Setting the groundwork. You work with one of our team members to really talk through why you came to zenpilot to begin with. Agency owners have a really great ability to identify the symptoms, but because they're so close to the problem, they don't necessarily have enough distance to identify what the actual problem is. During the blueprint process, there's a lot of conversation to get to uncomfortable truths about what exactly is causing friction within the agency. In the midst of those conversations, the blueprint that comes out of that particular phase is legitimately a blueprint for how their project management tool, whether that be teamwork, whether that be ClickUp, how that actual hierarchy will look, how it's going to be laid out, what kind of automations need to be created, what kind of third party integrations. All of those things are discussed, uncovered, and documented during the blueprint process.
