What we always told people who are joining up with our agency is the only constant is change. So you just need to feel super, super comfortable with that. And that's not just change for change, but it's evolution. And we have to be continually, if we are out there standing still, instead of motoring forward, we're going to get run over. And so it was always our mindset to make sure that we were staying innovative. There's always a change management mindset, if you will. I mean, that's just ingrained. So it wasn't just massive changes like this time. And this time we were iterating, always improving, always changing. There are some points along the way to where we did some massive change. And actually Gray was part of one of those with Zenpilot. Just be comfortable with it. I see way too many agencies stay comfortable and they stay in their lane. Let's just focus on the next client and the next piece of work. And there's just so much more opportunity out there if you're willing to just take more risk and expand.
