Find yourself inputting duplicate data into ClickUp, why not just merge it? To merge information in ClickUp, just use your non dominant mouse button to locate the Merge option inside the task menu. When you select Merge you'll be able to dissolve the task you've selected and make it part of another task. In this case I can combine Lung and Heart Health together. When you do that your original task will disappear and most of your information will merge together. However, not all of your information will merge if there's competing information all only the destination tasks information is going to stay there and your original source task is going to just disappear. So make sure if you are going to use the merge feature you know how to use it, you know what information is and is not going to carry over and overall once you master those two basic things you'll be able to have a more organized ClickUp workspace.
