A short YouTube segment (created/uploaded by George B. Thomas) celebrating administrators and inviting them to a community event. Speakers (including Sam) offer end-of-year shout-outs, acknowledge admins' behind-the-scenes work, and describe event logistics (industry breakouts, chat/on-screen engagement) aimed at fostering connection and peer support.
