When our project management team first started to use the system once the processes had all been and the templates all been done there was a lot of just kind of like holy crap, this is going to be so much easier and so much more efficient and so much faster for me to get work done. Hey there, I'm Dan Bergeron, managing partner at Everbrave Branding Group. So before we started with Zenpilot the way we had set up our system and were using it wasn't entirely scalable and we were seeing there was a lot of cracks in the system. I think now that we've completed our Zenpilot training and Zenpilot implementation we are in a much better position to scale and train new team members through the process. We developed probably 120 different processes for the business that are critical to delivering services. So a lot of really positive feedback right from our very first day of implementation when the broader team started to use the new setup.
