If you're joining live, drop a hello in the comments and let us know what you're building in HubSpot today. Happy Wednesday, July 30th. George, how we doing?
Doing good. How are you doing, Chris?
I'm doing all right. All right.
You know what's, you know, tomorrow. I think it's tomorrow. You can actually mention Casey in the.
Yeah.
In the intro.
I won't have to visually transform the intro script that I'm looking at.
Right.
Fly. Yeah, it'll be good to have her back. She's been having a good time over in Euroland, but yeah, it'll be good to have her back. And she's got session four of the. The Value first scoring Mastermind tomorrow too. Nice. Which is good. Which is good fun. But yeah, she'll be here to. To take the responsibility of why it matters back from. From George. Yeah. Love it. Love it. I've got 16 today versus George's five.
Yeah, I don't know what's happening.
I don't either. At least all these dates are. They're real life. So we'll get down to business here. Number one on a call indicator and team and sticky filters in Availability Management.
Wow, I don't even know what to say right now.
Okay, what is it? Please help hotspot. Yeah. When assigning in the help desk, it is now possible to see if the target user is on an active phone call. Additionally, in Availability Management, a new team filter has been added and the last selected filters will remain active after a page refresh or when navigating away and then returning to the Availability Management page.
Oh, so it should have been read on call indicator and team and sticky filter in Availability Management. I got it. Why does it matter? With the on call indicator, agents can ensure the person who is being assigned has the right bandwidth to handle the reassigned ticket. With team and sticky filters in availability management, users can monitor the availability and capacity of a specific group of users and have that view persist through refreshes and navigating away.
And I think this form of agents. We're still talking about humans.
Yes, I do believe so.
We've got agents, we've got users.
Yeah, all sorts of words flying around.
Yeah. So if you're in help desk, you probably know. You probably know what this means and appreciate this update. Good to know what's going on if you're in a team environment. Number two Draft Health Scores and Cloning Health Scores. This one's live. What is it? You can now have Draft health scores beyond the existing health score limits, allowing users to play with changes and experiment without impacting existing scores. Users will also be able to clone health score profiles to make iteration and evolution of scores easier.
I like this. Why does it matter? By the way, this makes it easier for customers to experiment with and evolve their scores. Period.
That's it. So much space. I'm just going to say how it works here because there's some good information there too. Pro users will get access to five draft scores in addition to their one live score. Enterprise customers will get access to 20 draft scores in addition to their 10 live scores. The era of responsible and flexible scoring is here. Number three, we've got light color theme that is temporarily unavailable if you're engaged in this beta. We're currently pausing access to the light color theme as we work on more significant updates based on your feedback. These changes aim to improve consistency, accessibility and overall usability. We'll reopen access to the light theme soon with these improvements in place. Stay tuned. We'll share updates as soon as it's ready. What is it? They've introduced a light color theme that makes the interface cleaner and easier to read. The new color palette meets WCAG and AA accessibility standards and reduces visual distractions.
Nice.
Number four, Hitting every day right now.
Yeah.
Integration with Gemini for Google Workspace. What is it? Gemini for Google Workspace is an AI assistant that enhances Gmail, Google Meet and Editors, Doc, sheets and slides. HubSpot is partnering with Google to help to develop a new Gemini integration within Workspace focused on sales, delivering Gemini power capabilities to enable teams to be more productive and connect with HubSpot from within their workspace application. Submit this opt in form to join the beta and we got some good guidelines to get started and a place to share feedback.
Yep, this is your first time hearing about this, you might wonder why does it matter? With HubSpot and Gemini for Google Workspace integration, you can now enable your sales teams to be 10x more productive by assessing and using HubSpot inside of Gmail with the power of Google Gemini AI.
And I see some interesting stuff in the how does it work Section that we haven't hit on before. Firstly, when you open your email you will see the Help me take action on this email in HubSpot button. Clicking on this will open the Gemini side panel where you will first be asked to sign into your HubSpot account and then can start interacting with HubSpot. Very cool, very cool. They're bringing a lot of these experiences into HubSpot as well with Breeze, so interesting times ahead.
Oh, without a doubt.
