This is a YouTube video titled "Empowerment and Mindset Shifts: Beyond Your Default Podcast" containing a monologue or personal reflection recorded in 2025. The speaker discusses their transformative three years at Faith Ranch, focusing on developing self-belief, learning about love, and spiritual growth through faith and mindset programming. The content is motivational and introspective in nature.
Everybody needs to understand that. Faith Ranch is the three years of my life where I started to see little wins that provided a self belief in myself. You literally said in the intro area of, like, I don't trust myself to do this thing. Like, you have to believe in yourself and trust yourself. And I started to have self belief in myself like I had never had before. These three years in Faith Ranch, and three years I had learned about, or was learning about love and how to love others. And for three years, I was being injected with faith and how God felt about me and all other humans on this planet, by the way. And I learned this thing where I could start to program my brain. Over those three years, one of the first things I can remember programming my brain was God, don't make no junk.
