Amen.

Thank you, Lord. The Book of Psalms, chapter number 11. Psalm chapter number 11. We started checking on the subject titled Harrows. Psalm 11 from verse 3. Okay, sorry, from verse 2 now says, for lo, the wicked bend their bow and make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart. All right, then verse 3 says, if the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do? So that in essence suggests that the devil is after our heart. As believers.

Why?

Because that's the seat of decision. That's the seat of what? Decisions. Now we are up against forces that can't be seen with the physical eyes. We are up against forces that are vast, experienced, and intelligent. You know, Psalms 90:10 said something very important. Psalm 90:10, then verse 12 says that the number of the days of man are threescore and ten. All right, say threescore years and ten. He said, if by reason of strength they have fourscore years, a score is 20. Anyways, David was appealing here as touching why there's been reduction in life expectancy. In verse 12 says, teach us the number of days that we may apply or incline our heart All right, to understanding now. So what the Bible is saying in essence is that man, it doesn't matter how long you live, it is brief compared to the devil that has been around since the fall. So he's experienced, and God wants us to wake up. You look at the book of 2 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians chapter number 10. 2 Corinthians chapter number 10. We start the reading from verse 3. 2 Corinthians 10 from verse 3 says, for though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh. Says, for the weapon of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down strongholds. You know, so we We have to pull down strongholds. Strongholds are words, all right, of what the devil has been able to erect in the life of an individual that makes his access easy. All right, I remember this particular incident. I mean, Avoidable one. Somebody was staying in an apartment. All this face me, I face you. This one had a neighbor, had the guest, carried this one, you know, all this bench, carry the neighbor's bench, said so that the guest could sit down. The neighbor came out, said, I'm looking for my bench, I didn't see the bench. I went there, got angry, say, you took my bench, you took. And then they started fighting. In the course of the fight, this one took the other bench. All right, and hit that other fellow on the head. Then the fellow died. They charged that to court, arrested the woman. I saw the video of the day she was sentenced to death for murder. All right, lawyers that are here, this is not manslaughter. You killed someone. Look at the part of the body where you hit the person, is with the intention to inflict injury or death. And the day they killed this woman, the day they sentenced her to death, she was there weeping. And I just looked at her. This was avoidable if only you could say no to all the whispers. That's on the physical. There are people that join themselves with individuals that messed up their lives. The day they heard the voice, fasten yourself to this chariot, they could have said no. The remote control that controls the physical is in the spirit. The physical is a victim of every conclusions there. People don't just act. There are forces behind the scene. Anger. And this fellow is angry, can't control it, can't hold it back. I'm gonna destroy— no way! I tell people, nobody is really far from the prison. It just takes one decision and the fellow will never know freedom again. Just one. You will not dance to the beat of shame. You don't use to say amen well here. Just one decision. And where is the place where it is made?

The heart.

Just one decision. You will not decide wrongly. So there are many arrows that the devil attempts to shoot at the heart of believers. One of such arrows is the arrow of intimidation and fear. The arrow of intimidation and fear. Fear, fear, fear is serious. However, God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, of love, and of a what?

Sound mind.

Fear can cripple anybody. Um, I have certain phobias. One of the phobias I have is water, swimming. Once all this, let's go to the swimming pool, okay, once the water touched my knee, I start gasping for breath. So I'm not the kind of person you would think I say let's go to Dubai and then swim under the water.

For where?

Another phobia I have is height. Ah, if the culvert is there and I'm walking, it will look as if my village people are calling me, come Lazarus, come. So I see people take all these parachutes and jump from plane. How? What if the ancestors decide to be away today? What if the thing didn't start? You just say you were so happy and you die. Okay, what I'm just trying to show you is that what if is the language of fear. That's the language of fear. Anyone who asks, "What if?

What?" is afraid.

