As AI becomes a force multiplier in business, the people using it matter more, not less. Good people get better at their jobs. Bad people get worse.
As AI becomes a force multiplier in business, the people using it matter more, not less. Good people get better at their jobs. Bad people get worse.
And now a listener's thinking like, well, dude, what about AI? AI is going to be able to come in and do all this shit. That's hubristic thinking. People become more important with AI because AI is a force multiplier of people. So if you have a person that's a 10x force multiplier of your business, and AI is a 10x force multiplier of your people, then now that person is actually 100x force multiplier of your business. But it cuts both ways. AI is going to multiply the impact of your good people and multiply the impact of your bad people. So people become more important as AI becomes more important. You may need less of them, but you need more of the good ones. So focus on finding and cultivating amazing people.
