This is a YouTube video titled "How much is enough?" containing a monologue or speech recorded on April 12, 2024, discussing personal values, life goals, and defining what is sufficient for a fulfilling life, including travel and experiences. The speaker reflects on prioritizing life choices over constant growth or empire-building.
So I think really holding firm to our convictions is one. Number two is we've defined what we want. We don't need to build an empire. We're not always looking for, got to do better next year, got to grow next year. Obviously, all those things are good, and there's nothing wrong with that. But what we said is, what are the lives that we want to lead? What do those look like? I'm an empty nester now. Myself and my wife, we love to travel. We love experience. So we said, what do we need to build in order to support that life? And really started to ask the question, how much is enough? And based on that, we know what we have to do each and every year. And we also know what we're not willing to do, which is equally as important.
