me tell you something: a beautiful, beautiful move of the Spirit can take place right in your presence, but you are still expecting it to happen. Can I come again? A beautiful move of the Spirit can what?

Take place. You have prayed about it.

Are you aware that those who crucified Jesus were still expecting the Messiah? Oh my, somebody is expecting. We are trusting God. We've had prophecies. This is going to happen, and it can start happening, but yet you don't know what time it is. Let me show you a scripture, the book of Joel. Turn your Bibles there quickly.

Joel chapter number 2. Let's start the reading from verse 1. If you are there, say amen. Come on, say loud enough.

Can we read?

Verse 1, together, the loudest you can. 1, 2, 3, go! Blow ye the trumpet in Zion and sound an alarm in my holy mountain. Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh. Hold on a minute. What is the first instruction there? Blow the trumpet. What is the next one?

Sound.

How many of you have had to set an alarm on your phones before? We set alarm for many reasons. Number 1, we don't trust our memory to remember.

Gosh.

Number 2, we don't trust our consciousness to be quickened as at the time that is due for an activity to take place. So we set an alarm as a means to remind us, not just to remind us about an activity, but to adjust to what is required to be done at that time. So some of us have alarms for prayer. So you set an alarm, by 2 AM every blessed day I am going to pray. So what you are saying is that I don't trust myself not to enjoy the pleasure of the sleep. It is the duty of the alarm to do what? Quicken me. And when the alarm sounds, what is the alarm saying? The time for a new activity is here. You must know when it is not a message but an alarm. You must know when it is not just the sound of a trumpet but an alarm to announce that the dynamics has changed. There was a man at a pool called the Pool of Bethesda. Every once in a while, according to scriptural history, the Bible said an angel would descend and stir the water. It doesn't matter whether it is 7 PM or 8 AM, the moment the water is stirred, it is somebody's new day. Let me give you an illustration. I need to do definition of terms. Is that okay? Um, MK, please come. I want to give you an illustration. Let me have 3 of you. Pastor Abraham, Pastor Joseph, please come. Please come here. This is what the life of a man looks like. This is what the life of a man looks like. The first phase for the M is morning. The second phase, the A, is afternoon. The second phase— the third phase is night. The morning phase is the phase of beautiful dreams. When you are starting out your life in the morning phase of your life, you can have 50 things you want to become in future. It is permitted. It is the phase of wishful thinking. But there is something about the afternoon phase. There's no free lunch. If you get your dreams wrong in the morning, you will execute wrong task in the afternoon. If you do a wrong job in the afternoon, you miss your afternoon season. At night, you will have no bed to rest. You will sleep outside. Pay attention to this. When you combine the morning and the afternoon, it is called day. That is the season that the man's sun is shining. A man's day— hear me— can begin at 15 and extend till 80. A man's night can start at 25. Your night season is the season where— are you with me? Are you sure? Your night season is the season where it looks like the canopy for grace and mercy is short. Let me give you an illustration. If a 20-year-old girl just received a medical report from the hospital and they are saying this medical report is showing that you have cancer, another thing we are saying is that the doctor has just come to announce that a night phase has begun unless God intervenes. When you seek God early, your day will be long. That is the season that your Sit for a moment. Don't be distracted. Don't mind my calm teaching. Just sit for a moment. I'm showing you an illustration now. There is the morning. When you combine both the morning and the afternoon phase, what do you have? That is what you call day. It is your day when your son begins to speak. Let me show you a scripture. Genesis chapter number 32, the second to the last verse.

Quickly.

Genesis 32 is that verse that Jacob fought with the angel of the Lord, and he said, you have wrestled with God and prevailed. Let me show you a scripture then. Genesis 32, second to the last verse. Quickly, help me quickly, we don't have time. Quickly, look at it. Yes, is it verse 32 now? Oh good, thank you. And as he passed over, well, what happened? The sun rose upon him and he halted on one thigh, meaning that as he fought that fight, it doesn't matter what age Jacob was, as far as heaven was concerned, that day his day began.

