A business owner faces a medical emergency and realizes their agency has no processes to run without them. The speaker argues that clear systems and leadership continuity aren't just about efficiency or ROI, they're about keeping the people who depend on the business from falling apart.
This gentleman he hasn't pulled the trigger on working with us currently in ClickUp needs to revamp that sort of stuff. Our recent conversation was in June we scheduled another follow up call after that and during that time period he had a medical emergency and he is the owner of the business. They did not have clear visibility on processes on what was going on with current projects any of that stuff and the rest of the team they went through two weeks where they did not have their leader in place so they didn't have direction they had a clear need that was shown to them that they knew existed but right then and there it happened and came into place. It was a reminder for me that like this is about far more than roi. It's about far more than saving time and being efficient. It's really about like lives there that are dependent upon a leader or an owner that you know you've got to have something in place in case that person steps out.