That's the language of fear. And sometimes those things happen when maybe you have tried something before that didn't work, or you failed at something. Then it looks like the mind seems to make a conclusion I will not do this again. And you are afraid. Sometimes the question is, what if I fail? What if this? What if that? All right, so that led me to discuss the subject of the woman called Jezebel. Very beautiful woman who doesn't get intimidated by anything. Elijah had called down fire. And by the way, if you are missing Tuesday Bible studies, you are missing too much. You are missing too much. You are missing too much. It's, it's always advanced. So that's just the truth, it's always advanced. So make sure you catch up because that's why I'm having to go back now. So the moment Elijah called down fire, destroyed the prophet of Baal, did everything, Jezebel said, I will kill you. I will cut off your head. She used the strategy of intimidation. In the story of Naboth and, um, Ahab, she used the strategy of accusation. Have you been accused before that you have done what you know nothing about? Accusation is very bad. Anybody can pick a part of your words and use it against you. Accusation. And the devil— because accusation shuts people down. Once you are accused, you want to lay low. You are careful. These things make you become careful. You walk, all right, on eggshells. You are careful so nobody will bring anything against you. It's a strategy of the devil. Sometimes you try to do something and the devil is telling you, you, so you mean you can come to church now and lift up holy hands? You, of all people, why are you— if what— if the devil ever says anything, it is not true. The devil can't speak the truth even if he wants to. He's a liar and the father of lies. The fact that he's telling you God has rejected you is the proof of your acceptance. And God can't tell you I've rejected you because he can't. Those that come to him, he will in no wise cast away. He doesn't throw away his children. Ah, look at you! So now, now you are coming to now pray. See, you hear God the way you hear Nollywood. God is telling you, so now you mean you can bend the knee? Is God your African mother? African father? Now you are bending the knee, you, after you have ignored me for 3 days? No, what God will say is, welcome back. You be now, so you cannot bend the knee. I will keep malice with you, pray for the next 3 hours, I will not answer. When I'm done, I will now come and answer you. You are not hearing God, you are hearing your culture. That's what you are hearing, your culture. Okay, aha. God, God say— some people have heard weird things, like somebody did something and then the Holy Ghost said, I shall now leave you now for some 6 months. Holy Ghost How? He will never leave us nor forsake us. Amen. And the devil wants to lie, wants you to believe that God hates you, that God, God is looking for every opportunity to discard you. So now the, this personality of Jezebel is an interesting personality. That the end-time church needs to watch out for. Because the prophecy ahead of the end-time church is that before the coming of the great day of the Lord, Elijah— a movement now, an apostolic and a prophetic movement is coming. You are a prophetic generation. See, it doesn't matter whether you are saying, 'Thus says the Lord,' or not. Your very existence was prophesied. The work you are doing, the role you play in the kingdom, was foretold. You see, you may not have to hold the mic. If you live where you are now, the kingdom will suffer. Is that okay now? Some of you are in different organizations that you are making ways for others. It was foretold. And this prophetic generation, we need to interpret it in context. Not if everyone should hold— have to hold the mic, we will lose, because we need people in the corridor of power. We need people around the corridor park. We need people around place of influence, running different organizations. We need people there so we don't look like fools whose only essence is when we're in church. Are you with me now? You see, when I was on campus, I told everyone that functioned with me as leaders that we must finish on top so that nobody will question the reality of what we are doing, question us and say, don't mind them. So I believe that you are, you are pastoring because you have failed. Yes, people believe that anybody that is pastoring now is because he doesn't know anything. That's why we have to go to school and finish well. It's very important because this generation, we had everything. It's very important. There are, there are— listen to what I'm saying— there are doors that the Bible will not open. But what you are doing will open that door. Is that okay now? Are you following what I'm saying? I'm just telling you that we cannot despise the role of influence. We can't, we can't. And that's why you should— when God is shining light on you, don't run from it. Don't give yourself extra years in the wilderness. Because you are shy, because you are timid. No, don't give yourself extra years in the wilderness. The time is now. Amen. I said the time is now.

Now, there was a situation years back. A very vibrant young man, he was going to get married on Saturday. The Thursday of that week, robbers went to his house to rob, and and they shot him in the stomach. And they took him from one hospital to another and they were rejecting him, that they need to go and get police report. Let me appeal to doctors, please, we need to stop this nonsense. I'm still going to raise a campaign about it.

We need to stop.

