This is a YouTube video titled "Do this to build SOPs faster" containing a monologue or instructional talk recorded on December 29, 2023. The speaker discusses strategies for creating consistent standard operating procedures (SOPs) within a team by collecting and consolidating existing notes from team members using various tools like Tango, Scribe, or Google Docs.
I bet you most of your team members have notes documented in some way, shape or form of how they do something. It might not be consistent across your team, which is what we're trying to iron out. We're trying to establish that consistency across the members of our team. So giving kind of a general call out of like, hey, does anybody have notes on how they do this? So you can start to collect that information and then rehab it into an sop. Whether it's through Tango, through Scribe, or just a good old fashioned Google Doc is going to get you leaps and bounds instead of trying to create something from scratch from your own head.
