All you need to do is be able to parse it or turn that data into something that's structured so that a robot or a computer can understand what each piece means or what it should signify. One easy, free way to do that is to use the email parser by Zapier, where you can take certain parts of your email and consider them a piece of data. For example, In a recent YouTube video, I demonstrated how you could take a time off, request email, break it down into specific pieces of data, and then put that exact data in a zap, which ultimately ends up in your SmartSuite account. The result is we're able to take an email, and rather than having to retype information, Zapier does that for us and gives us structured data inside our SmartSuite account so we can just focus on getting things done.
