Client stories beat case studies because they resonate with businesses of all sizes. Stories about transformation connect better than metrics, and what matters is having strategic systems in place, not how big your clients are.
Collecting stories improves every part of your business. Simply having a case study doesn't. There's several reasons that becomes actually almost onerous on your business. As you grow, you get bigger clients, you get better clients. And now all of a sudden, like the case study that you talked about, where it's like, oh, we grew them from $100,000 a year in that spend to $500,000 a year in ad spend, or we grew them from $1 million agency to a $1.5 million agency. Like, well, I'm spending a million dollars a year. I don't want to work with that guy. So that case study's gone. Instead of the story of how you transform someone's business, that's why people remember it. You get better data, you get better information. You talk about the transformation. You guys have transformed a lot of businesses. I was actually just talking to someone about this today, and about you guys, it was like, kind of like, oh, I saw this thing, and, you know, I'm not sure if they're right for my business size because they saw size of the business. I'm like, no, it's more about strategy and getting these systems down. Because I know gray has helped 50, 60, 70 person agencies that have the same problem as 5%. You see.
