I think the thing that makes us special is honestly our obsession over growth. Our purpose as a company is to foster growth and people in business so that they can change the world. Well, when you decide that growth is what you're going to be about, you have to have a real friend in pain, because growth is hard. Growth demands that you look in the mirror at exactly who you are. Growth demands that every single day that you get better. Growth demands that you're, like, pushing. But growth also demands rest. Like, this is not an environment where we don't also have fun and enjoy ourselves. But when you say that you're going to be about growth, it requires something of people that not everybody can bring to the table.
