A short explanatory video segment comparing view types in SmartSuite and Notion. The speaker lists common display options (card/Kanban/board, calendar, list, gallery, timeline) and notes SmartSuite offers slightly more view options while both platforms let users view the same data in different formats to suit personal preference.
In SmartSuite we have the ability to choose from all of these view types, such as a card view, Kanban, all the classics, and in Notion we have similar options. We can go ahead and add new views to view the same data in different ways, to view things as a calendar, a list, a gallery, a timeline, or a board. There are slightly more options in terms of smartsuite land, but I think these are both pretty powerful ways to allow us to view information in different formats and suiting our personal style.
