On the Phone: Identity, Dealing with Not feeling God.

Good, I'm guessing.

Well, bro, I don't have an office manager. Just not. I'm gonna talk real quick about what I don't have. I don't have an office manager, and I'm down a person, and which is no problem, except for, bro, I've gotten hit so hard with so much good work and I mean, good paying jobs that, you know, I'm just running around trying to keep everybody doing what they need to do on the job that they're on. So we're not missing any pictures or documentation. Make sure everybody. I'm bringing it out outside help from other guys that I know, specialized guys and some rebuilds and stuff. And I'm just trying to keep my head afloat as far as building and documentation and reports. I'm getting kind of behind on those. I hadn't had a day off other than Sunday. I did. I did somewhat take Sunday off, but I've been moving in that house, so, brother, I'm just, like, you know, stretched in a little bit, man.

Yeah. Playing a little bit of catch up.

It's just always catch up. And, bro, I am blessed.

Like, I.

Last night, I'm like, man, God, how do I deserve all that you've given me? Like, oh, like, man, I don't even deserve it. It's like you're giving me all my heart's desires. And I almost feel like you are too good to me. Like, you know, too good. And, you know, I just. I don't know, man. I'm just thankful because things are just so beautiful around me. And I just want to continue to be good for my customer. But I want to enjoy this life a little bit, man. And I just. I don't get a lot. A whole lot of time. Just, you know, like, I want to come to Texas and run 20 miles and kick it, man. And I may have to send Lebo by himself because I just can't see how I can just roll out in.

The situation.

That we're in right now. I just don't see how that's feasible. So I did just talk to Travis. Terrible. And he was with Steve and just FaceTime me.

Yeah, yeah. He just got a workout in with him, man. He was there for men's prayer, too. I didn't know he was in town. I told him that we might that we're trying to get him on the podcast tonight.

What time? I'm gonna have to be. It's gonna have to be later for me, but that's what I was trying to call you about last night. I got my wall painted last night so I got some background at my new place there. So I'll be set up, but I'm gonna be on the water. I'm gonna go take a little fishing trip this evening from 5 to 7. So I'll be on the water and it's about an hour drive, so I probably won't be good until I'd say 8:30, 9 your time.

I'm just. Man, you gave me a great prayer the other night, man, and it touched me. And bro, I just have not been feeling it lately, man.

When I say not been feeling it, I'm not walking my best walk, man. And it's because I'm letting you know all these things pulling at me, pull at me. And I'm not getting a lot of try. I'm trying to get unadulterated time in the Word and, and with worship music. But I get like this morning I listen to worship music and it didn't feel. I didn't do anything for my soul, man. And it's like, I think it's because. Just a dry time for me because what I put in my life just.

Honestly, brother, I think it's just, you know, the number one way that the enemy can get us to really detach or to, you know, pull away is just by throwing a bunch of stuff at us like you're dealing with right now, right? And it's all good stuff, but it's still stuff that you got to handle. And of course he's going to put this lie in your head of like, hey, you're in a dry season. You're not in the dry season, bro. It's just raining in a different area. You know what I'm saying? So it's like, like for example, Texas, bro. Like it could be raining in Dallas, but it's not raining in McKinney. It doesn't mean that Texas is dry. It just means there's an another area that's receiving rain right now. So maybe your worship right now is as you're stewarding and problem solving all the crap that's coming up the good stuff, good problems, right? Like, as your problem solving all of that, maybe that's your place of worship. Because as soon as I pick up the phone and call you, what's the first thing you start talking about, man? Bro, Like, God has just been so good to me lately, bro. And I'm just like, man, maybe you've been too good to me. Right? It's. And so, bro, as your boy, don't make it try and be a certain way. Like, I don't want the goose to feel like she's got to hang out with me in a certain way to, like, connect with me. Like, last night, we connected through Super Smash Brothers. I mean, I murdered her over and over again. She had no chance, you know what I'm saying? But if she's like, no, it has to look like this with my dad for us to connect, bro. That's just not fair, you know what I'm saying?

And so don't let, like, that come.

Into your head right now in such a season of experiencing God's goodness in the land of the living to where, like, maybe that's where you're worshiping him right now by testifying of his goodness. You know what I'm saying?

Right? Yeah. That's what I need to do, is just testify to the whole world about how good God to me. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? That's what I need to do. And not just in material things, but in relationships and. And definitely a material thing, but in relationships and, you know, man, there's something special that he's built for me, you know, as far as community, that's tremendous, bro. And he's just been. The spirit's been talking to me so heavy lately and just leading me, and I know the right people are coming. That's going to take the weight off me. I'm trying to get Jim Sebellico down here to Florida for a week or.

Two coming up to start working on those systems and whatnot. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's what's up, bro. I mean, it's. It's. It's gonna start working out, man, is growing pains, which is good. It's like, really, really good. Because now it's almost like God's forcing you to create the systems that you need to create so that you can do kingdom work without with experiencing zero frustration. You know, I'm saying, like, so that you can be in Texas. You can be fully in Texas. And you know that Florida and Atlanta is fully taken care of, too. And so you got, like, peace because imagine. Imagine. Imagine how much power you would operate knowing, like, oh, I'm covered on all areas right now, because we put the right systems in place, right? You know what I mean? So it's almost like that's just forcing you to do that now because he wants more for you.

First of all, bro, I feel like I just got to dial in the Conquerors community and start getting, you know, people coming in to really experience next level breakthrough automatically. And so I got to figure out what I need to get my boy David, who's going to help me start running some ads and really dialing those things in. He wants to do something really cool, which is targeting cities. So imagine if I'm targeting, like, all of Dallas, and then I got a bunch of people that are divorced in Dallas joining the Conquerors community. And then I can be like, hey, everyone, launching a group inside of my church. You can come and attend in person, right? And then I can strategically target the cities where some of my, like, heavy hitters, like Kevin Kyle, the dude who was on our podcast, right? I could target Philadelphia. Anyone who's going through a divorce in Philadelphia with a. With an ad, get them into the Conquerors community. And then I could be like a, yo, Kevin, you want to run a live group? In person group? And then I could just target city by city. Wouldn't that be awesome, bro?

That would be awesome. I'm trying to put a community together for when you and Steve come down here for like, Thursday night to where we can just blow it out. And that community may look like my guys brother.

He was expecting, like, a normal men's call. And one thing he said. He said, I see you guys talking, and you are talking about God and having purpose. He's like. And all you guys are smiling. He's like, so I believe you guys. Like, I believe that you're actually experiencing what you're experiencing. And, you know, he was just really, really turned on to, like, the gospel. Right? And so I'm gonna be leading him to Jesus this week, bro. That's.

That message has been maturing in you, hadn't it, bro?

It really has, man. I feel like it's for a reason, too. I feel like it's because my wife is right around the corner.

Yeah, that thing's been germinating. Doing some germinating. And. And I'm telling you, spring's coming, bro, and it's. It's gonna flip. Spring is about to flip the script. I just feel like this spring, everything's gonna break. We're gonna have a. Why am I missing so many dagum fans?

When it does finally come back around and it explodes. And that's what I'm experiencing right now is years and years of just faithfulness and.

And taking.

Be a good steward. My prison jobs and being a good steward of people and my intentions being right. And now it's like everything I'm touching just explodes. And the same thing for you. Everything you touch explodes.

And it's like, what do you do with that? When he gives you everything you want, do you keep. You keep blessing people, do you? Or do you lose yourself in all the things and enjoy them for your own self? It's kind of. You know, he tests the heart, man. And it's constantly nice to have all these things, but it's.
