Okay, friends, I know a lot of you love HubSpot Academy. I of course love HubSpot Academy. But if you had to choose one thing in HubSpot Academy that just drives you bonkers and makes you want to tear your hair out, what it would be practical exercises, right? If you're familiar with any of our software courses, you've, you've learned about practical exercises where we have you go into the software and take some action. And the experience has been honestly a little disorienting for a long time here. Here we are in my beloved HubSpot Sales software certification course. And let's say you're going through this and you get to the part where you have to create a task. Now the experience up to this point has been you read the, the instructions. You click on this, you would get like a little pop up box saying, hey, we're going to have you create a task. But then it would just drop you into the task page, right? Like the, a new tab would open and you would get dropped on the task page and you would be like, okay, I guess I'll create a task and I'll just give it a title and I'll hit create. Did, did it work? It? Am I right? This is not a good experience and I am so sorry that it's been like this for so long. It was such a leap forward for us to be able to require people to do stuff in the software, but we didn't have the ability to improve that experience at all. But the team that builds our HubSpot Academy, LMS has done an incredible thing. It is maybe my favorite thing to happen to HubSpot in recent days, which, or maybe ever. So check this out, check out this new experience. Here we are, same thing, right? Create a task. Instructions. Gonna create a task. Now you're gonna click this Start exercise button and whoa, what is going on here? Look, we have this banner at the top reminding you this is what you're doing. And here are the instructions, right? And if you, you clear out of them and you decide, wait, what a minute, what was I supposed to do? You can, you can, you know, read them again. And now I'm gonna create a task, right? Cause I know I need to create a task. This is my task, right? So so far pretty much the same. But look, I'm going to hit create and then I can say, look, exercise complete. Or if I decide I want to do it later. But check this out, check this out. Exercise completed. Ta da. It's marked done. You used to have to wait, like, 24 hours for this to check your work and see if you're done. And now, instantaneous feedback as to whether you did it right or not. This is incredible. Practical exercises are about to be my favorite part of HubSpot Academy, which is not a thing I ever thought would be possible. I.