The fellow who is dying, how would the fellow get police report? How long does it take to bleed about 5 liters of blood away? It doesn't take much. The guy died. The very week of his wedding. Meanwhile, I was pained because if I was called, I will just call an hospital. I have several I could call instantly, they will attend to him on my behalf. That's why we need influence. That's why we need influence. Go and check, God has used strategy of influence to rescue his move several times. Strategy of influence. Joseph Esther. They were going to kill all the Jews, but for Esther. Believer, stop running away. Stop running away. Stop being timid. Don't hang around those who cut your visions to sizes that they can assimilate. They are not you. There are people whose minds are very small and they will find ways to make it scriptural. Hmm, when they tell— when they talk to you, they talk to you with the Bible and shut you down. They will make you scripturally small and they will make it legitimate. Is that okay? Now, what you are doing that God is saying you have not started, they tell you you are moving too fast. And the time is coming both you and them will have to suffer because two small people can't help each other. People can't recognize those that God is sending ahead of them. They feel they must be at the same pace. Now lie. Is that okay? Now there are people God is sending you ahead of, ahead of, and there are people that God is sending ahead of you. Recognize the boats, okay, and play your own role well. Are you being blessed? So Jezebel used her seat of power to fight the move of God. And she said to Elijah, I will cut off your head. Naboth, the poor young man, was killed and wasted even over his vineyard because of a system. Because of a system. Listen to this, don't, don't joke with authority. Don't joke with authority.

Power is power.

I think there was a case, it's public so I can share. There was a case that happened in Lagos. They were demolishing churches around Lekki, demolishing churches, all right? And there was a church that was on that road. Pastor Tony Rapu just called one of those he discipled They are about to break the Church of God. What do you have to say, sir? They broke, got to the church, jumped, and continued breaking.

Power.

Then there was a time we're going to host a minister in Ibadan, and it was coming from Abuja, and there was no flight. There was no flight. I had to make one phone call. They had to help us with a flight going to Ilorin to first come to Ibadan, drop him, then take off immediately back to Ilorin. A meeting that we had thousands of people waiting for would have been I want to say something very heavy, but get the heart of what I'm about to say. There are doors that may not open even if you shout in Jesus' name, but they will open when somebody who carries Jesus and carries something else opens. Do you know that our salvation story would have been compromised but for this man Joseph of Arimathea? He never preached any gospel, but he was strategically influential and wealthy. Are you following what I'm saying? He was the one that paid, said give me his body. The body of Christ was lying down, nobody could take it but a man with wealth. Let me tell you, I'm going somewhere. Why is it— ah, Nigerian church, let's wake up. Prosperity is not the gospel, but it is part of the gospel. If we fail to carry it, a time is coming we can't wield what we should wield, because the wisdom of a poor man is not heard. Don't mind them. Prosperity gospel, those who shout it are broke. Am I losing you now? Are you with me? Let me show you Revelation chapter number 5. Revelation chapter number 5. Look at it. Let's, let's look at it. Let's— Revelation 5. Let me show you precisely. Revelation 5. If you are there, say amen. Now look at this. Let's start reading from verse 11. Revelation 5, from verse 11. Look at it. Said, and I beheld and heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beast and the elders. The number of them was 10,000 times 10,000 and thousands of thousands, saying with a loud voice, worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power, riches, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, and blessing. Look at it. What this Lamb that was slain to receive? What? Power. Everything he received, he received on behalf of the church. Riches, wisdom, and strength. Listen to me, oh, there are times that I know God is calling you, but you are not supposed to resign yet because we still need a voice in that corridor of power. Are you following what I'm saying here? That's why I tell people— somebody said, I'm pursuing a call on campus. I said, finish, graduate, graduate, finish, and finish with flying colors. So that— because a generation will come that will investigate what did he finish with. There are people who will not listen to your gospel. Until they see your proofs. Are you with me? This is the reason why we should not just raise shouting people but impactful people. We must have impact, real impact, real impact. We have to have it, really. But don't joke with it. We come to church, all right? See, when the Bible says let your light therefore shine before men, the church is not the place where the light shines. All of us are light here. Yes. So if you want to shine only in church, you are like a man carrying lamp in the afternoon. People look at you and say, is this person all right? Shine where it is dark.

Yes, sir.

Because we are up against systems and we see, we need blueprint. We need what?