The sun—

you check Luke chapter number 3 when Jesus was baptized in the River Jordan, the Bible said heaven was open unto him. It is a dimension for the sun to rise on you and for your day to begin. As a matter of fact, when the Bible says that when you honor your father and your mother, it didn't say your life will be long, it says your day will be long, meaning that it doesn't matter how long your life is, that day will be the most dominant. Pay attention.

There is a dimension to this where someone prays, Father, let my light shine, let my new day begin. But there is a deeper dimension, and that is what I've come to announce. It is that you are the one carrying the key to unlock somebody's day.

The man by the pool of Bethesda, I've been there for many years.

38 years of night. The day Jesus came, his day broke. The man who was born blind has been there for how long? As far as he could remember. When Jesus came, his day broke.

Somebody somewhere is receiving death sentence, waiting for those who carries the key to days.

We can't be in the middle of a battle and the sun is setting.

We carry the power to prolong days. You know, your prayers, your prayers has been, oh Lord, give me future partner. Oh Lord, I want to japa, I want to go to America. I just want to take beautiful pictures in Florida. I want to take amazing pictures. He's saying, as beautiful as that sounds, I'm waiting for those who will take the day to nations that are already in their night phase. This is the season that we are in. It is the season to declare the acceptable year of the Lord. Let me share something with you. I've shared this story, one of the most painful events we experienced as a family. A family came to see us years back. This should be maybe 2005. They were going to travel. They were going to— they were going to leave from Kano. We were in Kano. Amazingly, they were actually coming to Abeokuta for a wedding, but there was a small girl in the family. She was about 4, between 4, just around 4, 4, 5. When they were leaving, the girl held my dad's trouser. She was crying, "I don't want to travel, I don't want to go, I don't want to go." So when they— and they said the girl had not eaten for 3 days. My father looked at them, "The way this girl is crying, don't you think you should wait and pray about this trip before you go?" The man said, "We have to go, we have to go and see Yaba, it's been a while." He said, take it while I'm praying. The man said, we book our bus tomorrow morning when we are traveling. So they left. The following day, around 5 PM in the evening, they brought in news to our house. When the family was traveling, the entire family was crushed by a trailer. It was only that small girl that was in the frequency to pick the alarm. The most dangerous state to live in is the state of spiritual deafness and blindness. There's no one you can kill fast like a man who is deaf and blind. It's like a man who is not amongst us. He can't pick signals both to save his own life. That's why I want us to pray more. You, you pray till the point that the eyes of your spirit pop open. You pray till you know what to do part-time. Is there somebody listening to me? Is there, is there somebody listening to me? You will pray till you can discern Kairos.

You, you, you see, discouragement is not something you accommodate anyhow. There are times that it is too expensive to be discouraged because it comes as a pressure when you are about to bathe and you can tell, I've been going through wilderness, I'm closer to water. Why is it now of all times that I'm discouraged?

Be still, O my soul. Come on, let my soul not be— why are you disquieted within me?

You can tell your soul, rejoice in the light of the Lord's salvation, because you have eyes that can see.

Are there people here who have eyes that can see, who have ears that can hear the sound of alarm in the spirit? I have come to announce that the frequency has changed. If you are alive in these days and time, it is because you have been chosen to fight in the darkest of all times. And this is not about whether you are interested in fighting or not. It has nothing to do with your interest. It has nothing to do with your will. It has nothing to do with whether you are prepared for it or not. If it is battle, it is battle. We are in the darkest of all times. So when I saw the theme of the meeting, it's time to rise higher above personal needs. Rise high above— Lord, what are you doing? My rent is getting due. Lord, please— as important as that is, There is no more common bread. There is hallowed bread. Place your hands on your eyes and say, let my eyes of understanding be enlightened. Open my eyes. I only give you 1 minute to pray that prayer, and I need to be hearing your voice. Open my eyes. Open my eyes.

