Set up a ClickUp automation to email form submitters. Use the 'when task created' trigger with 'send email' action, add dynamic fields to include their submitted data, and restrict it to form submissions only so it doesn't fire on every new task.

James is looking to have someone fill in a ClickUp form, and when they fill in that form, they get a confirmation and so does James. How do we make that happen? Well, it's not too hard. We're going to want to start by creating a new automation up in the top right of our ClickUp account. Once here, click Add Automation and locate the email automations. This will be showing up on the left side under the integration section. From here we want to select when task created, then send email. Then you're going to need to set up your email account with ClickUp, if you haven't already. Once you've created the automation, you're going to want to make sure that it only triggers when a new form submission happens. So we're going to uncheck all the other options. Then on the right side of our page, where we have our action, we need to write the email we want to send. We're going to want to use the fields down here to add in dynamic variables for every piece of information we want to send along to that client to confirm what they just submitted. Once we do this, we can repeat the same process to notify ourselves or use ClickUp comments to make that happen.