Check now, you know The match that they played yesterday, by the way, I know they support Nigeria, but when we win— are we winning? Ah, okay, let me embrace my emotions. It was Nigeria. But do you know that after that match, you started seeing videos of people who prophesied? We have not gotten tired. Another election will come and all the prophecies are not coming to pass. There was one president, I don't know who, they said the man would die. He no die. He's in Daura now enjoying fura de numo. Oh, have I met? Hey, Jesus! Because that is the only place we think we have power. If prophecy no work, we protest. We no agree. One police shut everything down, just one signature. Power is power. And now they are taking us as jokes. You know, we'll shout, we'll talk. I mean, what's the asset of a man who doesn't have voice? You shout. That's the asset. You raise it and it's not getting anywhere. There are some phone calls that are more powerful than shouting and losing your voice. One phone call. Hello. Okay, thank you. This, this, this is more powerful. In fact, let me also add, sometimes they are even more powerful than going to go and shout on the mountain, because we think the mountain is closer to heaven. That's the truth. You see, that's why I told people, I said favor is powerful. It can't be the strategy of abundance because favor requires that God will touch men and they will have to cooperate. What if they are stubborn? Wisdom brings predictable outcomes. Ah, predictable, predictable, predictable outcomes. Let's start from there, and the cherry on top will begin to pray down in favor. But that one, let's get it right. Predictable outcome. So we are up against systems, so it means that we have to be systemic. We don't approach systems with emotions. You don't tell the system of Jezebel, fall down and die. It doesn't end like that. Let me say this again: you cannot pray corruption out of Nigeria. It is system. Corruption die! Corrupty no go die. Systems don't die by fire. You raise counter systems. You raise counter systems. Systems don't die by fire. You raise counter systems.

Our story in the city of Abuja is similar to the story of Jacob who said, by my rod I have passed through Jordan, but now the Lord has made me two You remember how recently God sent us to Abuja in what I will call the most humble movement. We came practically trusting God for what to do next and how he's going to help us with the words of prophecy he has given to us about the city and the armies arising. And guess what? God is doing just that. Recently we have been seeing the move of God in the most unbelievable way possible, with his word reaching the unreached. Converting sinners to saints, bringing people who have lost hope in church. And now this has necessitated the need for expansion so that we do not fall out of what God is doing. Where we are currently is stringent for us, with rules that will limit what God is doing amongst us. The gospel is free, but the propagation requires a lot of funding. We want our friends, partners, and everyone connected to our ministry to join us as we undertake this project together. We have the urgent need to expand, and we believe that this is the kairos moment for us to do that. We are importing our own tent all the way from China and getting everything needed to fill that space and have a conducive place where we can have our apostolic work beyond what we are having now at the moment. Say, Father, we receive wisdom. Father, we receive wisdom. Listen, you have a role to play. Many of you are like Josephs, interfacing with the kings, but you know even when you are not saying, we are trying to implement this policy in Jesus' name, but you know that where you are speaking from is from the kingdom. Kingdom establishment does not have to be in Jesus' name for it to be in Jesus' name. If you are going to speak on behalf of the church, for instance, in an organization, you need to have the wisdom that shows them how that what you are bringing to the table help them to get more profit. Let's say, for instance, For instance, somebody is working in an organization and every morning you take 15 minutes out to first pray and all that. When they're having their meetings here, I want to pray. The only reason why you should be permitted is if that prayer is making you better than the rest. If having done that you are still worse, you should be sacked in Jesus' name. Because Christianity should not be used as a tool to blackmail people. Have you seen people that try to blackmail you with spirituality? Is it because we're praying now? So you don't— you, you don't— since you don't fear God, we fear God. We believe you fear God, but that's the fear. That fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. You have that fear, we are not seeing wisdom. Something is missing. We know you fear God. Where's the wisdom? You don't fear him well. Start running. Are you following what I'm saying? We should be able to convert these things into something viable. And the devil knows this, and God is raising voices to help the end-time church align. We have to do more than preaching on the altar. Thank God for Instagram video that is blessing lives. Listen to what I'm saying. If Mark Zuckerberg wake up tomorrow and say shut down all the platforms, that's it, our influence is over. Because we have not found better means. No, what will happen? What's the base of your boasting? You have 100,000 followers on Instagram. Okay, just touch one button, you can't find your page again. That's it. You've not built and trained your voice beyond that. You have not channeled it into multiple streams. So even the Jesus you are talking about, they censor what they want to go out. If you are going beyond your boundary, they shut you down. Let the church build structures and systems. We are just one button away from being silenced. One button away. And that's why I want to really thank God for all our people who are into tech. They need our support building different things, platforms. We are currently building an app that works exactly like Netflix where we can be putting our messages, because just takes one click for YouTube to say I'm done. You can be canceled on any other platform, not on yours. The most forceful— let me say, let me just say this, I'm not sure there's really— I've not really seen much ministries in Nigeria preparing for the Great Tribulation, that a time is coming they will be shutting down churches, and we have to be strategic. When Pharaoh had a dream, Joseph did not say your dream will not come to pass in Jesus' name. He built counter system. Counter— some things are there, they will happen. You can't pray them away. That there will be attempt— it doesn't matter who become president, there will be attempt to shut down the church. It's End-time prophecy. We build counter system and we are smart. I said we are smart. The only reason why it looks like sometimes the church in Nigeria is not— is because we have been wrongly indoctrinated into believing that once Jesus called you, drop everything, carry Bible, forget your brain, that's it. So when we even see people who are singing Afrofusion gospel, Limbo and all like, say the spirit is not moving. Spirit now every day to they fall down. Now you have wedding, people are receiving inspirations and they are shutting it down because of the council culture of the church. Cancel culture. Somebody will take another— are you following what I'm saying? And it's because it is, it is something we do. We fight anything new. That doesn't mean those fighting it are right. If God is giving you a different and unique path, please stand. And part of the ingredient you need to fulfill purpose is to be stubborn. Stubbornness is a good spice. Apply with wisdom. You get where I go reach. Apply with wisdom. But you must be stubborn enough to stand by what you know is correct, because those who make you quit will be the first to insult you for quitting. Ask your neighbor, where is your vision? Where did you throw it? Who did you drop it for? That's why you can sit in a meeting and as much as they are preaching powerfully, they are shutting down everything God told you. Run! Your word is not there.

