Your smallness is a reflection of who you are.

Your smallness reflects your current capacity, not your worth. The speaker breaks this into three levels: certificates, skills, and mindset. Lacking any of these causes suffering. To grow, you must acquire qualifications, develop skills, and reshape how you think, even if it means breaking through the limits you've accepted.

Sometimes this is you, but this, this is what must be filled. You're wondering why you are small, but this is you. Your smallness is not a problem, it's a feedback of who you are. It's the result of what you are transacting with in life. At the lowest level, life asks of certificate. If you don't have, there's a suffering you suffer. At the lowest level, life asks of skills. If you don't have, there's the way you suffer. At the lowest level, life checks your orientation. If it is bad, there's a way you suffer. That you call Jesus doesn't mean you won't suffer. That's the truth, because that's the level that you are. If Dangote's son doesn't have certificate and you don't have, it's not the same thing. You might be same age, but you are born in different worlds. So sometimes people are saying, I'm small. And the truth is, that's your capacity. Life is just telling you, is the feedback. How do you change it? Become more. And sometimes you have to shatter the ceilings. Oh yeah, I'm tired of telling people, go, let the door open now, go and be blessed, when I know That it doesn't matter what they come with the cup, this still decides. Just enough to pay rent and do other things.
Go again, be blessed.
This is the size. Because if you tell them, can you do this, do this, do this, you are not anointed. But they themselves prefer to just hang somewhere. Amen. But he still decides. We're not saying God is not pouring, but this is the size. The size is making the benevolence of God look like wickedness. He's benevolent, but this is the size. He wants to put you before king, but not as a friend, because you don't have the capacity to advise them. So says that a man that is diligent in his work, he stands before kings. That's not for everybody. Some are born kings. Make decisions. The quality of your pressing determines the quality of your output.
More from Femi

Wisdom born from pain recruits people into bitterness, offence and wrong decisions.

Can we serve God and fail? If you’re not doing the right things, you can love God and still struggle.

The people who stand before king are not merely gifted. They are skilled and diligent in their work.

Get ready for another session of Public School with Femi Lazarus this Sunday.

If those you trust question what you see, will you still have the courage to move forward?
