This is a YouTube video titled "Even less typing thanks to the latest features of the HubSpot VS Code Extension!" containing a demonstration by a single speaker explaining new features of the HubSpot VS Code extension that simplify coding tasks by allowing remote file system access and module management. The content is a tutorial-style presentation focused on software development tools.
Friends, I'm a terrible typer, but fortunately there's some good people over at HubSpot who took pity upon me and they continue to release these new Updates to the HubSpot VS code extension. And trust me, I take advantage of it. I'm going to walk you through one right now. So I have my design manager open and you'll see Chickens as a new module I've created. Walking on over to the VS code extension. I am authenticated and you'll now see Remote file system. Hitting the old refresh over here will allow me to see yes, the Chickens module. Right clicking will allow me to fetch it and I get to choose where I want to put it. No typing. And now I'm going to move on over to my local file directory. You'll see the config and that Chickens module show up. Right clicking again allows me to watch it. And now yes, I gotta type, but you know, you gotta type sometimes. And clicking on that uploaded now you'll see that the Chicken module is being watched. If I go over here, click in there and just do a something, save that and move back on over. Right click and what it works.
