How to set up HubSpot Sequences on LinkedIn | CRM integration

Miles walks through setting up HubSpot Sequences on LinkedIn. You need a Sales Professional seat and sequence access permissions assigned by a Global admin, plus the Surf extension installed to run campaigns directly from LinkedIn.
Hey there Miles here and in this video I'm going to be showing you which permissions you need to set up in order to gain access to the HubSpot sequences feature with Surf. In order for your team to access the HubSpot sequences feature, your HubSpot Global admin will need to go into their profiles and set them up with the correct permissions. Let me show you how that's done. So first of all, as the HubSpot Global admin, I need to ensure that my user has a HubSpot sales professional seat. Let me show you how to assign a Sales Professional seat to a team member of yours, and in this case I'll do it with my colleague Aviral. Just hover over the team member's name and click on Edit Permissions. Then you'll scroll down in the left hand menu and click on Sales. You'll scroll down again until you reach the Sales Professional Seat option. You can see that Avarel doesn't have a seat yet, but I'll now enable a seat for him. Once the Sales Professional seat is enabled, you'll be able to see a few more options, two of them being Sequences and Bulk Enroll Sequences. Just make sure you've enabled both of them and hit save. You can now see that your user has a Sales Professional seat allocated to their profile. Once you've received the correct permissions within HubSpot, you'll be able to access the HubSpot sequences feature within the Surfside panel in LinkedIn. Let me show you how. As you can see, I myself have been given a sales proceed in HubSpot. So I'll jump over to LinkedIn and open the Surf side panel by clicking on the Surf extension button. I'll scroll down and I'll be able to see that HubSpot sequences are enabled. If you'd like to know more about how to integrate HubSpot sequences into your outreach efforts, I've got a video which explains this and I'll share the link for this video in the description below. As always, if you found this video useful, then please remember to like and subscribe. Happy surfing.
