A virtual assistant walks through how to set up ClickUp by starting with workflow mapping and customer experience instead of jumping straight to tools. Map your processes first, then build the system around them.
In the ProcessDriven membership, we had a virtual assistant who had been doing their business for seven months and trying to get things systemized, but not really sure how to start. They wanted to have an onboarding forum, but they weren't sure what questions to ask. They wanted to set up ClickUp, but they weren't sure what sections to set up. And at the end of the day, the thing you need to remember when it comes to systemizing anything is it all starts with a process. It all starts with a workflow. Before we talk about tools or questionnaires or anything, so let's map out what your process is, what steps you want to accomplish, what's the goal at the end of the day, and if we actually know what our goal is, what a result we're trying to achieve, or the steps we need to take to get that result, all of a sudden, systemization just becomes checking a bunch of boxes. But we can't get obsessed with the tech, the software, the forms, the design, the anything until we map out our customer experience and we map out our process.
