This is a YouTube video titled "Don't track hours, track THIS" containing a monologue or talk focused on business productivity and performance measurement, emphasizing outcomes over hours worked. The speaker discusses tracking results such as deals won and quality of work rather than time spent. The content appears to be a single speaker presentation without multiple participants.
Why would you compare someone that's doing their job more efficiently or that are better trained, that has more out? You want to look at the outcome like, what are you trying to do? Don't track the hours that your outreach specialist is working. How many links did they acquire? What are the quality of those links? Don't track the amount of time that your writer wrote content. Track how many articles they produced, how many sales were created. I don't give a shit about. Sorry, about. About proposals. I don't care. I don't care if you send a hundred or ten. How many deals did we win? And when you start looking at the outcome, it changes everything, because that's what truly moves the business. And the thing is, here, yes, you can do some leading indicators of success, but you want to start combining leading with lagging indicators. And.
