Just because two pieces of software do not have a direct integration does not mean you cannot connect those two pieces of software. For example, in a recent video I showed how you could take emails received from Gusto about time off request, then use a middleman called the zapier email parser to extract the important data, and then put that data inside a SmartSuite record. The result is you can take an email like this and turn it into a structured app in SmartSuite like this to make it very easy for your team members and managers to see the status of things and remember to actually review those requests.
