This is a YouTube video titled "Getting Started with Work Management Software" containing a monologue or presentation from March 23, 2023, discussing the importance of mastering basic task management as a foundation before leveraging advanced features in work management software like SmartSuite.
When we are getting started with a work management software, getting our basic work done is like the entry point. It's what gets us hooked. It's the biggest pain usually. And if we can get that down, if we can get our what do I need to do when down, then we can build on that foundation to actually start organizing our data, our SOPs, our capacity forecasting and so much more. But if we can't figure out what we need to do, there is no point having fancy shiny features or some of the amazing automations in SmartSuite because we won't know how or when to apply them.
