I just always think of the context of anything I'm doing. If I need to go back to the beginning, I'm like, I am an employee of aimtel and it's my first day and I just like put myself in that Persona and I start to go through our tools. I'm like, I need to answer this question and figure that out and if I can't do it, that's a problem. So kind of always thinking of that is like, how do we set that person up for success? But also kind of allowing them to like self serve and be resourceful because you really need to be, especially in an agency, like things move really fast. A lot of context switching. I think we always have a lot to improve and that's kind of part of it as well. Like we're always kind of in our process page on our website, like you can see this through line of like constant improvement and we pull a lot from like kind of Agile Manifesto and methodology around that is like in order to achieve and maintain the like high quality standards of service that we're known for, we need to kind of always have that lens of like what do we need to improve? How are we approaching this? What's kind of the standardized way, but then how are we kind of building on top of that?
