For this particular view where we have our default schedule. We're not going to be working from here on a day to day basis. This is more so going to be a reference for us to focus our energy. The only exception would be is if you have this super detailed view, in which case you would be referencing this more frequently. However, whatever tool you're using to organize, I would encourage you to utilize colors wherever possible. In this case, I've got some spotlights baked into my smartsuite view to make sure that things that are today turn green in the work category and anything that is personal is always pink, so I can easily tell them apart. Incorporating these kinds of colors is personal preference, but I think it can be a meaningful way to help you have a sense of focus when your work is due.