Run!

Is somebody being blessed? We need systems because Jezebel is a system. She is. You know, I've asked this question: what is the 20-year plan? Let's say 10-year plan of the Nigerian church. Is this how they will be killing people in Jaws, in Play 2? Every now I will cry. I say, now they have killed them, what's our plan? Who do we have in House of Reps?

All right, that—

what are those we have there that are helping us, that our people, that we can reason with and say let's pass this as bills? The other guys, look at the things they are passing. The issue is that our people get there and forget where God took them from. Don't blame them. It is because the churches that raised them did not raise them with predictable curriculum to prepare them for that place. Yes, when we raise people, it must be with a curriculum that is predictable, that we know you'll be exposed to this. Having known that, we are training you to stand against that. Do you know what money is? They give you $1 billion, it's too much. $1 billion, your conviction will check. He said, what church do you attend? I say, me church. Hey, say, has the money landed in my account? Say, no, it's about to land. So what church?

Me church.

Ah, I serve God in my heart too. Say, do you, do you know Pastor Femi Lazarus? What do you call him? La, la, what do you mean? Our people will be buyable if they are broke. Ejo. An average church member believes that it is sign of spirituality Not to be on Instagram, not to be on Twitter. You don't even know what's going on. They will sell you. You'll find out later that, oh, so they sold all of us yesterday in Abuja. They say, ah, including me, say I plus you. No man light a candle and put under a bushel. The systems we are up against, they are very loud, and loudness is the wisdom of the media. Anybody who is loud, whether right or wrong, is correct as far as media is concerned. Everybody— people are victims of what is consistent. There are songs you know that you don't even know how you knew it. You were trying to watch a food video, then they were playing Thunder, right? Then you went to another one, they were playing it again. When will we begin to sing the ones that when people hear it, it can't leave their heart? Because we, we didn't just get the prayer right, we got beat right, mixing and mastering correct, everything check. Somebody will just sing one song somewhere, say, let's mix and master, Holy Ghost, cover this with your glory as I sing it now, let it fly, let it fly. Holy Ghost! Even your family member won't listen. I've seen people beg me in supermarket and say, I sang this song, I sang this song, please help me listen to it. Help you listen to it? If this song is good, you will not have to beg me. Sure, because we have been taught that anything that have Jesus, Jesus must promote it. Says who? Even Jesus is not— he's not a person of shame. Do what you are doing right, it will spread. There are laws behind everything. There are laws, okay? Somebody didn't read for an exam, comes to exam hall, put anointed handkerchief on the head, it will become anointed coconut head. Oh Lord, this handkerchief— my father in the Lord, our Father gave us this handkerchief that as we put it on our head, we which you'll be feeling drowsy because the first class you are pursuing, a Muslim is getting it without any anointed and catchy. Oga, read, okay? Read. If you are going for interview, thank God for prayers, but you too investigate what are they likely going to ask, then dress well. Start from there so that you'll not be praying unnecessary prayer and be knocking heaven's door unnecessarily. Let's do what we should do. If we get these trainings right, doors will open for us. And what I'm saying doesn't mean we are less spiritual. Doesn't mean we are less spiritual. Ah, you want to pass exam as a— by miracle, miracle. Miraculous. Today pass, I can. I'm not saying there's no place of prayer, but why don't you read tutorial? You not attend. I can. I step over you now. I have dominion. You know, you know, they, they call their exams diet. You have just diet. You will diet.

