This is a YouTube video titled "Agency PM Frustration? Walk Your Team Through It 🚶♂️#shorts #projectmanagement #clickup" created on September 22, 2023. The content features a single speaker discussing challenges in project management, emphasizing the importance of training teams, providing documentation, and continuously optimizing based on team feedback to effectively use tools like ClickUp.
This is one thing that I've seen is a big reason for turning to chaotic project management is because people don't train their teams. They don't provide whether it's documentation, they don't provide training courses, they don't provide even just open methods of Q and A or ways of walking team members through how to use ClickUp or whatever other tool it is. I think that is one of the biggest reasons that a lot of implementations or project management fails is because the team doesn't know how to use it. And then additionally, as you get that feedback, continue to optimize over and over again based off that team's feedback. So always be thinking about your team, be asking questions, be proactive, get in front of them, figure out what they need, how you can support them. And I think that's a great way to get the most out of either ClickUp or any other project management tool that you might be using.
