Our next step in our five step journey for getting our process into our work management software. Our final step finally which is just connecting the process with our records filled with SOPs. Well five options for you. If I just scroll on down to my SOP options here you'll see option number one is using a website or URL field and putting my SOP link into that field. Option number two is using that linked record field connecting SOPs in one area with a record in this area. Option number three text. So this is just taking any field that you normally have and with that field using the field settings you're going to add help text that mentions the SOP. Finally though the last option we have for adding SOPS in SmartSuite looks something like this. It's a checklist where you have thing you need to do and baked right into that checklist just using text as formatting, using a bar and SOP and that pasting the link to our SOP.