Tell your neighbor, do what is right. So we are up against systems that are very loud, very loud, and we have to learn how to build counter systems. Listen to this. Influence is a powerful tool. Anytime, any day. Influence, powerful tool. You know, I was at the airport yesterday and I met— I won't mention what state— I met the Attorney General of a state. You know, and when he came, oh, Apostle Lazarus, I've been following your teaching. I don't even know if he's here this morning, you know, because there are Femi Lazarus people here you not even know, you know. And we're talking, and I just thought to myself, the things this man knows and can do, it will take us 90 days of prayer and trusting God to now raise a man to do it too. That's why we need one of our kind in all these places. I'm saying God will be trusting you with things. Don't worry, sir, you are a Joseph. Judah will starve, and Jesus is the lion of that tribe. Very Joseph. Esther, they say, come and walk before the king. Say, me? I only walk before the Lord Jehovah. The king, if he wants to marry me, he must see me where I am, in the secret place of the Most High. That's where I am. Esther, the criteria is that you walk and do so majestically. Learn the steps. That's how it works. Master Jesus, I walk before you. See, there are things that you can't pick this or that. They come with certain places. You must embrace that sophistication, that assignment that comes with the new door that is open. You must embrace it because those out there, they don't need to think twice. Easy work, they will walk. Let's go there. Don't just say, I cover my feet with the blood of Jesus. Rub better cream. Because when the king saw her, she fine. Yes, sir. When they were applying all those things, she was applying. She was not saying blood of Jesus. They say rub this oil, she dey rub. Do all those things, then let the glory cover. Don't remove all the— say, Holy Ghost, cover me. Say, go and learn how to communicate. Say, I sing spirit, I speak spirit. Okay, speak English. Oh, speak English. Are you following what I'm saying? Say, go and learn. There's a way to talk here. Say, no, I speak spirit. You speak that spirit in your prayer room. We are up against systems, and the only way is that we become systemic. See, listen, we will give people the training to be rocket prayer machines, but when they're out there, they are intellectual juggernauts. Are you following what I'm saying here? We will get the secret place right and get projection right. Check everywhere. You see a young man, 27, driving his Range Rover, and you think he'll be picking girls up and down, and he parks and say, are you going my way?

The girl is expecting. I just seen this girl. Not this kind. And the guy is now asking, have you met Jesus? You know, there's a way you quickly believe the gospel when somebody who smells money— I know some of you don't like what I'm saying because somehow a generation already believes that once you have certain kind of money You must be misbehaving. And we are here holding more, still praying, still fasting, still worshiping, doing what we should do, study the Bible. More money doesn't mean your prayer life should die. It shows that you are poor at heart. Hey, yes, see, it is poverty that makes people see money as the proof of success. I love what this guy said. Um, what's his name? Tembe Kwajo?

He said true wealth is when you mention your name and nobody ever have to ask, who are you? That's wealth. Now let me ask you a question. What is your name? To some people, it sounds so ordinary on your lips, and that's why you are not saying it. Can anyone mention your name and that name opens a door for them? It is not just the name of Jesus that opens doors. There are 3 levels of dominion. I'm not thinking about that yet. One is power. He has given us power. Authority is another level. But the third is names. At the mention of the name of Jesus, all knees shall bow. And that's why I'm asking you this morning, what is your name? If you hold Nigerian passport, there are certain number of countries the passport can open. How many doors can your name open?

Invest.

