This is a YouTube video titled "Habit issues are the most common #zenpilot #agencylife" containing a discussion about improving agency project management by focusing on tools, processes, and especially building the right habits. The excerpt features a dialogue between two speakers analyzing the importance of user involvement and leadership in successful change management, recorded on October 20, 2023.
To fix chaotic agency project management, you need to configure your tool well, set up your processes but also build the right habits. Which of these three pillars do the issues map to most commonly?
Most of them will map to the habit side the tool and the processes. We can get those laid out perfect like you can, you can knock those out but if everybody doesn't know how to use them properly, where to go in the system to find certain things like if there's not consistency and there's not that leader on the team who we refer to as the champion to hold people accountable to long term use, it's not going to work. So the tool and the processes are incredibly important but without the third piece that is by far the most important to me and it's not just training, it's not just the ClickUp champion, it's involvement and like that's the first piece to any change management and we've got to get people early involvement in the process.
