Hey, hub heroes. This is Jorge fuentes from the SidekickStrategies team. And today we're going to take a look at how to save a specific marketing email as a reusable template for our HubSpot users. Remember that yes, you can clone an email and that will pretty much do the exact same thing, right? Cloning an email that you already sent will make it kind of like a new email and then you can use that as a template. But the reason why you probably need to save your successful marketing emails as templates is so that if you're leading a team of more than one person and want to make it easy for them to build their emails, then that's where creating, well, saving the email as a template will come in handy. Check this out. All right, so we'll now look into how we can save marketing email as a template, right? So on the left hand side we'll go to marketing and then go to email here. And then if there's a specific email that I, I really liked how it went. For example, let's say this monthly newsletter, I really like how the look and feel of it. We made it from scratch and now I say, okay, I want to save this as a template for future newsletter launches. Then definitely what I'll do is hover over my email here and then click on Actions and then save email as a template. And so in this case I'm just going to call it SKS Newsletter Template in this case and then I'm going to save it. So what will happen now is that, that now that is a templated marketing email that I can reuse. So the way in which I would do that is here, within the same marketing email section. I'll click on create an email and then I'll make it regular because it's going to be a one time blast and then go next. And then here's where I'm going to choose from my save templates, right? The one that I actually just saved, which is over here, sks. There we go. It now appeared so SKS Newsletter template. So this is the one I'm going to choose. I'm going to choose the template right now. And as you can see, it now created my new email with this original template which I can just go ahead and edit as I wish and that'll be pretty much it. And that's pretty much it. So now you have within your HubSpot a reusable marketing email template that you've proven to have had success in the past and which your team can now leverage in order to more quickly build out those emails within HubSpot. Remember, education is great, but the execution is where it's at. So go out there and be the Hub hero that your organization needs today.
