Trying to write your standard operating procedures for your business. Well, here is one mistake to avoid Be sure when you're creating your SOPs that you create them in an area that your team can comment and even edit. Ideally suggestion access is the level you want for your entire team and core team members who are going to be using that SOP regularly should have editing access. Doesn't mean you can't have other people oversee it or watch over, but we want to make sure it's very easy for folks to see a standard operating procedure have an idea for how to do things better and easily share that idea. If you make this process very hard or you make your sops view only, you're essentially saying I don't want to improve my business, I don't want to improve my process and that is bull. So make sure you make your SOPs editable, commentable or something in between and that'll save you a lot of headache down the line.
