This is a YouTube video titled "How to Automate HR Data Entry 🎬 Part 2" containing a tutorial or instructional talk from September 5, 2023, explaining the use of SmartSuite templates to automate HR processes such as time off requests. The speaker guides viewers through setting up automation templates to streamline data entry tasks.
Where do we want things to end up? Step two in our process of automation is going to the opposite side and figuring out our end destination. Lucky for me, I've already made my life super easy, and I've installed the template called Time off requests into my SmartSuite account. This template includes all of the key elements I need in order to bring this to life, but depending on what data you're automating, you might need a different type of template or to create one from scratch. Basically, you just want to make sure whatever your process is, you've got a spot for it in SmartSuite. Thank goodness for SmartSuite templates because it makes it really fast to get these set up.
