Here's my favorite SmartSuite Automation Daily Recurring due dates. Now you might be thinking what recurrences. I didn't know those were possible in SmartSuite. Well, they're not currently at the time of filming but we can by using automations. What this looks like is we start off with a record being updated. Watch for any records that are marked complete and have any particular conditions we care about. We can add all of that here to our when below. This we're going to have then and in this one we going to update our record here we're going to use the record and what we're going to update is the due date. We want to move this back by one day. There's a little plus one there to let us know it's one day forward from today. Next up we want to change the status. We want to move it back to a to do status. That's how we can have a daily reoccurrence in SmartSuite. It's one of my favorite automation kind of formulas and you can adjust this for just about any kind of cycle you want to have automatically adjusting inside of SmartSuite.
