A talk on why organizations need health and wellness programs that actually listen to employees. True high performance means delivering value across work and life, not burning out chasing one at the expense of the other.
If you have a health and wellness program in your organization and it's something that your HR department just put out with actually not having conversations with the humans who actually work at the organization, it may not be any type of program that anybody cares about or it might be, but it's something to definitely diagnose. I'm a big fan of, by the way, having conversations with humans inside of your organization. But Chris, I want to go into this like this conversation around teams, staying healthy, individuals staying healthy but also being able to achieve high performance. And by the way, when I say high performance and you say high performance, it's very much tied to this word you used, value. I'm high performing meaning I'm giving the maximum amount of value I can to the world, value to my family, value to the people I work with, value to myself. And the thing here for me is it all comes down to balance.