Let it open, let it open that I may see.

In Jesus' mighty name we're praying. Say it again: in this season, I hear the sound. Say it again: I hear the sound. I hear the sound in the spirit to know what God is doing doing now. The most strategic man is a man who knows what God is doing now. There is no better activity than to see what he's doing. Jesus said, my Father walketh that I walk, and I do what I see him do. You must know when there's a switch. You must know when it is no longer the stirring of the waters, like the man at the Pool of Bethesda saying, I have no man, but the one who is the water of life himself is the one asking him that, do you want to be made whole? You must know when you must beat your plows into spears.

You must know when you should discern that even being in secondary school is a place of warfare to be prepared for the darkest of all times.

Pedigree Church. I remember that story when the choir was ministering. A boy came to school with the decision to sleep with 500 girls.

Before.

And one time he was about to enter his hostel, so he saw a girl, um, that was about to take a bike. He stopped the bike, he said, follow her. He didn't know where the girl was going, didn't have any idea. As fast as this girl, follow her. The bike followed the girl. The girl was coming to church. Fortunately for him, or unfortunately, he sat down. The same girl he followed was the one to lead praise and worship. So he sat down, was just like this. That's when they'll be touching those beards. There's nothing there. While that girl was ministering, we didn't know why he came. You know, the Bible said they come before you as my people come, they sit to hear the words of your mouth. Say, but you are only like an entertainer before them, they won't do what you say. We noticed the boy just began to scream, Jesus, Jesus, I will love you, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. Ow! No impartation is going on. As the girl was worshiping and he was staring at her, the fire of God descended on him. He was screaming, he was crying in the love of God. For the first time, he knew what love was. He came for a beautiful girl that was too deep in Christ, the kind that you have to go through Jesus to get her.

Something broke on him. Don't just be fine, carry power. They ask you, what do you bring to the table?

Say, look at my shape. To hell with the shape. Tell your neighbor, carry power. Now we took the boy, discipled him. Listen, it was when we're interviewing him, we found out that he came to mark that girl as part of the register, and that was how he gave his life to Christ. We took him in for like a month, discipled him. He had to go back home. Then one morning he said to me, said, Pastor, said, you won't believe, in my house since I've been born, they've never called Jesus. The father happened to be a pilot, the mother a career woman. So I said, when you go home, start something, start a devotion. So he got home, called his younger sister. They were just two having their morning devotion. He'd been able to persuade the girl singing simple songs. He was not even intending for anything to happen. You know this thing called power, if you have it, you have it. While they were singing those simple songs, the younger sister mistakenly, her shoulder touched him.

The fire descended. She was in the house on the floor screaming, fire blasting, praying in the Holy Ghost. The mother came out, your father must not hear this. In this house. Try to carry the girl up. As he touched the girl, power. I'm telling you a true life story.

Mother, daughter, right there on the floor screaming and shouting. The father got angry. In my house? You mean in my house? Touch the wife, get up! What do you mean?

As he touched the woman, the same fire fell.

Father, mother, daughter.

But where did it start from? A fine girl that carries Christ.

You must know when there's a switch in time. You must know when it's not about your beauty and your handsomeness. You must know when your essence is actually like a sickle reaping harvest in the kingdom. Wake up! Life doesn't revolve around your needs. Wake up! It is not the time to be busy, carried away with porn. Wake up! There is a whole civilization moving behind your back. Elijah told Elisha, he said, you want double portion of my power? He said, what you ask for is a very hard thing.

He said, but nonetheless If you can see me before I'm taken, he said, you will have it. The generation that wants to see can sleep. The generation that want to sleep, you can't see. You can't afford distraction. You, you must understand.

I'm—

I see, I don't like to be quite trivial, but let me tell you this. You must understand when you might be mature, but it might not be a season for for relationship, because you can be busy settling matters and miss the move of the Spirit.

