Are you systems driven or innovative? #shorts

The moment the market is innovating faster than you are, you're dead. You know, innovation is 50% of what a company does is absolutely critical to be either systems driven or, and, or innovative. Like, if you can't, if you can't maintain that team to where you can be, have all of the context to understand what and why change to make that happen faster, then it gets really difficult. So part of it is being able to hire great people, keep great people. They need to see their vision and your company so that otherwise at some point they have to leave because they couldn't see their path. You know, in the case of Chris and CEO, like, like, I, I would, I would challenge, like, who's going to be on your leadership team? We, we reformed our leadership team this year. You know who's going to be on that? Do they know? Do they know their criteria, their stick of what they're looking for? What is the plan two years, three years out? It's our job to, to cast that vision not just for the company, but for the members of the team and so they can see themselves in it.
