This is a YouTube video titled "How Kurt turns networking into communities." It features a monologue by Kurt explaining his approach to building communities through regular Zoom calls and meetings to foster networking and collaboration among people with similar interests. The content is focused on community building and networking strategies.
And then what I do is if I start to find that there's a big network around a certain type of thing, I literally build a community around it. So what I might do is say, every quarter I'm going to have a Zoom call with all of you that are looking for the same thing, and I'm going to host it. And then we're all going to get together and talk about what's working, what's not working, what's seeing, what's happening, and then we're going to share info and introduce ourselves to each other. What people end up doing is they start doing these onesie twosies things, and then all of a sudden the onesie twosie things start turning into big like, oh my gosh, I'm meeting so many people all the time. What you now need to do is then corral that certain groups into like a monthly meeting or a quarterly meeting, where now it's not just you and this person exchanging thing, it's you and your community that we're building. Right? We're all now getting together and helping each other out. You were just the catalyst to say, you know what, Instead of us having like six meetings separately, why don't we just have one big one every quarter?