You must know what time, what time, what time it is. You must be quickened. The Bible said both of them were talking as they move, and suddenly a chariot of fire separated between them.

Ah, I see you, my father, my father, the chariot of Israel, the horsemen thereof. Nigeria is in the middle of our own transition season. The likes of Abolowoere is gone, began quite a while ago. Many don't even understand what is going on. Some are like sons of the prophets, standing to view from afar. How do you view your inheritance from afar?

You can't pursue, you can't run.

You want to be a doctor? Be a doctor with fire.

You want to be a lawyer? Don't just carry the degree and the wig. Carry what? Fire. Why?

Because the time has changed. You must understand. Let me show you a scripture. Isaiah chapter number 60 from verse 1. Isaiah 60. As we read the scripture, put your right hand on your head. I won't miss my oil for this season. I won't miss it. I won't miss what you can do through my life. It won't slip off my hands through, through carelessness. I won't miss it. I won't miss it. I look around this place, I see mighty men and women of war. I see generals. I see people that the Bible said there's never been any like them before. I see an army rising. Says, arise, shine, for your light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. Yes, verse 2 says, for behold, the darkness shall cover the earth and gross darkness the people, but the light of the Lord shall be seen upon thee. In the midst of darkness, and it's getting darker. I can't tell you many things that are going on, things that we are not even aware.

There are battles we have to fight.

Many of us are too— we are too relaxed. It's peaceful here. We're in the middle of a battle and we're just chilling, Netflix.

3, 4, let the weight of your glory fall.

In Jesus' name we pray. Lift your two hands, everyone. I have three badges of prayer to pray. Now just help those under the anointing and just bring them out so they don't injure themselves. I want pastors, please help me, just assist the ushers. Okay, you can be here with me just for order.

There are people here Men and women ordained of the Lord in different offices in the last days who have not seen it, let the clouds behold that you begin to see and step in tonight. You will hear the sound, you will hear the sound of many waters. Do you hear the sound of the Lord calling? Ka fale na makatesh. Vente kepa le nebo kotai. I summon all the nations. I summon mantles. I summon graces that have been dormant. The time has come for a quickening. Quicken them now. Let dry bones come alive! Dry Bones Come Alive! Let dry bones come alive! Let dry bones come alive! Let dry bones come alive! Surge out of darkness! Let thy bones come alive! It's time to see. It's time to mount up with wings like eagles. Wings like eagles. You mount up into higher dimensions of the spirit.

It is no longer business as usual. It is not. It is not. It is not. It is not. It is not.

It is not. Now listen, listen.

The second category of people I'm going to pray for— lift your two hands, everyone—

those who are aware that there is something extraordinary that God wants to do with your life. But listen, it looks as though there is a force that seemed to be insisting that you will never come out.

Abba!

I have come to announce tonight, in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, let every barrier, every embargo around your spiritual life— I break them now! I break them now! Everyone who has been kept in the place of hiding, surge out! Surge out!

Surge out!

Let the hand of the Lord move across, move across this place. We set the captives free. Lose them, lose them, lose them and let them go now! Loose them, loose them, loose them now! Loose them from bareness, loose them from masturbation, loose them! Let dry bones come alive, let dry bones come alive!

That which has kept others down You break that cult by the anointing.

In families where rebellion has kept them down, immorality, all forms of vices, no one seems to be out.

People start out early looking promising But they start failing, start failing God. You are made different. I set you free now. Lose them, lose them, lose them.

The third category of people, and this is a covenant between me and God, those who have one form or the other of prophetic calling, whether prophetic ministers, prophetic teachers, apostolic prophets, it doesn't matter what kind. There are scribes, those ordained of the Lord to see, to hear, to write. Lift up your hands, everyone, everyone representing that mantle here. I announce in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, a new layer of that operation Open now! Sod out now! There are prophetic worshipers who will receive sounds, sounds, sounds of the spirit, sounds, sounds, sounds. Don't ask for small things, ask for the anointing.