Be systemic. Let's come to church, but we come to church to pick wisdom for what we are to do out there. The real assignment is out there. So here we come as light people doing powerful things. So that's why we are called Ecclesia, house of Senate. It is not revival yet in the Nigerian church if the attendants are beggarly Christians. They also gather like that before idols. It is revival if people are powerful and they can still come before God. When the person playing drums is ambassador of Nigeria to Russia and he's still playing drums, the guy on the keyboard is the minister for so-and-so and he's still there, people will come and say, I will serve this God. Somebody went to a church in VI, you know, all these Lagos, VI. I don't know about Abuja. The guy entered toilet of the church, he started crying. Come out! This guy was weeping. He said, I've suffered in this life. If toilet is like this, I accept Jesus today. For me to be able to remove the layer of religion over what I'm teaching now, it will take years because I know there are layers. I know, and it's unfortunate. And it's unfortunate because one of our kind also put the layers there. So we don't have curriculum. We are still guessworking. So this is coming. We don't have the accurate wisdom on how to counter it. Say amen, somebody. Are you with me? Are you sure? See, God is not giving us influence for us to break protocols. No, I'm trying to get this thing right. God will help me. Okay. You know, it is for us to be strategic.

Be strategic.

Look at it. When Herodias said, go and cut the head of John the Baptist, what if there was somebody there that was also powerful? That can say his message has changed my life, they will not have killed him. True? If we don't have what we should have, we will say God brought every evil. That's what we'll say. Somebody is sick, has not been able to go to a good hospital, and then went to a quack doctor Mismanaged the fellow's health. Now the fellow is dead. What will religion say? God killed the fellow. God say on the day of the burial, God give it, and God did not take this one. Poverty did. Poverty did, or ignorance. Was there not a time in this country they were killing twins? The word charity, there's the word love. And your faith and patience and your works, and the last to be more than the first. He said, notwithstanding, I have few things against you, because you allowed the woman Jezebel, which called herself prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication and to eat things sacrificed to idols. The word fornication there is the word to be joined to foreign gods, you see. So he said you have allowed Jezebel into the church, you have allowed the system. You see, the church, there is a standard, there is a standard in the church. Let me show you the scripture, 1 Timothy chapter number 2. Let me search it out for you, 1 Timothy chapter number 2. If you're there, say amen. Oh, sorry. 1 Timothy 3:15. 1 Timothy 3:15. For more understanding, you can start from verse 14. Says, these things I write unto you, hoping to come unto you shortly. But if I tarry long, that you may know how you ought to behave yourself in the house of God, the church of the living God, the pillar and the ground of truth. The church is a place of standard. There are standards. Let me give you an instance. There are meetings we want to have. Maybe let's have meetings for young professionals or young believers in politics, those who are aspiring to— we are not just going to bring somebody there because the fellow is a Christian, is a politician. Are you sleeping with other people's wives? Are you messing up people's children? Are you really representing God? We are not going to say because it is delaying, we'll go and look for a Saul, not a David. We'll wait and we'll be training people so your lifestyle will not be an endorsement of wrongdoing for another generation. And that's the problem. We just believe once the fellow is a Christian, goes to church, they are qualified. Does he have money? It's not about money. It's not about the position. What are you there for? Are you an Esther? When you were there, did you steal? How will you be a thief and now you are a guest speaker in church and we all know you stole?

So you can't preach our message in Abuja, I'm preaching it because the standard is the standard. There are believers that are in power and are not cutting corners and are more blessed. Now EFCC is running after you, including the church you give tithe. Ah, say pastor, ah, for me the tithe. No, my brother. I'll see a lot, you're always jumping up and down. These are a lot you are jumping for. The day they will say put your hands forward, march and follow, you must have what it takes to say no to certain doors that is not God. Say what?

