This is a YouTube video titled "5 Ways to Define a Workflow in SmartSuite 🎬 Part 4" containing a tutorial or instructional presentation from September 8, 2023. The speaker explains how to organize standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the SmartSuite work management software by creating a centralized app to track and connect SOP documents to workflows.
Our next step in our five step journey for getting our process into our work management software. We just need to have one place to put our equipment or our SOPs, in this case, for our process. What I mean by that is if you have instructions like a standard operating procedure, then let's make sure we have a way to connect that to the process you built. We need to find a spot to put them in SmartSuite. If you do not already have a spot, I would suggest creating an app such as this one, where you can track all of your SOPs in one centralized app and network them throughout your entire account. When I open these records, I get our document. This is where we're going to put our document of information about our procedure for a given process. Once you've got that in your account, you've got your spot for all of your SOPs.