There are standards because the system of Jezebel will bring compromise into the church. People start compromising standard. When you— when you— when God has put you in a place, maybe you are the manager of an organization, you can't be the one trying to sleep with people for jobs. And they still see you carrying Bible and say, I'm going to Bible study. They are afraid of this your God. There are churches people can't step, not because of what the pastor did, because of what somebody in the church has done to them. Say, if that's where you are learning this thing you are doing here, I will never be a Christian. Have you heard the story of Jay-Z who said the only Christian he knew was his uncle that was sleeping with the sister? If this is what they do, I will never become one of them. Let's be careful what we do with our lives. Let's be careful. The church is the place of standard. The standard is clear, standard of righteousness. If we come to your place of work, it is the same person we know here that we are meeting there. Not like everybody have bad stories to say. Meanwhile, that also have balance, because may you never inquire about a man from the enemy of the man. Aha, there's a balance. Okay, there are people who are disgruntled, but if everybody is saying the same thing, something is wrong, sir. So the system of Jezebel is now trying to infiltrate the church And then the Bible says, teaching them to commit immorality, to commit fornication. Now, this statement was brought from the story of Balak and Balaam. All right, I don't have time to go into that now. Um, when Balak said to Balaam, come curse the children of Israel, come and curse them, and the Bible said he got 7 bullocks and 7 rams on 7 different altars, and he couldn't curse them. Numbers 23. Numbers 23, let's start from 21. Numbers 23 from verse 21. Amen. Numbers 23 from verse 21, say, behold. All right, so he had not beheld iniquity. This was the man they said should curse them. He said, God has not beheld iniquity in Jacob, neither has he seen perverseness in Israel. The Lord is God is with him. And the shout of a king is amongst them. Yes, 22 now. God brought them out of Egypt. He has, as it were, the strength of an unicorn. Yes, surely this is where we quote that scripture. There is no what? Enchantment against Jacob, neither is there what? Divination against Israel. According to this time, it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel what the Lord has. Instead of cursing them, see what he was saying. There's nothing you can do against this guy that you can cause them nothing, nothing. But look at what happened. They believed the doctrine. Numbers 25. I know many people are afraid of false prophet. I will tell you that a false teacher is more dangerous. Are you following what I'm saying? A false teacher is more what?

Look at this. The people they could not cross. Look how the Bible started from verse 1. Said, and Israel abode in Shittim, and the people of God began to commit whoredom. Give me this in Message translation, because that thing looks like, you know, there's a way the Bible scripturalize. All right, look at this. While Israel was camped in Shittim, all right, the men began to have sex with the Moabite women. Yes. It started when their women invited the men to their sex and religion worship. They ate together and then worshiped their gods. Yes, Israel ended up joining in the worship of Baal or Peor. God was furious and his anger blazing against Israel. God said to Moses, take all the leaders of Israel and kill them by hanging. Leaving them publicly exposed in order to turn God's anger away from Israel. And Moses issued orders to the judges of Israel: each of you must execute men under your jurisdiction who joined in worship of Baal. Yes, just then, while— look at it— while they were repenting, while everyone was weeping, all right, impertinence at the entrance of the tent of the meeting, an Israelite man flaunting his behavior In front of Moses and the whole assembly, paraded a Midian woman while they were repenting, brought in a woman into his family tent. Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, saw what he was doing and grabbed his spear and followed them into the tent. With one thrust, drove the tent— the spear through the two of them, the man of Israel and the woman. Right through their— all right, no be me talk that one. They stopped the plague from continuing among the people of Israel. But look at it, but 24,000 had already died. People that Korah could not kill, see what wrong spirit of wrong teaching did. We have standard. May the church come back to her senses. If we keep allowing this Christianity to be watered down, if care is not taken, the time is coming nobody knows the truth from lies. Let's go back to the original standard. Any man who says he represents God, depart from iniquity. That's the standard. 2 Timothy 2:19. Let me wrap up with that. 2 Timothy 2:19. Look at it. 2 Timothy 2:19. Now please go back to, um, King James, please. Nevertheless, the foundations of God stand sure, having this seal: The Lord knoweth those that are his. And let everyone that name the name of Christ depart from what? Leave Jezebel to do her thing. Focus on God. Let's rise up on our feet. We're going to pray one prayer. Father, I know there's something you are doing in my life. Give me grace not to sell out. Give me grace not to sell out. That's the prayer. That is the prayer. Give me grace not to sell out. Our story in the city of Abuja is similar to the story of Jacob who said, by my rod I have passed through Jordan, but now the Lord has made me two bands. You remember how that recently God sent us to Abuja in what I will call the most humble movement. We came practically trusting God for what to do next and how he's going to help us with the words of prophecies he has given to us about the city and the armies arising. And guess what? God is doing just that. Recently we have been seeing the move of God in the most unbelievable way possible, with his word reaching the unreached, converting sinners to saints, bringing people who have lost hope in church. And now this has necessitated the need for expansion so that we do not fall out of what God is doing. Where we are currently is stringent for us, with rules that will limit what God is doing amongst us. The gospel is free, but the propagation requires a lot of funding. We want our friends, partners, and everyone connected to our ministry to join us as we undertake this project together. We have the urgent we need to expand, and we believe that this is the kairos moment for us to do that. We are importing our own tent all the way from China and getting everything needed to fill that space and have a conducive place where we can have our apostolic work beyond what we are having now at the moment.
